Instacart Disappointing Experience

Instacart, I have spent two days arguing with your staff multiple hours 10 charts and 4 phone calls I do believe this is checkmate. My Instacart shopper did half of my order and then left my order halfway to my door when I look for adequate compensation under the 100% guarantee they would not give it they preceded argue about semantics and say the refund was the items that they never even put into the cart and then by the time I was asking them to refund the entire order come pick up the groceries and take them back I don’t want them without my permission put a $10 and $5 credit on my Instacart account which I did not ask for they proceeded to nickel and dime me for two days, after I called the store and confirm most of the items were available they proceeded to run me in circles and tell I could not take it anymore physically and emotionally and today they did the same thing over and over and over but one of your employees messed up big time they offered me the settlement $2570 dollars like I was asking for and I said yes and then they proceeded to tell me how they couldn’t process a refund at large but they already entered into a legal agreement so they are in breach of the settlement by saying they can’t pay it out so I would like this taking care of as soon as possible. I don’t know where this new policy came from to punish the customers for the drivers mistakes but the fact is the minute I called in the store and confirm that some of my items were there and he did not make an effort to get them it should have been no questions asked I should not back all the service fees and all the fees associated with it. Unprofessional service – the individual(s) responsible for shopping for the items and/or delivering the items engage in inappropriate conduct during the shopping or delivery process. and I’m pretty sure not getting all my items that were available and then ditching my order off halfway to my door counts and Poor quality replacement not offering a single replacement oh and then there’s all the lying and then there’s the constant minimization of my feelings by them telling me they know how I feel so I’m giving your entire customer service department at -20 and while talking on the phone with one of your employees she offered me the $2570 dollars like I was asking for and then proceeded to say she couldn’t do it refund that big but she had just entered into a verbal agreement which was recorded on your end and my youtube channel so in accordance with Ontario law Seattle trip into a verbal agreement and then breached the agreement by saying she couldn’t process the refund so I expect this settlement offer which I accepted to be honored.

Instacart Customer Service Issue

Instacart, Useless. Dear Sir/Madam We bought one weight scale Your order from Target was placed on September 29th, 2024 and delivered on September 29th, 2024 at 8:55 PM. You said you do not have the same item so we canceled that item. you also refunded money and still you delivered that item. upon opening that item was not in working condition. today i contacted the date 10/07/2024. did not resolve my problem. So I asked him to transfer the call to the supervisor.I held the call for more than 45 minutes but no response. Later I hung up and decided to write an email. My item cost 19.99 and other charges Delivery Fee $7.99 Sales Tax $1.70 Tip $2.00 Service Fee $3.00 Priority Fee $3.00 It was not my fault, your item was showing online, but it was not in stock, so I cancelled my order. You should not ship the item, as you shipped the item, we think it’s ok, we accepted but it is not in working condition. So, you should give a full refund with delivery and other charges. Or you have to deliver a new working condition weight scale. If not, I would complain to the better business bureau. I was trying to attach receipt and screenshot I hold phone for 47 minutes but I could not be able to contact your supervisor. There is no complaint email address.
