Towncare Dental Corporate Office: Headquarters, Address and Phone

🗨  Comments

Towncare Dental corporate office information is often searched by patients who need a headquarters address, complaint route, billing help, dental records, or assistance locating a specific Florida dental office. Towncare Dental is an affiliated dental brand supported by Dental Care Alliance, commonly known as DCA.

For appointments, treatment questions, bills, insurance, refunds, dental records, or complaints involving a particular office, patients should normally contact the Towncare Dental location where care was provided before calling a corporate office.

Towncare Dental Corporate Office and Contact Information

Important: The DCA telephone number is a general corporate-inquiries number. It should not be treated as a universal Towncare Dental customer-service line, billing department, dental emergency number, appointment line, records department, or direct complaint number for every location.

Towncare Dental Headquarters and Corporate Structure

Towncare Dental became affiliated with Dental Care Alliance in 2013. DCA provides administrative and business support to affiliated dental practices, while dental care is delivered through local practices and licensed dental providers.

The current DCA support office is located in Sarasota, Florida. Older online listings may show a Towncare address at 13195 SW 134 Street in Miami and the telephone number 305-274-2499. Those details are associated with older corporate records and should not be treated as Towncare Dental’s current universal headquarters or patient-support information.

Because individual offices may operate through separate professional or legal entities, patients should identify the complete practice name shown on their treatment plan, bill, insurance claim, payment receipt, or dental records.

Choose the Correct Towncare Dental Support Route

Appointments and Office Questions

Contact the specific Towncare Dental office where the appointment was scheduled. Use the official location directory if you need the office’s current address, telephone number, or website.

Billing, Payments, Insurance, or Refunds

Begin with the local office listed on the bill or treatment plan. Ask for an itemized account statement and a written explanation of any disputed charge, insurance adjustment, payment, credit, or refund.

Treatment or Clinical Concerns

Contact the treating dentist or local office manager. Questions about diagnosis, treatment recommendations, procedures, pain, complications, appliances, or clinical outcomes should be addressed by an appropriate licensed dental professional.

Dental Records and X-Rays

Request records from the office where treatment was provided. Ask whether the office requires a signed authorization, identification, designated delivery method, or records-processing fee.

Complaints About a Local Office

Ask to speak with the office manager. If the issue remains unresolved, use Towncare Dental’s official contact form, select the applicable location, and submit a concise description of the problem and the resolution requested.

Careers and Employment

Use the official Towncare Dental careers page for dentist, hygienist, dental assistant, specialist, and administrative employment opportunities.

Urgent Dental Problems

Contact the treating office, an emergency dentist, or an appropriate emergency medical provider. Do not wait for a corporate-office response if there is severe pain, swelling, uncontrolled bleeding, difficulty breathing, signs of infection, or another urgent health concern.

What to Have Before Contacting Towncare Dental

  • The complete name and address of the dental office involved
  • The patient’s name and appropriate private contact information
  • Appointment, treatment, billing, or payment dates
  • The name of the treating dentist or office manager, if known
  • Treatment plans, estimates, invoices, receipts, and account statements
  • Insurance explanations of benefits, claim numbers, and insurer correspondence
  • Financing or payment-plan documents, when applicable
  • Copies of emails, text messages, appointment notices, and written responses
  • A short timeline explaining what happened
  • The specific resolution being requested

How to Escalate a Towncare Dental Complaint

  1. Contact the local office. Explain the concern and ask for the person responsible for appointments, billing, records, or office administration.
  2. Ask for the office manager. Provide the relevant dates, documents, payment information, and requested resolution.
  3. Speak with the treating provider. Clinical concerns should be discussed with the dentist responsible for the examination or treatment.
  4. Request a written explanation. Ask for an itemized bill, account ledger, treatment explanation, records response, insurance explanation, or refund decision.
  5. Use Towncare Dental’s contact form. Select the office involved and provide a concise summary if the local response is incomplete.
  6. Contact DCA for general corporate routing. The DCA general-inquiries number may help identify an appropriate administrative contact, but it is not guaranteed to resolve every patient or clinical complaint.
  7. Consider an appropriate outside resource. Depending on the issue, this could include the dental insurer, financing provider, payment-card issuer, Florida Department of Health, or Florida Board of Dentistry.

Keep copies of all correspondence and record the date, time, telephone number, and name or position of each person contacted.

Towncare Dental Billing, Insurance, and Refund Guidance

Billing disagreements may involve the local dental office, an insurance company, a financing provider, or a third-party payment processor. Before disputing a charge, request an itemized statement showing the services performed, procedure codes, payments received, insurance adjustments, remaining balance, and any refund or credit.

Dental insurance estimates are not always guarantees of coverage. Actual benefits may depend on deductibles, annual limits, waiting periods, network participation, exclusions, frequency limitations, prior authorization, and the procedure codes submitted to the insurer.

If financing was used, contact both the dental office and the financing provider. Review the financing agreement, promotional period, interest terms, payment schedule, cancellation provisions, and refund procedures.

Dental Records and Privacy Requests

Patients seeking dental records, treatment notes, x-rays, billing records, or signed treatment documents should contact the office where care was provided. Ask for the office’s records-release procedure and keep a copy of the written request.

If a records or privacy concern remains unresolved, review Towncare Dental’s official Notice of Privacy Practices and contact the local office through a verified private channel.

Protect Your Private Information

Do not post dental records, x-rays, dates of birth, home addresses, telephone numbers, insurance identification numbers, claim numbers, patient account numbers, Social Security numbers, payment-card details, or private medical information in a public review.

Use TowncareDental.com, the verified local office telephone number, or an official DCA contact route before sharing personal, health, insurance, or payment information. Be cautious of unofficial telephone numbers found in advertisements or unverified online listings.

Towncare Dental Ft. Lauderdale FL Disappointing

March 26, 2025

Towncare Dental, Poor Performing Facility and Lack of Customer Service. I am (was until today), with Dr Pyser for over 13 years and followed him to Towncare Dental when he sold his practice to this company. Since Towncare Dental took over his practice it has been one issue after another, cancel appointments, rescheduled appointments, changed times of appointments without notice, front desk being rude, lack of hygienist, constant rotation of hygienist and just plan poor customer service. (I’ve been dealing with Pam and Michelle) When the practices merged, I referred several family and friends to Towncare Dental who have all left because of the poor customer service from the front area and lack of consistent care by hygienist. This office lacks supervision and overall care for their patients. I would appreciate a call from HQ customer care to discuss the unprofessional attitude at this office and lack of concern for their customers. I plan on writing reviews all sites available rating this poor performing facility but would like to give you the opportunity to speak with me first. Thank you. Patient at Ft Lauderdale Facility (Commercial Blvd)

Towncare Dental Customer Service

December 13, 2022

Moved to Naples 3 mos. ago and went to Naples office. Treatment was ok but then we received invoices which included $10 for unspecified charges. Office told me it was for ppe. This is unacceptable and I’m requesting you waive these fees. We were not told in advance and from what I’;ve learned, no other dentists are charging these fees. I’ve called corporate twice and have not received a call back. Must be you’re not that interested in keeping patients. Please waive these fees for myself and my husband or we will look to find another dentist. Thank you.

Towncare Dental For Myers FL Very Unprofessional

December 13, 2022

Towncare at Diamond Center in Fort Myers, FL is very unprofessional. My first visit I waited an hour and a half and they never told me anything, they’re running behind, nothing so I walked out. Next appointment I saw the dentist, very nice, talkative, maybe too talkative hence the hour and a half wait, then I was sat down to check out and they were checking out people that came in after me so I walked out. Then I decided to give them one more chance and called to make a cleaning appointment, the girl that was making the appointment was very short and rude. Three strikes and I’m out!
