AT&T Frustrating Account Issues

AT&T, Keep combining my Landline account with my son’s wireless account. I am so frustrated and furious with your nonchalant attitude of AT&T customer service. The past two years I cannot login to pay my Landline account; I was doing this for years on my ATT phone App but for some reason out of the blue, you combined my Landline account either my son’s wireless. Now my cellphone he purchased and pays on his account for years but that has nothing to do with my landline that I had for over 59 years. I get a text reminder to pay my landline bill and I login on the text website to pay it and it ask that I update my PW on ID. I login and get his confidential information: Your account has a past-due balance.

Please pay your past-due balance to avoid suspension.

Late fees may apply. Past Due. Your balance is: Enter amount. Split payments. Payment date Jan 10th, 2025 ? Can’t pay today? Make a payment arrangement. I call and get KeKe instead of helping me correct it; she instructs me to not login on my email, my email is totally different from his. I’m tired of being transferred to technical support who promise to correct the problem but Have Not corrected the problem. Your customer service is truly terrible!

AT&T, Poor Customer Service and poor inventory management. I stopped by your store on Woodruff Road here in Greenville, SC seeking technical advice for my Galaxy S20fe5G cell phone. I was greeted by, a man who presented himself as the store manager on Sat 1/4/25 about 4:30 p.m.The man was totally devoid of product knowledge, he was rude, and unhelpful, with an attitude. I tried to buy a charging cord and was told it was out of stock. I asked if I could order one and was again informed it was out of stock, I ended up having to buy a charger and cord of a different type at more expense. You made a severe error in judgement allowing this man to manage that store. His inventory management skills are subpar, his human relations skills came right out of the toilet. He was rude and he should be fired! It was a 20 mile round trip for me to visit your store. The next time I need a phone I will be looking at other companies.

AT&T, customer service people do not either know what the problem is or cover it up by saying the customer needs a SIM card. Do not believe what AT&T customer service tells you, they cover up the problem.

AT&T Greensboro NC Frustrating Customer Service

AT&T, I spent over an hour and half at store in Greensboro and never recieved service. Representative went to back to see if iphone 15 was in stock. Why? I called before I came and was told they were in stock. Finally I asked the customer sitting near me how long he had been there and he said 3 hours. I lsft. Well ordered my phone on line and customer service was great. Call Pyrimid AT&T store to see if they would activate for me (Im 80 years old) I was told that since I didn’t purchase from that store they would not help me. Plus your representative was so within himself that I could hardly understand him Speak up I asked him, AT&T I will work at one of your store, they need help. Thats two sorry stores in the same city. Help!!!

AT&T Disappointing Billing Issue

AT&T, Pro-Rated my final bill.After a couple of years of trying to haggle with AT&T to lower my bill for internet and basic cable service/no premium movie channels, I canceled AT&T services on October 28, 2024. AT&T withdrew the full amount of the bill instead of a pro-rated charge from my checking account on November 16, 2024. I called AT&T and spoke to supervisor Tenisha. She was rude, unprofessional and stated AT&T does not pro-rate final bills. If the final billing period was October 16 thru November 16, I paid for 3 weeks of no internet/cable service!
