For most job seeker, employer, billing, account, job posting, application, profile, company review, resume, job alert, login, or customer-service issues, Indeed directs users to its Help Center, contact support forms, employer tools, and account-specific support routes rather than a single general public phone line.

Indeed Headquarters Address in Austin

Indeed’s current U.S. corporate address is listed as Indeed Tower, 200 West 6th Street, Floor 36, Austin, TX 78701. This is the address many readers search for when looking for Indeed address, Indeed headquarters, Indeed corporate office, Indeed headquarters address, Indeed Austin address, Indeed head office, Indeed headquarters Austin, or Indeed corporate office address.

Older pages and directories may still show 6433 Champion Grandview Way, Building 1, Austin, TX 78750. Because Indeed’s current legal and contracting terms list the Indeed Tower address, the 200 West 6th Street address is the better current headquarters-style reference for this post. If you are mailing legal, corporate, or complaint correspondence, verify the current address through Indeed.com before sending documents.

Indeed Corporate Office vs. Indeed Customer Support

The Indeed corporate office is generally used for headquarters matters, legal correspondence, executive-level concerns, media, corporate governance, careers, privacy, copyright notices, and high-level unresolved complaints. Most users should begin with the support route that matches their account type: job seeker support, employer support, hiring product support, billing support, or account support.

Indeed support may ask for your account email, employer account name, job posting ID, invoice details, billing history, application record, resume profile, company page, company review, job alert, saved job, suspicious message, or previous support case number. Do not post private account information, employer billing records, candidate information, full emails, phone numbers, resumes, screenshots with private data, payment-card information, login details, or identity documents in public comment sections.

Choose the Correct Indeed Support Route

  • Job seeker account issue: Use Indeed Job Seeker Help for login, resume, applications, saved jobs, job alerts, and profile issues.
  • Employer or recruiter issue: Use Indeed Employer Help or contact support from the employer dashboard.
  • Hiring tools or job posting support: Employers can use Indeed’s hiring support resources, chat, email, support forms, or phone routes listed for employer support.
  • Billing or sponsored job issue: Log in to the employer account and use billing support or contact Indeed through the account connected to the invoice.
  • Company page or review issue: Use Indeed’s company page and review support routes.
  • Job application concern: Review your Indeed account, application status, and messages; the employer usually controls hiring decisions and follow-up.
  • Suspicious job or scam concern: Use Indeed support and report suspicious postings or messages through official Indeed channels.
  • Copyright or legal issue: Use Indeed’s legal/contact information and follow the process described in Indeed’s terms.
  • Corporate-level concern: Contact Indeed corporate office after account-specific support routes have been attempted.

What to Have Before Contacting Indeed Corporate Office

  • Your full name and contact information
  • Indeed account email, but only through official support channels
  • Whether you are a job seeker, employer, recruiter, agency, or business customer
  • Job posting title, job ID, employer name, or company page involved
  • Application date, message thread, interview request, or job alert details, if relevant
  • Invoice number, charge date, sponsored job campaign, or billing amount, if relevant
  • Company review, salary review, or employer profile details, if relevant
  • Suspicious job link, suspicious message, or scam-related screenshot with private data removed
  • Support case number, email thread, chat transcript, or written response from Indeed
  • A short timeline and the specific resolution you are requesting

Do not post private information in public reviews or comment sections. Avoid sharing account emails, passwords, one-time passcodes, resumes with personal details, job application documents, employer billing records, invoice details, payment information, candidate information, phone numbers, addresses, identity documents, screenshots containing private data, or internal hiring records.

How to Escalate an Indeed Complaint

Start with the account-specific support route. Job seekers should use the Job Seeker Help Center for application, resume, account, alerts, login, messages, or suspicious job concerns. Employers should use the Employer Help Center, dashboard support, billing support, or hiring-product support for sponsored jobs, job postings, invoices, candidates, company pages, and recruiting tools.

If the first support route does not resolve the complaint, ask for a support case number, written explanation, billing review, account review, job-posting review, review moderation review, security review, or supervisor escalation when available. Keep copies of support replies, invoices, job posting details, application records, account notices, screenshots with private data removed, and promised follow-up dates.

If the matter remains unresolved after using normal support routes, you may contact Indeed corporate office. Written correspondence may be directed to Indeed, Inc., Indeed Tower, 200 West 6th Street, Floor 36, Austin, TX 78701. Corporate correspondence is best used for unresolved or higher-level issues after job seeker support, employer support, billing support, or account support routes have been attempted.

Common Reasons People Contact Indeed Corporate Office

  • Finding the Indeed corporate office or headquarters address
  • Looking for the Indeed Austin address or Indeed head office
  • Trying to contact Indeed customer service or employer support by phone
  • Job seeker account login, resume, application, saved job, or job alert issues
  • Employer job posting, sponsored job, candidate, campaign, or dashboard complaints
  • Billing, invoices, advertising charges, refunds, payment, or account-credit issues
  • Company page, company review, salary review, or employer profile disputes
  • Suspicious job postings, fake recruiter messages, scam listings, or account security concerns
  • Accessibility, privacy, copyright, legal, or terms-related issues
  • Executive contact information, corporate correspondence, careers, or parent-company questions

Indeed Job Seeker Complaints

Job seeker complaints may involve account login, job alerts, resume visibility, saved jobs, applications, employer messages, interview requests, application status, suspicious job postings, fake recruiters, password resets, privacy settings, or company reviews. Start with the Indeed Job Seeker Help Center because most job seeker issues require account review.

Indeed does not control every employer’s hiring process. If you applied to a job and did not receive a response, the employer may be responsible for follow-up. If a posting appears fake, suspicious, misleading, discriminatory, or unsafe, report it through Indeed’s official support or reporting tools and avoid sharing private information with the poster.

Indeed Employer, Recruiter, and Job Posting Complaints

Employer complaints may involve job postings, sponsored jobs, billing, pay-per-application or advertising charges, candidate flow, review delays, rejected postings, account access, company pages, candidate messages, and hiring tools. Employers should log in to the employer dashboard and contact support from the account connected to the job posting or invoice.

If your issue involves billing or a sponsored job campaign, keep the invoice number, job title, campaign dates, charge amount, account email, and screenshots of the dashboard with private information removed. Ask Indeed for a written explanation of the charge, campaign status, refund eligibility, or account decision.

Indeed Billing, Invoice, and Sponsored Job Complaints

Indeed billing complaints may involve sponsored job spending, invoices, campaign budgets, candidate interactions, charges after pausing a job, refund requests, payment method issues, account credits, or confusion over billing terms. Review the employer dashboard, invoices, campaign settings, and account emails before escalating.

If you dispute a charge, contact Indeed through the employer account tied to the invoice. Provide the invoice number, job posting, charge date, amount, billing email, campaign status, and reason you believe the charge should be reviewed. Do not post billing screenshots, payment-card numbers, employer account emails, or internal hiring data publicly.

Indeed Company Page, Review, and Salary Complaints

Company page and review complaints may involve employer profile information, company reviews, salary data, moderation decisions, outdated company details, duplicate pages, or requests to update an employer profile. Start with Indeed’s company page and employer support routes so the issue can be tied to the correct profile.

If you are an employer disputing company page content, collect the company page URL, business name, proof of authority, screenshots with private information removed, and a short explanation of the correction requested. If the issue involves a review, focus on the specific policy concern rather than posting private employee or candidate information.

Indeed Scam, Fake Job, and Account Security Warning

Be cautious with fake jobs, fake recruiter messages, suspicious text messages, fake checks, work-from-home scams, reshipping scams, equipment-purchase scams, job offers that require payment, interviews conducted only through messaging apps, and employers who ask for banking details before a legitimate hiring process is complete. Scammers may use Indeed’s name, job listings, or fake employer profiles to appear legitimate.

Do not provide passwords, one-time passcodes, bank login details, Social Security numbers, driver’s license images, passport images, full payment-card numbers, gift card numbers, wire transfers, cryptocurrency payments, remote access, or private documents to anyone who contacts you unexpectedly about a job. If a job message seems suspicious, go directly to Indeed.com, use official support, and report the job or message.

Indeed Reviews and Complaints

Indeed reviews vary by user type. Job seekers often discuss job search quality, application status, saved jobs, job alerts, employer responses, resume tools, suspicious listings, and account access. Employers often discuss sponsored jobs, billing, candidate quality, dashboard tools, posting review, customer support, company pages, and recruiting costs.

If you leave an Indeed review below, include whether you were a job seeker, employer, recruiter, agency, candidate, employee, or business customer. Mention the support route used, whether the issue involved job postings, billing, applications, company reviews, account access, suspicious jobs, corporate office, or customer service, and whether the complaint was resolved. Do not include private account, candidate, employer, billing, payment, address, email, phone, resume, or identity information in a public comment.

Indeed Competitors and Related Corporate Office Pages

Customers researching Indeed corporate office information may also compare related job search, recruiting, freelance, and professional-networking corporate office pages, including LinkedIn Corporate Office, Glassdoor Corporate Office, ZipRecruiter Corporate Office, Monster Corporate Office, Fiverr Corporate Office, Handshake Corporate Office, and Craigslist Corporate Office. These companies may have similar complaint categories involving job postings, employer accounts, billing, recruiting tools, candidate communication, profile pages, reviews, scams, and customer-service escalation.

Indeed Slow Application Process

May 15, 2025

Indeed, The applying for a job is very slow. Unable to get in contact. I have multiple times trying to put in one job application and the process keeps moving very slow. I could have applied to multiple jobs since the slide bar barely is moving. I keep putting in feedback, but they are useless. This platform is nearly worthless. I have tried to call someone for help but only get a automatic system then disconnected. You are better of contacting companies directly then wasting time with this useless system. Indeed needs to fix this matter.

Indeed Disappointing Experience

April 15, 2025

Indeed Is Terrible!!!!! Do Not waste your time with this company!! All the agents are reading off of props and know nothing!! They all say the exact same thing. It’s like their reading a script of some sort. Tried calling headquarters/corporate and guess who I get?………Those same agents!!!! {SIGHHHHHH} Some even claim to be supervisors. It’s really sad how customer service has declined. Makes me want to call the Eyewitness news team.

Indeed Disappointing Review Issues

March 12, 2025

Indeed, Disappointed, I Will Not Use to Post Jobs. I will never use Indeed to post a job. Zero Stars. After discovering a false company review posted under our name by a former employee (listed as a “former delivery driver/fork truck operator”), I attempted to report it for removal. This individual was terminated nearly a year ago after multiple serious incidents, including crashing our company van three times and causing nearly $20,000 in damages. Yet, they were still able to leave a negative and false review about our company. One of my biggest frustrations is that Indeed offers no direct phone number to reach a real person for help, I had to search extensively just to find a corporate contact number. On top of that, Indeed allows anonymous reviews without requiring any verification of identity or connection to the company. This creates an environment where anyone can post false and damaging claims without accountability. When I finally spoke with a customer service representative, they simply recited company policy, siding with the anonymous reviewer by saying everyone is entitled to their opinion. If that’s the case, then at the very least, require reviewers to share their real name and verified connection to the company — that would make responding to such reviews meaningful and fact-based. The representative also suggested I “claim” our company page to respond to the review. Why should we legitimize a false and damaging review by engaging with it? It’s clear to me that Indeed does not prioritize small businesses and offers no real protection against false and harmful content. Very disappointed and will not support a platform that enables this kind of behavior.

Indeed Questionable Job Listings Issue

January 9, 2025

Indeed, has too many questionable job postings, including listings from companies that seem not to exist. It feels like a waste of time sifting through these. The platform is becoming less reliable for job seekers. It’s often better to visit company websites directly, as many postings on Indeed eventually redirect you there anyway.

Indeed Frustrating Contact Issue

January 3, 2025

Indeed, Zero assistance for common problem. I changed my phone number. Indeed requires my login, password and then a code sent to my old number. I have no access to the old number. It prompts you to call customer service. Its a bot that bounces you around without offering assistance and refers you to the website which also offers zero assistance. What is going on, Indeed?
