I have a product that will solve the problem of theft with Kia vehicles. I sent an e-mail showing my invention that will virtually eliminate the theft problem. My patent invention-6349573- “The Car Cage”..An anti theft device that locks the top to bottom of car,camera mount that feeds to smart phone ,taking photo of the vehicle if tampered with; the product is constructed of Alloy metal with key locks. please see patent info.

Please be advised someone should investigate the Kia store on Preston Highway in Louisville KY.

Be advised I purchased a new 2023 kia rio on July 22, 2023 I gave the salesperson a check and ask to hold it for 3 days while I transferred the funds into my checking account. The finance person took the check to the bank 2 days, therefore the bank charged me $37.00 for insufficient funds.I feel the finance department that took the check EARLY should reimburse me the $ 37.00 for not complying with my request to hold the check for the 3 days

Please be advised I have worked with the sales consultant on this matter therefore he is in no way at fault.

I purchased a 2017 Kia Sportage and it has been in the dealership for the last 4 months and no one can figure out what is wrong with it. I would like to be connected with the buy-back program because I no longer want this car. It was driven through a puddle in late Dec and then parked for 5 days. When it was started the check engine light was blinking so it was taken to the dealership.

I am disappointed with my experience at Kia Gateway in NJ. I had to replace the battery within the first three months of owning the car, and now my car won’t start. Gateway Kia was unhelpful and dismissive, and they said it would take several weeks to look into the issue. I am pregnant and without a car, and I cannot be without a car for 3+ months. I believe it is illegal for them to keep my car for 30+ days without a diagnosis. I have decided to have my car towed to another dealer.
