Monarch Dental Terrible Customer Service

Monarch Dental, Horrid emergency visit. My family member showed up before opening at 9am to get emergency help and relief. Our family dentists have always been available for emergency visits. We’ve even had our own appointments canceled or delayed due to other’s emergency issue. We didn’t mind. Dental pain feels deadly! When my family member showed up, he had to fill out like 22 pgs of paperwork (new system), before taking him back for his emergency, and they knew him!!! It could have been filled out when he got relief!!!! But no. He then had to wait 1 1/2 hrs! He was in Severe Pain. No staff member acted like he was even there, let alone looked at him. They acted like nothing. There was no action nor compassion. He then goes back to get an X-ray and sits in the chair to be seen, only to be told it looks fine. He was in severe pain!!!! The dentist didn’t even offer pain medicine! The new dentist they have there now is not a good fit at all, and said she’d just “do a root canal”. He had his tooth fixed by the previous Very Kind dentist there. He then asks for an antibiotic “just in case” and pain medicine. Her reply? I don’t provide anyone’s prescriptions until later in the day at 2pm. My son felt like he wanted to die. He actually told me that, because the pain was so severe. and, he had to go to work!!!! He still talks about his horrific experience. He then went to see the previous dentist who worked on his tooth, who was a one hour drive away. That dentist resolved the issue. My entire family of four, has been going to Monarch Dental for years, will not be returning. ever. The front desk gal Adina, told us we could go elsewhere if we weren’t happy with their service to my son. She said they were right in how they acted. I said they were wrong. She didn’t mind losing all four of us at all. Apparently Monarch gets enough people to support clinics everywhere. I’m warning people on social media to stay away. Besides, there’s constantly new dentists these days. That just seems wrong. Moving along…with all of our money and insurance benefits elsewhere.
