I'll make this short:

Nurse Gabby tells my father in law (the patient) one thing, and then calls me on the side asking me (who takes care of him)  to tell my father in law on She cannot do this or that, she has to get the permission, and she doesn't have permission to do (her job): i.e. changing his catheter, or changing his catheter's Bag.(Reminder: we were offered such service at the time of signing up with Bayada)  Now: one day, due to Gabby's Lies: it caused me and my father in law an argument: because she tells my father in law that she can, and she tells me to tell him that she cannot. (Note: Due to her lack of professionalism, and LIES, my father in law had an urine infection)

Now, Next: Nurse Gabby went to My father in law's  PCP office at VA: gathered with His VA nurse Susan who i don't even know, made a fake report about me abusing my father in law ( I have all the proofs to counter her lies).

Now, she didn't stop there: One day my father in law had an appointment with PCP's office: Gabby made sure she was there with Susan, but there weren't there to care for him (because according to my father in law, both of them were not doing anything to treat his health but) but this was what they were there for:  Trying to mislead my father in law into framing me.

Susan(at Tripler VA in Oahu Hawaii from Doctor Soliai's office, whom to this day cannot even get an appointment right; Neglecting Patient's and Family's will, refuse to return calls regarding the updates of patient's real conditions etc. Every time when patient goes into PCP's office, basically gets either no treatment or mistreatment, 'the usual "blow him off", he's just one of the dozen' treatment. ): 

Susan: " so i heard you had a bit problem there?" (to my father)

my father in law: "no problems, all good, I don't wanna talk about it."

Next, Gabby and Susan made another false report about me abusing my father in law.

Weeks later of that, My father in law started getting phone calls from state human health services who try to mislead him to frame me, and try to get him to a foster home??? WHEN MY FATHER IN LAW KEPT ON SAYING, STOP CALLING, THERE IS NO PROBLEM.

I wonder how this country has been giving out Nursing Licenses, and to whom??? This is a serious ethic violation.

and…BE CAREFUL WHO DO YOU LET IN YOUR HOMES…

This is how they prey on patients and try to frame the innocents around the patients( You do know they get paid to put patients in foster and state facilities right?) (and in fact: those places ACTUALLY abuse people, historically) 

this is how they do: " you sure there is no problem? cuz I heard there is, are you sure?" (repeatedly) 

Patient: "NO PROBLEM, LEAVE ME ALONE." 

them: "you sure?" (repeatedly). 

They were not giving up until they make him Lie. That's what they were doing.

Is there any true psychologists who can tell us what evilness is this?

Not for nothing, I AM THE ONE SHOULD HAVE MADE THE REPORT about her Mistreatment of Patient due to unprofessionalism and lack of integrity (Lying btwn me and patient), but I thought to give her a chance…Little do you know…

Also: You can't even let it go. Because, I treated this as gossips and i led go…Oh my…Look what my niceness got me where…
They can't stop this sham, they kept on calling my father in law to enforce their dark agenda on framing me! Yup, as of this past week, we still were getting such harassment calls from the so called human services! Wow… All Started with Gabby's LIES, and UNETHICAL ACTIONS.

This is a SERIOUS ethic VIOLATION!

I agree with all the bad things they said about this company. They claimed to care about the client. All they care is about making money with higher clients. They will leave clients alone n they don't even call to let the client know or they will sent the aid to another client before u n then they just tell the aid to go to the client when ever they get there. Like if ur aid is supposed to be at a client at 10am they will have the client go do a job @10am when they have to b at my house 10am so, they just tell them to get to me when ever n mind u I'm supposed to be priority one. I have broken my leg 3 times because no one here to help me

Bayada is not a responsible, professional, accountable company to serve disabled people thru Home Health Care. They pull caregivers to move them to other, more high profile jobs WITHOUT NOTICE. They tell you that a caregiver will show up on a certain day every week, then they put that caregiver on another job and only call you 5 minutes before closing the night before the caregiver is supposed to come. They send people that are not trained for the specific tasks of the job and expect the home caregiver to train them. They are incredibly unprofessional and uncaring and should not be allowed to serve disabled people.

Bayada is ridiculous with $9 hrly pay this is a worldwide company and i believe the aides shld be getting paid more for the job we do we (the aides) shows tlc to our clients and my clients personally told they wld not have made it this far without me and those words alone makes me wonder why are the ones that works in the office sitting on their butts for 8hrs getting paid more than the aides the only reason why im still with bayada is because of my clients but its a shame that the pay is not even enough to pay your bills in New Jersey they are cheap and sad

It's ridiculous that the agency allows the nurses to call in 30 minutes before the shift starts therefore leaving the caregiver to have to call in from their job. Which has happened a couple of times. Can never find get nurses to fill in when one calls out. Does not make the hours up that were not cover by the agencyand continue to bill medicaid for the service. Bayada's job is to have service for the family,but to continue to have the same problems year after year and things don't get any better is ridiculous. Need a whole new policy make over for their nursing staff. Make them responsible for when they call out. They need to make them find a sub to fill in for them when the need to be off or call out,and if that sub call out hold them liable. Just so frustrated with this agency in monroe,nc

ALL OF THIS IS FACTS BAYADA IS A CHEAP INCONSIDERATE AS COMPANY ESPECIALLY THE UNION N.J OFFICE THEY MESS UP CHECKS DONT SEND COVERS WHEN YOU CALL OUT AND LIKE YOU SAID STILL BILL MEDICAID/MEDICARE IF IT WASNT FOR MY CLIENTS I WLD HAVE BEEN LEFT SMDH

I would like to comment on Bayada bucks.At first I thought that it was nice to have.But,then I thought that it would be to get gas cards,movie ticket's,credit cards towards pizza,groceries,fast foods,thrift stores. I myself do not have any children, but I do speak for all.I feel that gas card's would really show appreciation for the ones who drives out of their way for a client.I really feel that Bayada will have a better turn out.Think about it.giving someone an item to show appreciation suppose to be personal.How can it be personal with your name on it,or have to work for months or years till you guys feel that we are deserving for Bayada bucks?I really feel that if you ask any of the CNAs they would feel the same way,they will feel that you was really thinking about them.Hey even a card for a free oil change,cause traveling from client to client especially in ALL types of weather (it shows that Bayada understands)
