Kia 2024 Telluride Window Molding Issue

November 15, 2024

Kia, Window molding. I’ve been having problems with my 2024 Telluride window molding. I’ve had one replaced already. Now the other 3 need to be replaced and I’ve been waiting a few months now. I’m paying for a new car lease that is falling apart. I’m getting tired of waiting for these parts!

Kia Disappointing Repair Service

November 21, 2024

Kia, Repair service is unreliable. I have a 2017 Kia Sorento (previously owned a 2011 Kia Sorento). In 2022 I started having electrical issues with passenger side mirror not returning to position after backing up and the right turn signal coming on after left turn signal shuts off. I have had two different dealerships look at the problem but they can never get an error code nor to they show previous error codes. I drove to the dealership one time the issue occured and they agreed that there was an issue. I recently had the mirror accentuate replaced to the turn of $430.33 and it did not solve the problem. I took the vehicle back for them to look at it again and all they said was there are no error codes. The vehicle sat under a pine tree for almost 4 days, during a horrific rain storm. When I picked up the vehicle it was covered in pine straw and had leaf marks that took days to get out, I don’t feel they ever looked at the vehicle. They stated the head mechanic had a call into tech support. Now since they changed the mirror motor, I have a problem with my passenger side low beam. The idiot light states low beam issue. The dealership wanted over $300 just for the HID low beam bulb and another $200 to remove the bumper to replace it. I purchased the identical bulb and replaced it without having to remove the bumper. However, it still doesn’t work. I’m tired of spending all this money for nothing and dealing with mechanics that can only rely on error codes instead of trusting their or mine judgement.

Kia Disappointing Customer Service

October 26, 2024

Kia, Uncertifiable. We recently purchased a used vehicle from QEW KIA in Toronto, a 2011 Rondo EX. The vehicle had been designated certified by the service department at the point of sale. Upon driving the vehicle and taking it to our own mechanic, safety issues were discovered: faulty brakes and faulty exhaust being the most flagrant. The service manager has not responded to our recent email (though in an earlier email she admitted that the car should not have been certified given the issues), nor has the manager of the dealership contacted us, as we are asking for compensation to have these issues resolved. Along with this, the communication within the service department appears to be less than optimal as they are in a general state of confusion whenever we approach them to have work done. A mess.

Kia Excellent Customer Service

October 22, 2024

I Love Kia. Disabled Navy Veteran here, Owner of a Kia Optima, Kia has always been very helpful and have always taken care of me. Kia’s warranty on their vehicles is what will keep me loyal to them when it’s time for me to buy a new one, if and when I’m able to afford it next. I’m really needing a new Kia vehicle but sadly I’m unable to afford a new Kia so I pray my current car keeps being good to me for a long time. My dream Kia, would either be the Telluride or the brand new Kia Truck. For my own safety, due to my disability, I desperately Need a new vehicle that has all the Safety features in it. I sure hope some things change around for me that some day I can have an updated Kia.

Kia Customer Service Issue

October 13, 2024

Kia 2020 Niro Engine dead. Kia refuses to honor my warranty which is good until 104,000 miles. I have 79,000 miles on it. Even after engine recalls and engine lights services in 6/24 they want with $6600.00 or 17 oil receipts which I don’t have. Most oil changes were done in my garage and receipts destroyed in a flood which I sent them a copy of the claim. Corporate refuses to call me back. My car has been sitting in their lot since July 31, 2024. They refuse to repair it. I have filed complaints with Attorney Generals office, BBB, Consumer Protection Agy, Corporate and these people refuse to talk to me. I am still paying for this car but no longer have it. Their customer service is awful. Many other people and tow truck drivers has said engine dying and warranty denying to fix it is very common with Kia. I just sent all documents to an attorney.
