Jamba Juice, was great-service bad-I asked for help -guy said he had things to-do(IE: use Kiosk) I was flabbergasted-I have never been spoken to like that before –he said he would help-my granddaughter was even shocked-and she also said-“grandma-we could not even have used kiosk-we are paying cash”—this is not ok-Jamba is not cheap.

Jamba Juice, Bad. My granddaughter and I went to Jamba Juice in Woodinville WA–When I did not use the kiosk (which he told previous customer it was having issues)-I asked if he could take my order————He says “YAL-I have other things to do but sure I will take your order” –What the Heck????-I have Never been treated like that and we spent nearly $30-I am Furious!!! The other guy was great-but I just had to complain Why is he working there? My granddaughter who is 15 could not believe it—I would appreciate compensation—-This is a treat-a very expensive treat with bad service

Sour employee no customer service! I purchased a medium PB & banana whey protein drink- it was early in the morning and only 1 person in front of me. The employee’s name is Nicholas. My experience was not a pleasant one. This employee was not a customer person at all! I walked in and he did let me know there was one person before me. He didn’t respond like you would normally do when you’re behind the counter. He didn’t say “Good morning” or, “How can I help you”. nothing!, he just stood there and waited until I spoke up. When I ordered what I wanted, he asked me what size, I asked what were the sizes and he kinda nodded in the direction of the cups and said “We have large or small” so I said, “large”. Then I asked him a question about the Impossible hanwich.. I think this is the name. So I told him I wanted to order this as well… He didn’t respond anything, it’s like I was talking to myself. Then I noticed this sandwich had sausage, so I asked him if the sausage was a plant-based, it’s like he didn’t understand what I was asking….so I repeated it… and he made a face like he was perplexed…and he said to me “it’s a hanwich” and I repeated my question again and he ignored me completely. So I decided instead of going back and forth with this “idiot”, I told him to cancel the sandwich, I was directly in front of him…he ignored me completely again!, and it really pissed me off…so I asked him if he heard me …and he answers me and says “no”…he never looked up to talk to me. I was thinking, he heard me ask him if he heard me and he said “NO”, but he didn’t hear me when I told him to cancel the hanwich…he didn’t respond or even try to suggest something else like most customer service people would of tried to do. He was numb and maybe on some kind of drug or he smoked marijuana before his shift. I’m only speculating, and I don’t judge others, but he didn’t even say, “Thank you” or “This is your change, have a wonderful day”…something, anything, seems like he doesn’t like his job… he wasn’t personable, or friendly. or even nice. If this was my business, I wouldn’t want someone like him representing my business. Maybe he needs a little training on how to smile, say hi, be nice to your customer….and don’t ignore your customers. This was at 17430 Ventura blvd, Encino California. he is the tall guy with dredlocks..he should really wear a net. it’s very unsanitary. I really like the drinks it’s the only one near me, but I’m not going there again.

After learning nearby Teatime did not have my favorite flavor drink, I went to Jamba Juice where the girl at the front counter refused to greet, acknowledge, or speak to me to take my order she just stood there looking defiantly past me. After reporting my experience on the survey some unprofessional guy named Hector emailed me to contact him. Upon contacting him he immediately went on a rampage to indicate that I had instigated her behavior by asking her to go away and get someone else to help me if she continued refusing to speak or acknowledge me as a customer. His phone etiquette and invalid arguments shows why this type of behavior goes on at this location and in my opinion he represents Jamba juice in a very negative and immature manner. Governance would benefit from checking on this manager and location. Caution you never know who you are dealing with and what financial impact they may have with your company.
