BD'S Mongolian Grill Columbus OH Reservations

Reservations! I called and made a reservation for 16 people at the Easton Location in Columbus, OH. I called at 1 pm and was going to be there at 5 pm. When we got to the restaurant for the time I said we would be there and this person told us it would be a 2-hour wait. I asked for the manager and the manager said that they were told of the reservation however with it being a Saturday that it was impossible to seat that many people together. Now mind you we called 4 hours in advance and they should have had our table reserved and ready. I would get it if we showed up late but we were there 15 minutes early. We will not be returning back to this location as they obviously don’t understand reservations. Very disappointing. We decided to go somewhere else as this was just a ridiculous amount of wait time for when you call 4 hours ahead. This location lost a lot of money tonight because a lot of people were going to pay for the extra bowls.

BD's Mongolian Grill Charged full price even though BOHO was offered by email & app.

It’s not right when you email BOHO and then charge the full price. We didn’t realize it until after we paid the bill and the restaurant won’t refund the difference. The food was great. Unable to find a corporate phone number.

BD's Mongolian Novi Restaurant could use some cleaning!

This used to be a great place to meet up with friends. Lately, it has been going downhill as far as cleanliness. We were there Sunday for a birthday and I was ashamed of the place. It was filthy! The floor was sticky, the table was sticky and the women’s bathroom was a wreck. Please fix this restaurant, it can be a great place.
