What has happened to the biscuits! I sure do miss the fluffy Bojangles biscuits. This crumble has become the norm the last couple of months. I frequent Bojangles all over Statesville two to three times a week for breakfast .This biscuit came from 107 Beechnut Lane Statesville, NC. I bought 6 and they were all like this. Over all this location has the best service and cleanliness in Statesville. Wont go to east broad any more. Service is terrible and never know when door will be locked or not. The best biscuits IN the area are in Mooresville up on the hill. Yes I drive out of my way to go to Bojangles . I guess the point is… If they dont rise then baker needs to change something….assembler should not serve them for sure. Lack of Quality control or they don’t care .

I got the 1/4 pound shrimp combo, I got maybe a small handful of shrimp. I paid $17 for a large combo 1/4 pound of shrimp and it’s not even close to that!

Bojangles, Changes. In Dothan, Alabama the two Bojangles were sold. Now they do not prepare grits, southern fried anything, salads, etc. I thought the Bojangles Franchises had to all sell the same thing. This is the South and grits is a staple down here. You cannot order a southern fried chicken sandwich. The Only chicken they serve now is spicy. You ask the workers what is going on and they don’t have a clue. We used to eat there at least twice a week…now maybe once every three weeks…What’s going on?

Bojangles store 920: Get the Heat fixed. West Columbia SC, has the best food and employees one could ask for, The food is consistently great, the service is fast and the employees are always smiling and ask you how you are doing. I love starting my morning there, I order a ham biscuit meal with unsweet tea, it is the same almost every morning. I eat in and relax. Store 920 is a store that Bojangles corporate should use as an example of how a Bojangles should be run. The only thing wrong has nothing to do with the employees, food or service it has to do with corporate and my message to them is ‘Get the Damn heat fixed in the store!’ Come on what are ya’ll doing? The heat has worked for only 1 day since mid October. This morning it was 32 degrees here in West Cola. and just about the same inside the store. These employees are freezing in there and you know what they keep coming to work. Me, it doesn’t really matter, I can go through the drive through but I like eating in. To let these employees day after day after day work with no heat is mighty terrible. Who ever handles regional store maintenance should take care of this situation. I don’t understand why the regional supervisor is not getting this fixed. This is one of his best stores and its employees and customers having to put up with this. Yea, he should be fired too. What does it say about a corporation that cares so little about the well being of its customers and employees that they would not address this immediately and be all over it. Maybe corporate should go 2 months in their office with out heat? I can assure you it would be fixed immediately with out hesitation, ahhh but little ole store 920 and its customers have go without it.
