I was charged $899.16 on December 8, 2022, for a stay that was already paid for on October 20, 2022, at the Gaylord Hotel in Maryland. I am furious that money was taken from my account during the holidays with no warning or reason for the charge. On top of everything, when I initially opened a case to investigate this billing issue (Dec. 9, 2022), I was told someone would contact me via email within 24-48 hours. I gave some grace because it was a Friday, but the following Tuesday, no one contacted me. I continued calling and inquiring about the matter on my own but got nowhere. However, my supervisor called and not only got a new case number but had all correspondences going to him…when I was the one who was billed. This is unacceptable!!!
I did get credit back but I was just surprise. Staff at front desk was very nice and helpful.
I love your hotel I came there on Christmas Eve but when I got there the shower had hair in it and I didn't have any washcloth. House keeping came drop off the wash cloths but never clean shower. I also was not told that when you charge anything to your room its charge to your credit card but not your room credit. House keeping came at 2am to clean my shower but we was sleep and never came back.
