DoorDash, Still being charged for Dash Pass after cancelation. My grandson was stranded in various places with no money by the trucking company he worked for so I allowed him to use my card to order food from Door Dash because he could not leave the truck. The account has since been canceled and for the past four months I have continuously been charged for the membership that was canceled.

DoorDash is a awful company. I placed a order and never received my order and they refused to refund my money on a $40.00 dollar order. They are doing this to alot of people it sounds like after reading the reviews? They should be reported to the BBB. Awful customer service….It’s not right to not refund a customer for a order that was never delivered.

DoorDash, Missing Order and Denied Refund: Completely Unacceptable. I ordered lunch through DoorDash totaling $58.00, and never received my food. When I contacted customer service to report the issue, I was shocked to be denied a refund or credit—even though it was clear that the order never arrived.

DoorDash claims to have a customer-first policy and promises a “seamless and satisfactory experience.” But when a customer pays for a service and receives nothing in return, that’s the opposite of satisfactory. The dasher failed to deliver my food, and yet DoorDash refuses to take accountability for their driver’s actions. This isn’t just a disappointing experience—it’s a violation of trust. If DoorDash refuses to stand behind its own service, why should customers continue to use the platform? Sadly, this experience reminded me why I had stopped using DoorDash in the past. Based on this, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I hope DoorDash reconsiders how it handles situations like this. If a customer pays and receives nothing, the only reasonable outcome is a full refund or credit; not a denial and silence.

DoorDash, Unwanted Emails. I keep receiving unwanted promotional emails from DoorDash and it’s becoming really frustrating. I’ve tried looking for a way to unsubscribe but haven’t had any luck finding an easy option.

If all else fails, consider marking the emails as spam in your inbox so they’re automatically filtered out.

DoorDash, Don’t use this service. Driver can not even follow simple instructions on how to get into apartment building. It said, call me; hand to me only, nothing else. I listed phone number. Knock on apartment door also. Do they have a problem under standing basic English. I now understand English even when English is a second language. The customer reps are rude, unprofessional, and unprofessional. Restaurant managers finally gave me a refund but I had to fight them plus door dash too. Restaurant managers said, they have numerous complaints about DoorDash. I will write DoorDash corporate manager too. This includes the restaurant manager too. I will always call my bank credit card if I have problems. DoorDash is a joke. They don’t understand that the tip is for good service not bad. Leaving outside the apartment build where it could be taken by someone or bugs or rats etc. It said, hand to me only. That means put it into my hand only. Not leave outside in the environment or outside the door of apartment and knock too it said. Follow the instructions left on receipt too. I will read the ceo of DoorDash and get people fire l Good service gets tips bad do not. A tip is for good service not bad. It not always given. It’s not given automatically, bad no tip good you get. Bad service gets you fired that includes customer service reps. I will write the restaurant manager and door dash too. No BS excuse too from either. It was not the restaurant fault. It’s the driver fault. Take responsibility for the driver and call center employees at door dash. There are other companies that do and better deliver. It shows this is a on going problem l
