Reach Out To Waffle House Corporate Office – Review and Complaints 

Once again, the temperature of the Waffle House located on Hwy 25, Covington, La. 70435 is above the comfort level. This has been going on for at least three months. They have had issues. At present, it is 101 degrees outside. The restaurant was very warm and stuffy. I was advised that there was one fan on the floor. Some employees’ faces were flushed. I was advised that a new Unit has been ordered. Over a month ago, it was the parts that were ordered. Now a new unit! Please get your act together and make this Waffle House a pleasant place to eat and also a pleasant place for the employees…As I previously stated, Louisiana is under the Federal OSHA jurisdiction regarding temperatures in the workplace. Please correct this situation as soon as possible so that your employees and customers are in a comfortable setting.

You have two Waffle Houses in Ohio one on Arlington St Akron oh & North Canton oh your management team is on the floor with the staff corrections to the point that when you get your food you can’t enjoy it and then when the food comes out the Grits is thick like mashed potatoes the oven cooked the Eggs and bring the waffles out dry and cool or warm than when you tell a manager about he acts like you have the problem the whole time the other staff is arguing with the customer while all trying to while the managers standing there in North Canton with his hands in his pocket trying to intimidate the customer.

the one on Arlington Street cooking the food but the whole time and complaining with the staff when you go out to eat breakfast in the morning you do not go to a restaurant then he all the problems of the staff on the floor while we are you trying to eat your breakfast

They’re making your name look awful somebody needs to have a sit-down and we screw & retrain your managers on restaurant etiquette

I would like to see if you would look into opening a new location in the town of Waverly Va. We are looking for new business to open in the town.

I just wanted to share a wonderful experience with one of your servers at Waffle House unit 1662. Linda Reynolds is a fantastic server. She sees us pulling in the parking lot and gets our beverages ready and our orders started. She is always ready and willing to serve everyone who walks in the door at Waffle House.

She is so pleasant and cares about her customers. We just love her and are thankful there are still people out there who care about their customers.

I have visited the Waffle House location on Hwy 25, Covington, La. 70435 several times in the last few months when the A/C was not working. Today I returned for breakfast and once again there was a problem. The staff says that the repair guy has been there several times. Yet, it is still not cool in the place of business. I know of several people who refuse to go there due to the temperature in the building. I am sure that if this is reported to the Federal Gov’t, your facility will not meet OSHA regulations for your employees. Either you need more insulation or a larger A/C unit, as the current repair person is not correcting the problem. Please take corrective actions as soon as possible!
