In November I received a call from Midwest Dental in Plymouth Wisconsin stating I had dental benefits left. I've been with Midwest Dental for more than 20 years and at least for the last 10 I am asked every year if I want to get 2 crowns for 2 broken teeth that do not bother me at all and I always decline per I cannot afford this. He also suggest a buildup and seeing I had extra benefits I asked for an estimate and decided to get one done which I paid $131 at the time of service. A month later I had a cleaning and was told I owed them $191 per the buildup was not covered by insurance, wouldn't they have been told this if they ACTUALLY called and got an estimate?? I have always had my teeth cleaned regularly for the last 35 years and have never had something like this happen, I will not be going back but will contact my insurance to ask questions about this.

Midwest in oshkosh on Ohio Street is a joke. Go through employees like i change my underwear! Was supposed to have a appointment. Tried calling numerous times no one gets back to you when I did have appointment they didn't submit bill to insurance for 7 months. Dentist told me I needed pairidontal cleaning. Went to a more qualified dentist he told me no reason for it. Also the crown they did it wasn't done right. Need I go on! Place is a joke after 10 years this place went down hill fast!

It took forever to see my dentist when my cavities fell out. I explained the importance to getting them fixed right away, however took 3 weeks to get in. I asked the dentist, maybe he should check my teeth for an infection since it took forever to get in. He said no, you will be fine. Well I am not. 2 weeks later, I ended up in urgent care for a double tooth infection, lost time off of work. Two doctors, double antibiotics, and now another dentist has to extract them. Called the dentist office, and explained what is going on, I get. Well he is off sick and we will just have to wing it. Really. What kind of business is this. Top things off, they demanded 200 payment for an estimate with my insurance, turns out I only owe 89.00. glad I didn't pay when I left. Not thru with this yet. What kind of Dentists are you hiring?

Going to midwest dental with our daughter was an absolute nightmare. The older lady who Worked On My Daughter Was Extremely Rude And When My Daughter Didnt Understand Which Way To Move Her Face She Smacked At My Daughters Face And When My Daughter Was In Pain The Dentist Said Your Fine Which I Thought Was Very Unacceptable. I Was Told There Was More Cavities on Each Visit And she never Proved To Me The New Work That Was being Done. One Of The Cavities That was Filled the Filling Feel Out Less Than one week Later. I Waa charged Over $600 To Fill A Few cavities what delta dental insurance. I felt very betrayed by this company and also when the dentist was cleaning her teeth she chipped my was front tooth and said to put in the notes that the tooth was already chipped which told me so much about the integrity of the dentist. I attempted to contact corporate with the time I get off work but I would only get a call when I'm at work. I would NEVER RECCOMEND MIDWEST DENTAL TO ANYONE HUGE MISTAKE TAKING MY DAUGHTER TO MIDWEST DENTA L.

I do not like or understand the fact that you do not accept my son's dental insurance. He has United Health Care–Kancare insurance and has been told they do not accept it. I would appreciate an explanation as to why: since you have United Health Care on your list, but guess Kancare is the problem?
