Wayfair Frustrating Customer Service

Wayfair, Terrible customer service. I purchased a bed and I had confirmed a velvet bed frame and I received a faux leather. They said it’s what I ordered. I have now waited 3 days to hear from the resolution dept and no one has gotten back to me. So I’m writing this review and I still don’t have a resolution or a call from the Customer Service Department.

Wayfair Disappointing Customer Service

Wayfair, Poor quality products and rude behavior. The supervisor agreed to my complaint and offered to me a good discount on the product. Disappointingly, the customer resolution department declined to accept the issue despite the pics and video were provided. They said that this defect is normal. Really!. Is this the standard of Wayfair?Also, she revoked the discount that was offered by customer service supervisor. The chair has a thick cushion and damaged. She said that it is not a defect. She said that the chair is polyester and can be bent by hand. Do you understand what did she mean? I don’t know if this is the culture at Wayfair?

Wayfair Customer Service Issue

Wayfair, It takes them a entire month. Wayfair has become horrible they do not care about customer service and no integrity in thier products. If I can give a rating of 0 I would. It took them an entire month to get back to me regarding any damaged sofa I bought. The worst customer service and still waiting on them for resolution to pick the cheap sofa up and give me my refund. I don’t recommend anyone to purchase from Wayfair if you expect good customer service. I will do a second review once I get resolution and get my refund back. This is not just my option even though the App is making me check the box saying it is.

Wayfair Frustrating Ordering Experience

Wayfair, I placed order for a complete bedroom set. The website states that when the items are delivered there would be someone coming the next day to assemble the items, so I paid for the assembly service. Well, my items were all delivered within 3 days apart starting on December 23rd. There are several Heavy boxes in my living room, and No One Has Shown Up. Every time I call customer service, I get the same old Song And Dance!! I have been told sooooo many different versions of the same story it is Pathetic!!! If I had known you outsourced your assembly process I would have Never ordered from Wayfair. I have had 4 no shows and my project has been rescheduled several time without contacting me. This latest one did me in. It was set up for today and I asked the supervisor to have the person call me before they headed out to my place. No One Called. I was at work and my contractor got to my place late. And now Angie Is Trying To Charge Me Again Because Of All Days For The Assembler To Show Up It Was Today. I Am Going To Call One More Time And Have My Money Refunded And Have Wayfair Send A Truck To Pick Up All This Crap In My Living Room!!!!!!!!!!!1 I Have To Have Hip Surgery Am 62 Years Old And Am Sleeping On The Sofa. I Have Not Had A Bed To Sleep In In Over 6 Weeks!! You Have Totally Ruined My Holiday. I Will Never Order From Wayfair Again.

Wayfair Frustrating Customer Service & Solutions

Wayfair, I ordered an electric roaster oven for my Christmas dinner in time to allow for a busy season so I could get it on time. I instead was delivered a 45 cup coffee urn. I immediately notified Wayfair to send me a return label and try to expedite my roaster. This was all done on the 16th of December. Have called and reported same, was told it would be done immediately (as in the past that was the way things were done). Someone had turned it over to “executivesolutions” whom I was told once it is turned over to them, nothing can be done until the “executiesolutions” do it, They were the highest level. It would take 6 business days. Have called muliple more times until I told the girl who answered the phone that I was very upset, that the pay the “executivesolutions” salary should be dissolved, turn their pay over to the staff who were before the ones who answered the phone and were very competent in rushing returns with no problem. I wrote the “executivesolutions” an email stating I would be notifying the president of the company and that if my problem is not solved readily, I also will be notifying my 55+ community of what had happened to me. Seniors listen to other seniors as we are so tired of being abused, Now let’s see what happens as I will take further steps to get my roaster oven. One star is too much should be negative 10.
