The Westchester Ohio hand in spa zip code 45039 spa phone number area code 5139821632. My complaint about Hand and Stone, they have poor customer service. I have been with them for over a year and every month. I have been paying $79.82 as October. I was charged $85.15 I do not know why I was charged at. I called the office in Westchester and talked to someone. She had told me the reason why was charged More was because I was no longer a member. I never canceled. I don’t know why I was charged over the amount. But I have not been able to get any decent customer service since I went up to the office in October in Westchester. Talk to one of the ladies at the front desk. Told her what was going on wanted to know why I was charged the $85. It’s been because I have been a member for over 1 year. She claimed she was going turn it in to cancel my membership. Because the other young lady I talked to on the phone was very nasty. Very rude and poor customer service. I explained to her that I’m going to be 65 years old and I need to cut down some of my things that I do I love coming to Hand and Stone but I do not love being mistreated and have terrible customer service. I have been doing customer service work for over 40 years. I am never nasty to anyone I am never rude to anyone and I do not lie to the customers about what I have told them I’m going to do so I’ve been through 2 people at the Westchester office. I have never been contacted. Because I want to cancel and as of today November 14th. I have been charged again on my credit card. I need someone to contact me to explain to me why I cannot get anyone in that office at Westchester. Ohio to have enough respect and decency. To get back with me on my problem. Anyone out there? If you ever decide to wanna go to Hand and Stone I would suggest you not because they’ll rope you in. And you will never get your money back. I will take this to a lawyer if I get no contact from someone incorporate from Hand and Stone, this is not right.

Hand & Stone, Bouncing long-term member client points while increasing their costs to be equal to newbies. Put our memberships on hold while my husband and I navigate new options. Became members of Hand & Stone a while ago, and continued to present, but seriously considering to drop. One day in early fall we asked about points to find that most of them had been eliminated. Okay, thanks (not really). This along with the price hike. Perhaps Hand & Stone doesn’t realize that for every client you lose, it takes 10 new contacts to make up for the one lost. Now, we get emails every day because massages and facials are “open.” Of course, there are others who think and react just as we do with this move.

Won’t honor gift cards! While my massage was ok, the service was not. I called and made an appointment at the Winter Springs, FL location and gave them my gift card number. After my massage, while checking out the receptionist said sorry this can only be used in the Longwood location where it was purchased. If I was told that I would have gone there. Nothing they could do blah blah but take $10 off so I still wound up paying $80! I believe they could have done SOMETHING. I will give away my gift card and never go to ANY location.

States that all standby time is to be paid. Any time spent doing things for the studio (including standby time waiting for appointments, doing soap notes, folding sheets, etc.) is to be paid.

States that averaging pay is not an acceptable form of compensation in the state. So paying a therapist for 3 hours of massage work when they’re required to be on premises for 6 hours and “averaging out what you made during those 3 hours across all 6 hours” isn’t acceptable.

Yet no one from corporate seems to care about making sure franchises across the country are actually adhering to their states’ labor laws.

I called to cancel and was told I would have to pay for one more month without a service. They said I was told that during my initial signing. I was not told that I had nothing in writing everything was done on their iPad. After much conversation, the last payment will be waived. However, I was told I was yelling and accused of using profanity. Jackie and the office manager were rude! I asked for the owner’s name I was told Rob and it wouldn’t do any good because he was not going to talk to me. The younger generation is just awful they have no customer service skills. I am 66 years old and am just disgusted. Of course, I was annoyed when I was told I would be charged one more time without a visit regardless of when I cancel my membership!

I would have just canceled my credit card and got a new one which I told them and that is why they got snotty with me. Needless to say, I would never go to Hand and Stone again there are plenty of places to get a massage pay as you go at a more reasonable price!
