Had to go get sleeping cook out of his car twice while I was there. Servedcold lumpy grits turned brown they were so old. Both countert seating and all available booths were filthy so all available seating had to be cleaned before sitting. Both waitresses were too busy discussing their problems to clean off a place for a customer to sit.

ON FEB 24TH I HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO EAT BREAKFAST AT THE Waffle House ON INTERSTATE 95 NEAR THE FLORIDA GEORGIA BORDER IN GEORGIA. IT WAS BY FAR THE MOST
DISGUSTING BREAKFAST I WAS SERVED, THE EGGS AND HASH BROWNS WERE COLD, SERVED ON A PLATE THAT MUST HAVE BEEN IN THE REFRIGERATOR. WHEN I BROUGHT THIS TO THE SERVERS ATTENTION SHE JUST SHRUGGED AND WALKED AWAY.
I WILL NEVER GO IN A Waffle House AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND FRIENDS TO EAT THERE.
A VERY UNHAPPY CLIENT.

The waffle house on Austin Bluffs in Colorado Springs hires felons as managers that have financial felony backgrounds within the last 5 years and recent drug use. Keeping it classy!!!

Wafflehouse needs to do better on evaluating managers or sop.as they call it their not doing a good job at it 808 in eufaula al the waitress wear spandex ballet shoes no name tag or hats wear ear pieces in there ears and could care less if they wait on you or not sit at tables with customers they know and sit are stand with there cell phone in hand texting I ask the relief person and she said she has told the manager but he doesn't do anything about it and she has no say so about any of that she is just there to give him two off days so please need to do some checking and if you let the distract know you our coming sure they are going to be straight.

I would like to take a moment to compliment our Bedford, Texas Waffle House. We have been regular customers for several years now. We have had various waiters and waitresses throughout our time but we have now gotten a bit picky you could say. If we walk in and Dewanna is not there, we walk out. The level of service we receive from her is off the charts! She actually loves and cares about her job and customers and that translates over to her customers with the service. We arrived around 7:00 in the morning for breakfast. Within the first 10 minutes of being there 4 other customers walked in. One asked Misty where her station was so he could be seated with her and the other 3 ALL asked Dewanna where her station was. This speaks volumes about her and her level of care. She is a wonderful start to our day. THANK YOU Waffle House for continuing to keep the older much more mature waiters/waitresses employed with you. Unlike the younger generation, they actually care and want you to have a good experience. My personal opinion….you really need to evaluate your younger servers. They behave when the store is full of trainees and managers but otherwise…good luck getting your order correct and good luck getting them to come back and refill drinks. They are too busy talking about what they did last night to other coworkers. Our personal thanks to Dewanna for the continued great service and attitude through the years. Breakfast would not be breakfast without you!

The store near me is the worst I've ever seen in my life they hate each other because they have to do each other's work there's no team effort when somebody walks in they have to fight over it and then when they get a bunch they don't want to do it they splashed water around like it's a damn ship in the ocean they do not wash their hands they cuss and they are not courteous

My 16 year old daughter works for Store# 1496. On 11/5/16 she had a customer who walked out on his tab. Her manager, George, made her pay for the customers tab out of her tips; he cannot do this as this is against company policy and against Georgia's law. I went up to her job this morning (11/6/16) to speak with him in reference to giving her money back and he just tried to justify the reason for making her do this. I went a step higher and spoke with the division manager, Collins, who stipulated he would get this resolved; I have yet to hear back from him. She was called in to work at another location later this afternoon and found out that she has been removed from the system. Tomorrow I am contacting the GA Department of Labor, I have already contacted one of the local news channels and will be contacting more along with calling corporate in the morning until this is resolved. I am writing to inform you because something needs to be done about this. What this manager is doing is illegal and he needs to be reprimanded for carrying on these types of acts. Also, she is not the only one that he is making pay for customers tabs who walk out on them.

Every Waffle House has cameras and it is the managers job to do his/her due-diligence and report these acts to the authorities because walking out on your bill is theft by receiving, but it is not the responsibility of the employee!!!!

in the last week-Edit
My girlfriend has been waiting nearly 2 months for her last 3 paychecks from store 2149 in Wilmington NC. . She was a very dedicated, and well respected worker, but she decided she wanted to move to washington to pursue a higher education. Her manager "Doug" liked her (perhaps more than he should have) and didn't want her to go. She was to pick up her paycheck the night before leaving for washington but her manager apparently was in denial she was actually going. In desperation, he told her she could not get her paycheck after all and had to stay in town to collect them. believe she waited one extra day (still not getting it) , then left (a day late). She has been trying to get her check sent to her new address and he’s been blocking attempts and neglecting payroll duties. I’m a 52 year old professional and am appalled that corporate does not have policies to prevent this. Here in our nation’s capital, companies don’t do that (at least not a a general practice) She tells me he had a dependence on her and didn’t want her to go. Her district manager has been trying to resolve but she still has not received her pay check. I spoke to Doug over a week ago, and hoped that would have instilled a sense of urgency to stop stonewalling, but apparently not. So tonight, I finally reached my limit, and started by writing corporate and now here.
next, the appropriate state employment agencies to lodge a complaint .
I'm hopeful this will get the appropriate attention and managers will stop trying to manipulate this 19 year old girls that just wants to get a better education.
