Wayfair Disappointing Customer Service

Wayfair, Poor quality products and rude behavior. The supervisor agreed to my complaint and offered to me a good discount on the product. Disappointingly, the customer resolution department declined to accept the issue despite the pics and video were provided. They said that this defect is normal. Really!. Is this the standard of Wayfair?Also, she revoked the discount that was offered by customer service supervisor. The chair has a thick cushion and damaged. She said that it is not a defect. She said that the chair is polyester and can be bent by hand. Do you understand what did she mean? I don’t know if this is the culture at Wayfair?

Wayfair Customer Service Issue

Wayfair, It takes them a entire month. Wayfair has become horrible they do not care about customer service and no integrity in thier products. If I can give a rating of 0 I would. It took them an entire month to get back to me regarding any damaged sofa I bought. The worst customer service and still waiting on them for resolution to pick the cheap sofa up and give me my refund. I don’t recommend anyone to purchase from Wayfair if you expect good customer service. I will do a second review once I get resolution and get my refund back. This is not just my option even though the App is making me check the box saying it is.

Wayfair, Invoice. My business used to supply furniture to Wayfair customers. I have supplied furniture, and it has been more than 3months and I have not gotten paid. I have sent several emails, and no one is responding. Can someone help me on how to get my money from Wayfair?

Wayfair Disappointing Order Issue

Wayfair, Sent wrong replacement part and won’t correct. I ordered a sofa and was advised that a piece was missing and they would replace it. I received a partial delivery with the promise via email that the new part that was missing in shipment would be sent. Final component was ordered and received however it was the wrong part. I advised them immediately and sent multiple emails and have multiple copies of texts however they are stating they will not replace the part as it is outside their 30 day policy. I now have a box in the garage of a spare left arm recliner and no middle component for my sofa to join the sectional together.

Wayfair Frustrating Customer Service.

Wayfair, Terrible product and customer service. I purchased a 3 reindeer set from Wayfair on Nov 29, 2022. I used for 4 weeks and it was great. Used in 2023 for 4 weeks and it was great. Put up in 2024 and first night it worked. Next night the lights went out and it can’t be fixed. I contacted their customer service and they said it is passed its warranty. So what they are telling me is I paid $172 for a product that worked for 8 weeks and died. This first response to me was to connect the wires and it will light up. Really? I responded stating again that it just died. Their are no fuses or bulbs that can be replaced. This is their 2nd response: Hello, Thanks for getting back to us. We are sorry for this issue. But this one can be used continuously, but now three years have passed, even if it is not applicable, it will consume the life of the product, hope to get your understanding. Best, Anna Really? This obviously makes no sense. Ridiculous. Never will purchase from them again!!!! Nor will my wife, and the tons of people I tell.
