Kia, Window molding. I’ve been having problems with my 2024 Telluride window molding. I’ve had one replaced already. Now the other 3 need to be replaced and I’ve been waiting a few months now. I’m paying for a new car lease that is falling apart. I’m getting tired of waiting for these parts!

Kia, I want to start off by saying I love kia cars, however I recently purchased a new 2025 Kia K5 back in July of 2024 and I was in a car accident in Oct 2024 and the only damage I had was my front bumper, we are now in January 2025 and Kia has not made a bumper and is taking their time in making a bumper, Kia customer connect keeps telling me that there is nothing they can do and Kia still does not have an eta on when a bumper will be made, I am currently paying for rental car, car note, car insurance for the last 6 months because has not put a rush on the order for the bumper, very disappointed.

Kia is infuriating! Don’t buy a Kia! Specifically, the Concord, CA Kia dealership! I leased my brand new 2024 Kia EV6 Wind long range in San Jose, CA. I got a recall notice so I make an appointmet at the Kia dealership closest to my house. I get there early 7:15am hoping to catch a shuttle home while they handle the recall, and 4 issues I had with the cars A/C coming on when I set the preheat climate control from the KIA App. Also I sent lock or unlock the doors half the time from the door handle while holding the fob. The key fob doesn’t summon the car as promised .

Kia white paint has a issue that needs to be addressed. We’ve owned a 2011 Sorrento white SUV now own a 2020 Telluride. Both vehicles paint delaminating off hood and roof since I’ve purchased $100k in Kia SUVs between the two I’m disappointed and will not be buying another Kia for my wife if this doesn’t get resolved.

Kia has the worst Service trying to get issues resolved. I have been trying to get a title change from Kia Finance for a year and a half. I have been granted full financial responsibility as of September of 2023. The corporate office is not help at all. Their customer service is very bad and have no clue of what they are doing.
