How to File and Escalate a Comfort Dental Complaint

  1. Contact the local office. Begin with the Comfort Dental location where the appointment, treatment, billing or communication issue occurred.
  2. Ask for the appropriate person. Depending on the concern, this may be the treating dentist, office manager, billing representative or treatment coordinator.
  3. Explain the requested resolution. Clearly state whether you are requesting an appointment, treatment explanation, adjustment, records, corrected bill, insurance review, refund review or another specific response.
  4. Document the issue. Keep the treatment plan, estimates, receipts, insurance information, appointment confirmations, financing documents, emails and notes from telephone conversations.
  5. Escalate unresolved concerns. After giving the local office an opportunity to respond, email Comfort Dental Patient Relations at in**@***********al.biz.
  6. Keep a written timeline. Record the dates of treatment, promised follow-up, canceled or delayed appointments, prior contacts and responses.

For clinical-care, professional-conduct or licensing concerns that remain unresolved, patients may also review complaint options through the dental board in the state where treatment occurred. Insurance, financing and payment disputes may require separate contact with the insurer, financing provider or payment-card company.

Patient privacy warning: Do not post dental records, X-rays, complete treatment plans, insurance identification numbers, payment information, birth dates, home addresses or other private health and financial information in a public review. Send sensitive documents only through a secure method approved by the dental office.

Comfort Dental Gold Plan and Membership Questions

Comfort Dental’s Gold Plan is a reduced-fee dental membership program. Comfort Dental states that it is not dental insurance and does not make payments directly to dental providers. Members remain responsible for dental charges but may receive preventive services and discounts from participating providers under the applicable plan terms.

Gold Plan availability, fees, included services and participating offices can change. The individual and family Gold Plan is not currently offered in Washington, and business-plan availability is more limited.

Before enrolling, ask for the current written terms, membership cost, participating office information, included preventive services, treatment discounts, cancellation rules and any waiting periods or restrictions.

Current information is available on the official Comfort Dental Gold Plan page. Questions can be directed to 1-303-232-2300, 1-855-526-6524 or go******@***********al.biz.

Comfort Dental Six Months For Implants?

May 1, 2025

Comfort Dental, Six months for implants – is this normal? The individuals who supply the service – great – the service problematic. Time after time I’m told of backlogs in the laboratory. Having stopped work crew so that I could make this mornings appointment – again – no implants. Next birthday I’m 85 and I debated spending the money on implants versus life expectancy. Life expectancy in the USA for males is 74. Clearly Comfort Dental knows this as I was asked to pay in December 2024. Six months after paying I still have dentures of difficulty – split – repaired – lined and probably needing weekly attention but I don’t wish to keep visiting. I shall initially raise this lack of product with my credit card company – before hiring an attorney.
