Reach Dennys Corporate Office 

Dennys, My wife and I moved to Whiteland Indiana about five years ago been going to Dennys at Whitland Rd. exit off interstate 65 south two to three times a month. As we ate our breakfast we commented about the changes in the food, the link sausage had gotten smaller, and the bacon had gotten smaller and both had lost the flavor they used to have. we thought maybe it was a onetime thing until we went to checkout, we used our AARP card for the 10% discount we usually always received off our total bill when we ask why we didn’t get to full discount we were informed that we only get the discount on coffee price only now. the waitress informed us that they were under management. Well, there it is, another company going downhill. My wife and I are both retired trying to save where we can. Thanks, Dennys, for letting us know just how important we are.

Denny’s, I need to share a frustrating experience at the Denny’s on Eastern and Tropicana. As someone who uses an electric wheelchair, I’ve been a loyal customer for 20 years without any issues. However, they’ve recently stopped allowing electric wheelchairs to plug in. Even when they remodeled and reduced accessible outlets to just one, I was still able to manage, even though it meant sitting alone away from my friends. Now, it seems even that option is gone. This feels unfair and potentially in violation of ADA guidelines. I’m upset and disappointed by this change, as it limits accessibility and inclusivity for customers like me. I truly hope Denny’s takes action to address this.

Denny’s Best for the money. Please consider opening a location in Sumter, SC in the former Golden Corral. Sumter is lacking in a good resrtaurant that serves the type of meals you serve, particularly breakfast. I would think with Sumter being the home of several military installations and the retired population, Denny’;s would do an outstanding business. We have smaller restaurants but nothing like Denny’s. I know you have to0 go where the money is but I believe you could do well here. I am 83 years old; have a dear friend who manages the Denny’s in Niagara Falls, NY.

You folks are a bunch of liars. The original Grand Slam had hash browns. We went to the Ramona,Ca restaurant for the Grand Slam, since it was advertised, and had to pay extra to get the hash browns. I guess you thought we would forget!

Went to Denny’s on Tuesday 01/02/2023 and ordered eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, sausage, and toast. My wife had pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon. The Eggs were disgusting, Cold, the Bacon was burned and cold, the sausage sucked and cold, the hashbrowns were cold, and the pancakes were lukewarm. Just a total waste of $30.00. The customer in front of us was complaining to Tony the manager and asked us to join the conversation. The waitress Bianca never asked us how the food was. When we were checking out Bianca started an argument with us about the food because we complained to Tony about the food and while checking us out walked off the register and told Tony to finish checking us out. Is this the kind of employee that Denny wants to employ? This employee has no respect for Denny’s customers exhibiting that type of behavior. Tony was of no help and did not offer to adjust the bill even though the food was left on the plate and not eaten. We will not be going back to Denny’s after being treated in such a rude manner.
