My Kia in the shop for over 65 days. No problem with the service department. My problem is with the corporate office. I have a case manager Kenny. I have contacted him many, many times to be ignored over almost 3 months. I received 1 call from him after someone higher up contacted him. I have been ignored over and over again. Kia corporate and their customer service have not helped me at all, hence having to go to legal action. Very poor service for a corporation as big as Kia. No professionalism at all. If you buy a Kia, pray it doesn’t break down and you need customer service.

Do not buy a Kia just save your money motors go out and they find every reason not to pay or fix

Attention corporate headquarters!

MISTY at corporate office a supervisor is beyond unacceptable for her role as a customer service supervisor absolutely no reason a motor goes out and no one can help or fix absolutely worst customer service ever so basically have to spend 9k on a new motor

I have a 2020 Kia Soul that has given me nothing but issues, back in May the transmission went out, and I was without a car for a month now its December and I need a new engine my car is under warranty but Kia will not pay for a rental. This is not acceptable because a 3-year-old car should not need an engine and if that’s the case Kia should pay for my rental while my car is being repaired which is gonna take 2-3 weeks…this is unacceptable

2019 Kia Sorento Starter Issue- 48,000 miles

The 2019 Kia Sorento starter went out car only has 48,000 miles the warranty expired in September of this year and the problem happened in November. I feel like this still should have been taken care of considering the miles on the car yet I had to pay out of pocket for it! Also took a week to even get to my car to look at it RIDICULOUS.
