  • Fiver is nothing but a SCAM business. I have never even heard of them I don't know what they do. Yet they have STOLEN almost $2000 from my PayPal account. they are unreachable. There is no Customer Support number. Just a bunch of crooks and thieves.

  • The seller I was dealing with had me send my attachments through my personal email because it was over the max., but other than that we was going through the conversation. Well, he did not do all the work and when I tried to get a refund. Customer service was no help – I went through the resolve now button. Seller refuse to do the work that I paid for. I gave him a negative review. He has now been sending me threatening emails through my personal account. I contacted customer service and they sent me an email about terms of service and I'm in violation. Customer service has not acknowledge that this seller sent me 3 harassing and threatening emails. I am so upset that I had customer service remove the negative feedback. The seller stated that he was going to destroy me. Who can I contact? D

  • Several weeks ago they took my $26 for a logo design. As of 12/6/16 I heard nothing from Fiverr! In spite of my more that 5 emails for service. This is a scam and you should think twice before sending them your money. I will post my disappointment with Facebook, Twitter and Better Biz.

  • Fiverr is a scam, they don't listen you when you stucked, Not recommended for sellers, They only listen buyers. There customer support don't have much knowledge also. A big Scam, Also suspend accounts without any reason

  • Fiverr is both the biggest perpetrator and enabler of fraudulent activity on the internet. They are the worst freelancing outsourcing service, charge the highest commissions, and their customer service is so poor and unresponsive as to be absent.
    I have made complaints about sellers who are allowed to mark jobs as completed ("as a protection to sellers") however, once that is done, that make it impossible even if you receive nothing to get a refund or cancel the order.
    I am in the middle of a dispute where the seller did not provide what was promised or advertised. I was advised to communicate with the seller (In India, and is hardly fluent in English) who has replied but only to deny any wrongdoing.
    The terms and conditions are vague but all of them point in one direction, maintaining the company's bottom line. The have a trust and safety department that is INVISIBLE and sends warnings that are punitive if you speak up about be defrauded. It is all a facade that keeps them going. In fact, my complaint to them was met only with warnings and limitations to my account for attempting to cancel too many times. That isn't even possible. It is not in my ability to cancel…it must be initiated by the seller or agreed to mutually. Once the seller markes it as completed, you are without recourse except through the payment processor you used who does look after your interests. Do not hesitate to chargeback any and everything you find unsatisfactory.
    So far, the seller with whom I have a grievance claims he asked them to cancel the order. And Fiverr responded by taking his money for the sale but have not reimbursed me in any way or notified me, or cancelled the order.

    Chargeback everything. Pay through PayPal and dispute it for a chargeback. Of course, if you do that they will damage your account and "limit your ability to progress to higher seller levels"…the same seller levels which, by the way, are mostly are fraudlent as well. Anyone with an e-mail address can make a Fiverr account and buy (also on Fiverr) fake reviews or testimonials to boost their seller level.

    Everything about Fiverr is unsavory, illegal or just outright fraudulent. There are so many better outsourcing companies (and that are not mainly people from India, Pakistan, and the Middle East who cannot be held accountable).

    Fiverr is a disgraceful vessel and committer of fraud. They should be shut down summarily.

  • Fiverr is absolutely full of crap! They accused me of being late delivering files but it was the buyer who ignored my messages and files DELIVERED. Then Fiverr support had the nerve to insult me and instruct me how to be a graphic designer. When I went to cancel my account, the instructions didn't work and they told me I had to withdraw my measly $4 before I could close my account and then when I tried they told me there would be a 24 hour delay before I could get my PayPal payment. What absolute effing BS. Fiverr is not worth pissing on if they were on fire.

  • Fiverr is allowed to keep this scam going only because we victims have not reached the right people yet. Every state has a Consumer Protection Department, which can help. But how about contacting your credit card company. Tell them about this fraud and you will likely get your money back. The banks can go after them with a lot more resources than we have.

  • You are representing people who steal others' original art. The legal firms retained by the original cover artists, photographers and copyright owners will be contacting your firm. Simply because you operate in another country as your headquarters does not save you from legal action. It is not worth it to allow disreputable persons to be clients of your so called company.

    I thank Google for providing this forum for us who are less technology advanced. I thought this sight was great until I tied to sign up as a buyer. For one week I have been trying to get signed in and have been unable to. Have several emails from support which I assume has one person. The lack of info on the website was the first alert so I searched for a number. Hopefully this will end their business especially for people like myself who are more vulnerable.

  • Wait till you leave a true comment and call out a scammer then the scammer black-mail you and hold cause you left a negative comment. You fine out that he was selling a PR0 web link as a PR5 for months. Then when you call him on it he threats you and trashes your ranking.

  • I am adding to this collection of complaints because Fiverr has a software glitch or they are doing this intentionally but money was removed from my Paypal account and the order I placed never showed up in the Fiverr system. I tried to use the DamnQuickPay service and the result was that the money for the order was removed from my Paypal account but the order never showed up in my list of orders. I have explained in detail what happened. I provided screen captures to prove to them the money has been removed and that there is a record of this in my Fiverr account but that the order never shows up in the list of orders I have placed. I have written to them over and over and tried to find someone to help but they continue to ignore me. Now I am taking further action. It isn't the money that Fiverr has stolen from me it is the fact that they seem to be operating with impunity from laws and are very arrogant about this. I will find the way to turn the tables to prevent this type of business from ruining the opportunities the web has to offer.

  • Additional note to my comment about 350 dollars stolen: I have since written to their executives – sending duplicate registered letters to three addresses Fiverr is associated. In the letters I describe the situation in detail and enclose copies of the Fiverr "support" emails. Over a month later I am still waiting for a reply.

    You might be interested to know that their "Corporate Headquarters" in Washington is in actual fact the Israeli Embassy! The address in Israel is actually a small building on a rundown industrial estate and which does not even bear the Fiverr Logo or name. They have remained totally anonymous. There's not even a phone number via their web registration.

    Well, Micha Kaufman, Chief Executive of Fiverr, let me say now since you haven't bothered to reply, that I accuse you of stealing my money. yes, you are a thief. But please don't assume that just because you are operating anonymously and at a great distance away that I will give up my fight. I work in the media and believe me you will will get what you deserve. If you care to return my money and apologise I will then seek to withdraw my comments. In the meantime I would warn anyone of doing any work through this crooked organisation – and to those who still have funds with Fiverr to withdraw them pronto.

    • I have not been able to reach anyone with customer service for 3 months. Now, I cannot withdraw the money I earned on Fiverr. The email to my account is not showing up and the funds are sitting there. What do you suggest we do? Who do we report them to?

    • report them to the secretary of state in your state. This is the governmental arm that handles corrupt businesses in the United States. is complete garbage. I will never use them again. I had to contact the Secretary of State in California to file a complaint to get my cash. Don't give up.

  • Wait until you encounter "support" when you've just had 350 dollars stolen from your account. Someone hacked in, presumably changed the PayPal account and then helped themselves. Simple as that. There's no security whatsoever at Fiverr. I have repeatedly asked which PayPalaccount they paid the money to but they refuse simply saying they are waiting for information. Goodness, they have the information – they are the ones who handed my money over to someone else.

    They also accused me of giving my password to someone else. This and the refusal to say where the money went and now not answering emails shows this is a company to avoid like the plague. Would you want to put your money in a bank that hands over ALL your money to anyone who works out your pin code (not even with a card) – and then refuses to say where it went and stops communication with you? What are we looking at? Zero security, zero concern for clients, corruption…or what?

  • Welcome to my world I am also having issue with seller, just keep declining seller`s completion.There should be a button that says problem with order and than you click and you will get opyion to cancel, after two days order will cancel if seller do not responnd but if they do respond and keep giving you hard time just keep selecting the problem with order button from yourorder page till they either get message or get tired of it.Fiverr`s support has been really crappy lately.In fact I have even had to cuss some people out.Good Luck, remeber do not take no as an answer and if all else fails just contact pay pal or your credit card company.Your account may get closed but you can always open another on eup under different email and name info.

    • Just use their thumbs down gadget….. the money will be placed back into your account after X number of days. I just had to do that ;-(

  • I am trying to get some support from Fiverr, as one of their salespersons (who was paid) has NOT delivered anything, yet we have been charged. Now the seller is not even responding.
