Reach Cracker Barrel Corporate Office 

I stopped at Cracker Barrel in DeSoto, Tx, off of 35, Saturday, November 23. My order was quick and easy, so I thought. I ordered 2 slices of Dr. Pepper cake. Order was placed about 5:15pm, at 5:56pm I still didn’t have my order with no real explanation. I requested a refund and left very upset. The MOD, very unconcerned when brought to his attention. The staff was just a joke. There was one person working the front seems to be fairly new, so her lines were long until I went back by the kitchen area to ask for help for her (Where 3 employees were chatting, laughing and playing). The customer service there is very poor, unprofessional, and totally unacceptable. I will make sure to share this with the residents of DeSoto as well.

Cracker Barrel, This place has went downhill..Please come in and check it out. Silverware is dirty, restrooms are filthy, dishes are filthy it has to be of poor management!!! Please have a surprise visit! Food has no taste.

I visited Cracker Barrel in LaGrange, Georgia, and had a disappointing experience. I checked in at the host station, gave my name and cell number, and was told the wait would be about 10 minutes. I waited outside, but after around 30 minutes, I noticed that people arriving after me were being seated. I went inside and spoke to a manager, who assured me I would be seated next. However, I continued to see other guests seated before me. When I politely asked about my wait time, I felt I was treated dismissively.

After waiting for about 45 minutes, I decided to speak to the manager again and let her know I was contacting corporate. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this at this location, so I’ve decided I won’t return to this restaurant. The experience was frustrating and made me feel overlooked as a customer

Cracker Barrel, Injuries on the job and managers refuse to take the time to help or guide an employee to an Injury incident Report and workman’s comp forms. These types of forms and paperwork should be accessable to employees at all times. I can show my MRI and xrays.

Cracker Barrel, Wasted meal. Good morning. I placed an order through DoorDash to be sent to my wife at work in Muscle Shoal, Al for the Florence, Al Cracker Barrel Store. I called the store after placing the order to ensure that Steak Sauce and Flatware was placed with the order. I ordered New York Strip and scrambled eggs. The order was delivered without Steak Sauce and Flatware; therefore it could not be eaten. I call the store to inform them of this and was told they were out of flatware and that I had to contact DoorDash for a refund. I called DoorDash and was denied a refund because their policy doesn’t allow refunds for missing sauces or Utensils. I called the store back and was told there was nothing they could do. I am out of $48.00 and a ruined surprise breakfast for my wife. This is not customer service and I want my money back and I will not go to another Cracker Barrel again and will tell this to everyone I know. The manager didn’t even offer a gift card for a new meal or anything. This was completely unacceptable. Money does not grow on trees. I am really thinking about getting a group of my closet friends to pull shifts with signs outside this location. I am not happy.
