Where is Cracker Barrel Corporate Office Headquarters HQ 

We were at the Altoona Pa Cracker Barrel a couple of weeks ago and when paying our bill the gift card wouldn’t work! The cashier apologized several times and said to call the number on the card and they would fix it.

My wife and I were just talking about how bad the breakfast was this morning after we ate. Our breakfast was not up to par and wasn’t even that hot. We got there at 7:00 when they opened. The only ones that were in front of us were 8 of Lakelands Finest that actually held the doors open for us as we came in.

I had coffee but I also wanted a Coke since had had been up for a few hours. Well, the Coke was very flat and I told the server that. Her reply was that their Coke is always flat… She suggested that I try a different one instead of Coke. Well, I tried the Dr. Pepper and it was the same way. I told the server and even showed her that there were no bubbles from the carbonation. She just stated that is the way it has always been. You would think that she would have said that I won’t charge you for the Coke, but no way! $3.19 for a glass of very flat flavored water. I think that my time at Cracker Barrel is over, at least for the near future.

I apparently have an older Cracker Barrel gift card which wasn’t accepted at the Cracker Barrel store in Shiloh, IL. It doesn’t have a 3-digit security code. So they said to contact Cracker Barrel to have the card re-issued or get a security code. I’ve been trying to do that for about a week now. No one called me back and your website for customer support is not at all helpful. At the lower right of the screen where it says to Chat online with someone, the message says “Chat Unavailable”. What is going on? I just want to get this card re-issued. It’s for $25.
