Reach Anytime Fitness Corporate Office 

Port Lavaca, TX location! I work for Anytime Fitness and am manager in Victoria, Tx. I have so many calls of angry members trying to reach someone at the Port Lavaca location (about 30 min from me) That location is impossible to reach someone over the phone much less in person ( I have tried myself several times) No one is ever there and thier members are not happy. It looks bad on ALL Anytime Fitness locations, especially ones that are close by. Please address this staffing and management issue. Thanks

No Empathy! I had a family tragedy that involved my stepson in the beginning of January & contacted my Anytime location and wanted to cancel my membership the club manager Diane just kept on insisting to put my account on “freeze”, so I did so for 3 months contact again to cancel again she then convinced to “freeze” again meanwhile still going through the family tragedy she is aware of the situation and what had happened my stepson is now in a persistent vegetative state. Not being aware of when my “freeze” was going to be expiring they billed me for May mind you I haven’t used the gym in 4 months. I feel as her as a manager of a fitness club & mind you not a very big location she should have contacted me to just touch base and given me a reminder considering everything I’m going through cancelling my membership is not on my to do list. She could have left herself a reminder or something all things considered I know I would have if I was a manager at a fitness club. It’s called going above & beyond for your members it’s the little things that make a difference. I then contacted customer care & they did absolutely nothing they are a JOKE just like my anytime fitness in Palm Harbor FL! All they care about is numbers & money! It’s sad bc I’ve been a loyal member there for years!

Awful! Had an issue and called customer service and was informed by a supervisor that I had to speak with the club manager after many many attempts was finally able to speak with a manager through email. She half helped me. So I asked for her supervisor and was informed that they can not give contact information for customer service she would forward an email to her supervisor and if they decided my problem was valid they would contact me.

I visited this branch, which is located at 8119 W Taft St, Merrillville, IN 46410 to freeze my account before 45 days. The manager over there did whatever is needed to freeze my account and she said nothing was due on my account. when I aggreged and intended that my account is in freeze and can enjoy the things that I have been planning for. When seeing a month after I got a billing detail from Anytime Fitness when I opened it saw that 143$+73.36$+73.36$+48.56$ had been deducted at one time. it was like they were waiting to deduct the money once I had a suitable balance in my account. they did like a theft and stole my money. When I called the manager to inform them about the thing, the biggest layer told me that when doing the process of freezing they had a problem, and they didn’t have put the accounts on freeze how dump is the service and trust they are gaining? I am done with this location be I might sue the gym and the company whoever been the owner holds that location. I am going to pull all the employees who are working in the gym for stealing the money from my account after doing the process of freezing the account. This is the thing they did it criminally and I want it to be done legally.

Hubby went up to the gym Anytime Fitness, North Ridgeville. Member for years. His fob would not work. Came home and tried mine, did not work either.

Cannot go to the gym to work out, no staff until Monday.

Want to know why, Both are members of Silver Sneakers.

No problems until today.

So cannot work out this weekend, need to straighten out
