Chase, I have been a loyal Amazon customer for over 10 years, but my recent experience with a return has been incredibly frustrating. On December 7, 2024, I dropped off three items at a Whole Foods/Amazon Drop-Off location. Two of the items were credited immediately, but my iPhone 14 was not. When I contacted customer support, I was told the phone was still “in transit” and had not reached the return center. Despite providing proof of my return via an Amazon confirmation email, I was told to wait 14 days for processing. Two weeks later, I followed up, only to be told the phone was still not received. Frustrated, I disputed the charge with my Chase, my credit card company, which placed the amount on a 30-day hold to investigate. However, Amazon falsely claimed the phone was never returned, and the dispute was denied. A few days later, Amazon issued a refund—but only for $2.18 instead of the $478.66 plus tax I was owed.I called Amazon again, explained my situation for the third time, and was assured I would receive my full refund within 5-7 business days. I even received an email confirmation. Yet, as expected, no refund was issued. On February 5, nearly two months later, I spent 45 minutes on hold while a rep “consulted a supervisor,” only to be disconnected without a callback. When I called again, I was told there was no supervisor available, and my refund request had to be restarted—meaning another 5-7 business days of waiting.This is completely unacceptable. What should have been a simple return has turned into a nightmare. Amazon’s customer service has severely declined, and resolving an issue like this feels impossible. Meanwhile, I’m expected to pay my credit card bill for an item Amazon has in its possession. I have even contacted my local ABC 7 affiliate to expose this situation. Amazon must do better—train its representatives properly, stop hiding behind scripted responses, and take responsibility for their customers’ concerns. Unfortunately, after this experience, I may never purchase another high-value item from Amazon again.

Chase, Complaint on Lost Funds from my checking account. Feb 16,2024 I had someone Hack into my account and wire $9,299.00 to an International Bank without my knowledge. I filed numerous complaints, all denied. I went into branches and still denied. Now I am withdrawing my savings and will continue on my remaining accounts. I’ve been a customer for 29 yrs and have been Treated So Poorly and Disrespected by your Bank.

I just received a letter from Chase after they reviewed my Chase credit line for a potential increase and denied me however they did not take into account how I paid down a 72 month auto loan in 24 months and the Chase rep failed to tell me to have them add the extra payments to the Principle. Incompetence.

Chase, I’d give a zero but not offered. Incompetent customer service. No one can give you the right answers. Lost home in hurricane, put in forbearance until Dec. However, I still get weekly calls asking for payment!! Do they not enter info in accounts? Also customer service isn’t even in Chase location. Outsourced again. Paying off, and never banking with Chase again!!

Chase Constant APR Increases

Constant APR increases and low-quality customer support! After nearly 24 years with Chase, they have become sharks and are only concerned about bottom profits and the APR is unreasonably high. No one should pay hundreds of dollars a month in interest charges. They do not care if you have been a long-time loyal and timely customer. All of the customer support is outsourced. The APR on my other card is a lot more reasonable and they are very customer-focused and go above and beyond. Chase is far from customer-centric. It should be illegal to charge someone 5000 or more dollars in interest a year.
