The Green Mountain office will let you Insurance laps and they don't even look in your mouth during a checkup. The only good Doctor at S. Wadsworth up and left. The 64th St. office staff can't spell your name you you give it to them in printed form.st forgot I existed claiming that they tried to contact me. Funny every other office knows how to contact me, but the can't. Corporates just hangs up on you when you try to address a problem then they block you number.

If you can get an appointment or a call back you are lucky. They hang up on you most of the time. They won't give you reminders that you need a check up. They won't inform you that your INS. policy has lapsed The Dr.s are pretty good except for a couple but the office staff is clueless. The periodontist office didn't even have my name spelled correctly so they didn't know I was a patient. I DO NOT RECOMENT. This is the 4th office I have dealt with and they are all the same incompetent office staff. ANd if yo complain to Corporate they just hang up on you.

Granted I have Medicaid that denied my services, but instead of calling me and letting me know ahead of time, I ended up driving there only to be told "sorry" we can't work on your teeth today. In pain, I was stunned, and was told "well if you can pay up front we'll help you". If that were the case I wouldn't have Medicaid. I understand that ultimately it's Medicaid that denied me, but have some compassion and humanity! Dr. Pham walked into the area where I was told that I was denied and he pretended not to hear or know me! There was no lets see how we can help you or we will try to help with your pain–anything!! I got the attitude of Oh well, sucks to be you! Bye! Also, there was no confidentiality! Everyone in the office could hear that I am on Medicaid and don't have the money to pay for services–so much for confidentiality at comfort dental! Aren't there laws to protect us from this? Take me into another room to discuss this! And I wasn't loud or our of control. but the area where they discuss finances is wide open! I feel so uncompromised and humiliated on top of being in pain! Thanks Comfort Dental for your compassion and care!
