EOS Fitness Unresolved Disappointing Billing Issue

May 30, 2025

EOS Fitness, Ongoing Billing After Cancellation for Military Service. My son enlisted in the U.S. military and personally canceled his EOS Fitness membership in January before leaving for basic training. He was told everything was taken care of at the gym. Yet, while serving, he continued to be charged—sometimes two to three times per month, despite no active membership. When he was allowed limited phone access during basic training, he tried to resolve the issue and was told he had to physically return to the location—something that was obviously not possible given his military duties. He explained this to multiple staff members, yet the charges continued. He has since been deployed to Alaska, further preventing any in-person resolution.

We finally reached out via email to the gym manager, who acknowledged the mistake and stated that the $1,000+ charged since January would be refunded. We are now waiting to see if that refund is actually processed. This entire situation is deeply unfair. My son is serving his country, did the right thing by canceling, and has been repeatedly charged while being unable to advocate for himself due to military restrictions. If the refund is not issued promptly, I will escalate this to EOS corporate, and if necessary, reach out to local news outlets and consumer protection agencies. This needs to be handled immediately and respectfully. No active-duty service member should have to go through this.

EOS Fitness Disappointing Membership Issue

May 7, 2025

EOS Fitness, Employee Error. An error was made on my account that resulted in changes I neither requested nor authorized. I’ve attempted to resolve this at the local level then it just got worse. I respectfully request your help in looking into this situation and assisting with any system-level approvals needed to reinstate my original membership and correct the mistake.

EOS Fitness DeSoto TX Disappointing Extra Service Charge

April 24, 2025

EOS, Been a member of the DeSoto TX location since its inception January 2024. Recently realized my credit card was being charged $10 a month for a service I did not ask for. GM at this location agreed and submitted a request, in my presence, to remove the service and the fee, but like some other members I’ve notice on here, the charge continues. GM also requested that I receive reimbursement for 17 months @ $10, and I have yet to see the reimbursement. Submitted a complaint to the Corporate Office and requested an email or phone call when the issue had been resolved. Nothing received as of the writing of this review. Not Good Business or Corporate Responsibility EOS.

EOS Fitness Membership Cancelation Issue

February 24, 2025

EOS Fitness, I have tried to cancel my membership for months, without success. I canceled at the location before I headed back to college in California(August 2024), and now months later I continue to get a monthly charge. I have been told at least 3 times over the phone that it has been processed and I will get one more charge (30 day notice). At this point I do not trust anyone who tells me my account is canceled and it just feels like no one is taking care of what needs to be done. It feels illegal at this point, to continue to pay for a service that I have not used and can not use because of my location.

EOS Fitness Syracuse Utah Disappointing

February 17, 2025

EOS Fitness in Syracuse Utah. They told me at the front desk that the new EOS Fitness would open up Spring 2025 and would have a pool. I signed up. I did a couple of classes and really didn’t care for them. I also learned the new EOS Fitness would not open up until 2026. I called and spoke to Kody or Codee or Cody the guy who signed me up. I told him I wanted to cancel. This was within 2 weeks of signing up. I had only had 2 or 3 classes. I didn’t like the classes and there was no pool. He told me that he could waive my fee to downgrade but that I would have to wait until after the 1st payment comes out. So, I called today, and he said he didn’t recall that he said that. And he refused to waive the fee. He also refused to let me speak with the manager. I was lied to about the new opening and lied to about fees. You got my money, but not anymore. I will stick with Vasa, they have a pool, same equipment and cost $10 bucks less. I will also be posting on Yelp and Google and will continue doing so until I get tired. For your employees to lie so easily doesn’t speak well of the company.
