Wayfair Disappointing Customer Service

Wayfair, Poor quality products and rude behavior. The supervisor agreed to my complaint and offered to me a good discount on the product. Disappointingly, the customer resolution department declined to accept the issue despite the pics and video were provided. They said that this defect is normal. Really!. Is this the standard of Wayfair?Also, she revoked the discount that was offered by customer service supervisor. The chair has a thick cushion and damaged. She said that it is not a defect. She said that the chair is polyester and can be bent by hand. Do you understand what did she mean? I don’t know if this is the culture at Wayfair?

Wayfair Customer Service Issue

Wayfair, It takes them a entire month. Wayfair has become horrible they do not care about customer service and no integrity in thier products. If I can give a rating of 0 I would. It took them an entire month to get back to me regarding any damaged sofa I bought. The worst customer service and still waiting on them for resolution to pick the cheap sofa up and give me my refund. I don’t recommend anyone to purchase from Wayfair if you expect good customer service. I will do a second review once I get resolution and get my refund back. This is not just my option even though the App is making me check the box saying it is.

Wayfair Tried and True Program Availability

Wayfair, I’m curious about the “Tried and True” program, does anyone monitor what is actually available? I have been a member of the Tried and True program for some time and have enjoyed several products for the cost of a review. However, the past couple of months most of the items available are lighting, floor and wall applications, molding, hardware and bathroom items such as sinks and vanities. I am not complaining just curious. Also what few items dont fall into one of those categories are not free that are purchasable item. Also I notice there are several items that are in there multiple times. Is the program ending? As I said just curious as I have appreciated being included in this program. Thank you

Wayfair Disappointing Customer Service

Wayfair, I’ve had enough! I placed an order in February 2024 and the item was backordered. I’ve had that happen many times but the problem here is the item was Finally supposed to ship in September. Here it is the 30th of September and now I’m being told it will ship sometime in May!!!!??? I have been more than patient with this and now have had enough. I really got a great price on this item and Wayfair won’t even honor a different color that is in stock. I’m just very upset with this whole mess.

Wayfair Deserves No Star

Placed an order and Wayfair lost the order (supposedly) in the middle of the shipping per the tracker. Legally they had to refund me because there was no item to ship to me. No one will do anything to make the order right. The responses from customer service are rude. This company clearly does not care about the customer or if we are satisfied. I will never order anything here again. YOU CAN NOT TRUST WAYFAIR AT ALL. I will also be closing my account as well. It’s ridiculous that Wayfair has a corporate office page that is FAKE and they tell you on that page as you scroll to the bottom. Again, do not trust anyone who creates a fake corporate profile to mislead you.
