24 Hour Fitness, Neglected Maintenance. I am a member of the 24 Hour Fitness location on I-10 East Houston Texas. This facility is in bad need of maintenance and repairs of the machines, locker room wet area and saunas. You have a maintenance guy who clocks in then disappears the rest of the day without fixing anything. He needs to be fired. This use to be a really nice facility years ago but over the years has been neglected. This place has a lot of members but it’s becoming a Dump! Please send someone to inspect this facility and all the machines and wet area and see for yourselves. Your cleaning people do a great job but the maintenance really needs attention.

24 Hour Fitness, Rude manager. I was at the Gym on Potrero, San Francisco last Friday May 9 and the Manager gave me a real bad attitude when I pointed out that 5 out of the 9 showers in men’s room were not working. He was loud and threatening. I asked for his name and he said “I’m not giving you my name” then I said I was going to make a complaint with corporate and he said “you can complaint to whoever you want, I dont care”. I guess 24hrs gym don’t care about customer satisfaction.

24 Hour Fitness, Yorba Linda, CA is getting neglected. was stellar for quite awhile, however for at least a year, conditions have been deteriorating. Equipment isn’t being maintained(rope climber has been down for months with a sign on it) floors and stairs aren’t getting cleaned frequently enough,the sauna frequently smells of sewer pipes, excessive trash can be found around equipment and especially the exterior of the building. It seems to be getting worse as time goes by.

24 Hour Fitness, Meeting the new manager David in Tacoma at 37 th and Pacific. Throughout the winter the club was really getting bad. Broken machines and no custodians. The gym was really getting run down and some of the other members and I asked the assistant manager if they were getting ready to close They had no general manager. Then in comes the Tacoma Tornado David. This man is literally hands on fixing the equipment. Cleaning the bathrooms and scrubbing the bottoms around the machines. Great hire the gym is looking better than before. A great hire.

24 Hour Fitness, Something always broken, not fixed or dirty. I’ve been a member over 30yrs. I also belong to 2 other gyms that are clean, machines work or get fixed quickly, clean facilities. The locker doors have been broken over a year and the excuses have always been cooperate has to approve it. What a joke!!!
