Instacart Account Suspension Issue

Instacart, please help. Our account was suspended after we attempted to place an order using Affirm. Our approved limit was $250, but with taxes and fees, the total came to $271. We tried to reduce the order and resubmit it, but the account was suddenly suspended. Instacart then requested a copy of the credit card, which we submitted promptly. Despite our efforts and multiple phone calls, the account is still locked, and we haven’t received further guidance. We are both 75 years old, do not have a car, and rely on delivery for our groceries. Since Affirm has already begun charging us, we can’t switch platforms. This situation is putting us in a very difficult position. Please review our case and reinstate our account as soon as possible.

Instacart, My daughter ordered over $300 worth of groceries from Kroger and advised to where it was to be delivered (the front door). The items were delivered to the incorrect location to the completely wrong family. She never asked their name just gave them the food. After reaching out to the driver, she was very nasty and rude. She did have a photo of where she said she delivered it, I guess my daughter lives in the woods on even on the road according to the photo (See Attached). She has totally stop communication by blocking our phone calls. This person should be fired and held responsible for what she has done. She should be made to repay for this and other mistakes she has made or people she has taken advantage. She also stated that over half of the items were not in the store but upon calling the store, the items are in the store, she just didn’t take the time to search for them. If you are going to have a job like this, you must have the patience to do what you job entails or don’t do the job. As for myself, my daughter and others that I have relayed this information, will no longer be utilizing the services of Instacart. Who knows what the final destination will be, what will have been added to the products or anything else that they could essentially do to the products. If things keep going this way and the way things are going in the Country, I think you had better straighten up your game or you won’t be in business much longer. Please, anyone reading this, please think twice before using this company. I am writing from Richmond, VA and the persons name is Kirstina. As you will see, she was upset because she was being questioned, she disabled the Chat. Do not use her or the Company.

Instacart Cancelation Issue

Instacart, This is the message I have sent to Instacart. I have yet to receive a response. Please cancel this membership now. There was never an intention on my part to sign up for your service for a year. Your offer said there was a free trial but instead I was immediately charged $100 for an annual membership. I called to ask for the Annual charge to be reversed and stated that I would pay for the month but I had to listen to someone go around in circles like Billy Preston who was fun in the 70s but not on a Saturday morning while nursing a sick puppy. Which is why I couldn’t get out to get my own groceries, btw. All fun and jokes aside, Please Refund My Money!

Instacart Missing Items Issues

Instacart, Missing or wrong items. I have nothing but problems from Instacart lately. Order in February 4 wrong items. Another order in February 2 items missing that I was charged for. Yes, I did get credit, but I am 85 and what do you do to get the items you need? Another order delivery charge and tip again. I have to do without these items I needed. Try to call and they say we issued you credit. Driver said he delivered the 2 items. Not to my house maybe at some other house! Totally fed up calling the Better Business Bureau today!
