Shutdown my account without justification! CashApp shut down my account and claimed that I violated their terms of agreement, but refuse to tell me what term I supposedly violated. The only transactions that I made through CashApp were to family, friends, and businesses. I been doing this for at least 4 years with no issues, but now I supposedly violated their terms of agreement. Dealing with their customer service and complaint department is the worse experience I ever had with a business. It is an oxymoron because they provide no customer service and the complaint department just repeats what customer service already told me…nothing.

I recently received a letter indicating available funds in my account that must be withdrawn before August 24th to prevent transfer to the state. Despite sending four letters, 34 emails, and making two calls, I haven’t received a response. The letter doesn’t specify the account, making it difficult to proceed. Urgently seeking your help to access these funds before the deadline.

MJ, but I’m not getting any help. Your team doesn’t seem to want to help and just wants to get off the phone quickly. It’s been two weeks, and my issue still isn’t fixed. I’m worried I’ll lose my money because the staff isn’t doing their job. I need someone from the main office to talk to me. I’ve sent 29 emails and mailed 4 letters, but no one’s answering. You sent a letter without account details. How can I use the account if you don’t give me the information? I don’t have the old phone numbers or email anymore. I showed MJ my ID, passport, and social security card. I even sent a picture of me holding my passport and the letter you sent. But I still haven’t heard back. I’ve emailed MJ many times to check if she got my emails, but I get no reply. I’m really frustrated.
