Living Spaces Corporate Office Headquarters: Address, Phone Number, Customer Service and Complaints

🗨  Comments

Living Spaces’ corporate office headquarters is located at 14501 Artesia Boulevard, La Mirada, California 90638. The published Living Spaces customer service and corporate contact number is 1-877-266-7300. Customers can also text Guest Services at 1-877-702-5250 or use the company’s official online contact and chat tools.

Living Spaces is a privately held furniture retailer selling sofas, sectionals, recliners, bedroom furniture, dining sets, mattresses, outdoor furniture, rugs, décor, office furniture and custom products. Corporate headquarters, Guest Services, local stores, delivery teams, warranty support, financing providers and the Care Free protection-plan administrator have different responsibilities. This page explains which contact route to use for orders, delivery complaints, returns, damaged furniture, warranty claims, mattress exchanges, financing concerns and other unresolved issues.

Living Spaces Corporate Office Contact Information

The La Mirada address is also a Living Spaces retail and operational location. Customers should still contact Guest Services or the relevant store before visiting with a return, damaged product, warranty claim or legal document. Do not send furniture, mattresses, original receipts, payment cards or irreplaceable documents to the corporate address without instructions.

Where Is Living Spaces Headquarters?

Living Spaces is headquartered at 14501 Artesia Boulevard in La Mirada, California 90638. La Mirada is located in southeastern Los Angeles County near Orange County.

The address is associated with Living Spaces Furniture, LLC and is also used on the company’s privacy policy, terms of use and official store information. The location supports retail, corporate, customer-service, distribution and other business functions.

Customers searching for Living Spaces headquarters, Living Spaces corporate office, Living Spaces corporate address or Living Spaces head office should use the La Mirada address. However, most consumer complaints can be handled more efficiently through Guest Services or the store connected to the transaction.

What Is the Living Spaces Corporate Phone Number?

The primary Living Spaces customer service and corporate contact number is 1-877-266-7300.

This number can be used for:

  • Order status and delivery questions
  • Delivery-day concerns
  • Return and exchange questions
  • Warranty claims
  • Damaged or defective furniture
  • Care Free protection-plan questions
  • Store complaints
  • Payment and financing questions
  • Accessibility assistance
  • General company inquiries

Living Spaces also offers text support at 1-877-702-5250. Text support may be useful for questions that do not require immediate delivery-day intervention.

Living Spaces Guest Services Hours

Living Spaces publishes the following support hours:

  • Delivery-Day Phone Support: 6:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m. Pacific, Monday through Sunday
  • Guest Services Text and Chat: 7:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. Pacific, Monday through Sunday, excluding major holidays
  • Typical Store Hours: 10:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m., although local and holiday hours may differ

Living Spaces states that its stores are closed on Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Verify current store hours through the official store locator before visiting.

Living Spaces Corporate Office vs. Customer Service

Living Spaces’ corporate office and customer-facing support teams have different roles.

Corporate headquarters generally handles executive administration, merchandising, supply-chain operations, legal matters, privacy, finance, information technology, marketing, real estate, employment policy and company-wide operations.

Guest Services handles orders, delivery scheduling, damaged products, warranty concerns, returns, exchanges, cancellations, account questions and general customer complaints.

Local stores handle in-store purchases, customer pickup, local inventory, showroom concerns, store employee supervision, returns brought to that location and immediate service complaints.

Delivery teams handle the physical delivery, placement, assembly and packaging removal included with the selected service level.

UNITERS provides or administers the optional Care Free furniture protection plan. A Care Free claim may need to be submitted through the protection-plan process rather than the standard Living Spaces warranty route.

Synchrony Bank and other financing providers manage credit accounts, statements, interest, payment allocation and credit decisions. Living Spaces may assist with purchase records but may not be able to change a lender’s account decision.

What to Have Before Contacting Living Spaces

  • The order number
  • The customer name and telephone number
  • The delivery address
  • The store where the purchase was made
  • The purchase and delivery dates
  • The product name, item number and color
  • The amount paid
  • The delivery service selected
  • Photographs of damage or defects
  • The warranty or protection-plan information
  • The delivery or return tracking number
  • Previous case or claim numbers
  • A concise description of the requested resolution

Do not publish full order numbers, payment-card information, financing-account numbers, Social Security numbers, home addresses, private telephone numbers, passwords, gift-card numbers or unredacted receipts in a public review.

How to Escalate a Living Spaces Complaint

Begin with the department that handled the transaction. Contact the store for an in-store purchase or store-service concern. Contact Guest Services for an online order, delivery, return, warranty claim or unresolved store complaint.

Explain:

  1. What was purchased
  2. When and where it was purchased
  3. What was promised
  4. What occurred
  5. Who has already been contacted
  6. What response was received
  7. What resolution is being requested

Ask for a case or claim number. Keep photographs, receipts, delivery records, text messages, repair reports and names or roles of representatives.

If the first response does not resolve the concern, request supervisor or management review within the same case. Avoid starting several unrelated claims because that can separate important documents and earlier commitments.

For a substantial unresolved corporate matter, written correspondence may be sent to:

Living Spaces Furniture, LLC
14501 Artesia Boulevard
La Mirada, CA 90638

Mark legal correspondence for the Legal Department when appropriate. Sending a letter does not replace a time-sensitive return, cancellation, warranty or financing procedure.

Living Spaces Delivery Options

Living Spaces offers several delivery levels. Availability, timing and price depend on the ZIP code, product and delivery date.

  • Full-Service Delivery: Furniture is placed in the room of choice, assembled and packaging is removed.
  • Indoor Drop Off: Packaged products are placed just inside the front entrance.
  • Outdoor Drop Off: Products are delivered outside the front door or to another safe exterior location.
  • Parcel Shipping: Eligible furniture, rugs, décor and accessories are shipped by parcel or freight carrier.
  • Customer Pickup: Customers collect eligible orders from the selected location.

An adult age 18 or older must be present for Full-Service Delivery and Indoor Drop Off. Outdoor Drop Off generally does not require the customer to be present.

Delivery pricing and availability can change. Check the website using the delivery ZIP code before relying on an advertised fee.

Living Spaces Delivery Complaints

Delivery complaints may involve lateness, missed delivery, damaged furniture, incomplete assembly, missing hardware, an item that does not fit, property damage, an unauthorized drop-off location or failure to remove packaging included with Full-Service Delivery.

Before delivery:

  • Measure doors, hallways, stairways and elevators.
  • Clear the delivery path.
  • Reserve building access or an elevator if needed.
  • Identify parking restrictions.
  • Remove existing furniture unless separate removal was arranged.
  • Confirm that an adult will be present when required.

Inspect the furniture before the delivery team leaves. Report visible damage, missing pieces or assembly concerns immediately.

Missed Delivery and Redelivery Fees

Living Spaces may charge an additional delivery fee when no authorized adult is present for a delivery that requires one.

An Indoor Drop Off may be converted to an Outdoor Drop Off when no adult is available. If this happens, the Indoor Drop Off fee may not be refunded.

To avoid additional charges, contact Living Spaces before the rescheduling or cancellation deadline. Keep the confirmation showing when the request was submitted.

Damaged Furniture at Delivery

Photograph the furniture, packaging and affected area before the delivery team leaves whenever possible.

Document:

  • Scratches, dents or chips
  • Torn or stained upholstery
  • Broken frames or legs
  • Missing cushions or hardware
  • Incorrect color or configuration
  • Assembly problems
  • Property damage

Ask the delivery team to note the issue in its records. Contact Guest Services with the order number and photographs.

Living Spaces may arrange a repair, technician inspection, replacement, exchange or other remedy depending on the issue and product availability.

Living Spaces Returns and Refunds

Living Spaces generally accepts returns of regular-stock furniture within seven days of delivery.

Current policy terms include:

  • A 10% restocking fee generally applies to regular-stock furniture returns.
  • Initial delivery fees are generally nonrefundable.
  • A pickup fee may apply when Living Spaces collects the returned product.
  • The item must be in as-new condition.
  • Returned products may need to be disassembled and placed in their original packaging.
  • Custom special-order and as-is products are not returnable.
  • Mattresses and bedding follow separate rules.
  • Eligible accessories may not be subject to the regular furniture restocking fee.

After returned merchandise is received and processed, refunds are generally issued within ten business days. The bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.

Living Spaces Exchange Policy

Regular-stock furniture can generally be exchanged within seven days of delivery.

A re-selection of equal or greater value may avoid the regular restocking fee. A re-selection of lesser value may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Pickup, redelivery and other service fees may apply. Ask Guest Services to provide the complete cost before agreeing to an exchange.

Living Spaces Cancellation Policy

Regular-stock orders can generally be cancelled without a fee within 48 hours of purchase.

For deliveries in Arizona, California, Kansas, Nevada, Oklahoma, Texas and Utah, cancellation or delivery rescheduling should be communicated at least 48 hours before delivery.

Orders cancelled outside the applicable period may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

Parcel-shipping orders generally cannot be cancelled after being placed. Customers may be able to refuse delivery and have the product returned.

Custom Special-Order Furniture

Custom special-order furniture is manufactured or configured for the customer and is subject to stricter rules.

  • A 25% nonrefundable deposit is generally required.
  • Custom special orders are not returnable or exchangeable.
  • Changes or cancellation may be made without charge only until 8:00 p.m. on the purchase date.
  • Later cancellation generally results in loss of the 25% deposit.
  • The customer is responsible for confirming that the product fits through the home and into the intended room.

Review the configuration, dimensions, fabric, color, orientation and delivery access before placing a custom order.

As-Is and Open-Box Furniture

As-is products are sold in their existing condition. Living Spaces states that as-is items have no warranty and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Inspect the item carefully before purchasing. Photograph existing damage and verify whether pickup or delivery is available.

In-store as-is merchandise generally must be collected within 48 hours. Failure to collect it may result in order cancellation.

Parcel Shipping Returns

Parcel products generally cannot be cancelled after purchase. Eligible parcel purchases may be returned for the merchandise price within seven days of delivery.

Parcel-return requirements include:

  • The item must be new.
  • The original packaging is required.
  • The product should not be assembled or modified.
  • The customer normally pays return shipping.
  • The return should include the assigned return reference.

Parcel products can also be taken to a Living Spaces location when permitted by the return instructions.

Living Spaces Mattress Returns and Sleep Trial

Ordinary mattress, box-spring and bedding sales are generally final. Certain qualifying mattresses are covered by a one-time sleep-trial exchange.

Current sleep-trial rules generally include:

  • A 100-day trial for qualifying mattresses
  • A required minimum of 30 nights before exchange
  • One exchange only
  • No refund under the sleep-trial offer
  • A $199 restocking fee per mattress set
  • The mattress and flat foundation must be undamaged
  • Stained, torn or punctured mattresses are not eligible
  • Pillows, sheets, protectors and adjustable bases are not returnable under the sleep trial

Confirm that the mattress model qualifies before purchasing. Preserve the receipt and use an appropriate mattress protector.

Living Spaces Limited Warranty

Living Spaces provides a one-year limited warranty on most furniture for manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship.

The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Coverage begins when the customer receives the product through delivery or pickup.

For selected sofas, loveseats, chaises, sectionals, recliners, accent chairs and ottomans, frames are covered for three years against qualifying structural defects. Springs in selected upholstered seating may also have three-year coverage for qualifying breakage or detachment.

Damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, pets, improper cleaning, unauthorized repair, commercial use or ordinary wear may be excluded.

How to File a Living Spaces Warranty Claim

Start the claim through the Living Spaces online warranty system.

Prepare:

  • The order number
  • The purchaser’s information
  • The product and item number
  • The delivery date
  • A description of the defect
  • Clear photographs or video
  • Photographs of product labels when requested

Living Spaces may diagnose the concern remotely, request more photographs, send a technician, order parts, arrange repair or review replacement options.

Care Free Furniture Protection Plan

The optional Care Free protection plan is provided by UNITERS and generally covers eligible furniture for five years.

Depending on the purchased coverage, benefits may include:

  • Accidental stains
  • Burns or heat marks
  • Rips and tears
  • Chips, scratches or dents
  • Structural failures
  • Electrical or mechanical problems
  • Parts and labor
  • In-home repair or replacement

Review the actual protection-plan contract because coverage, exclusions, reporting deadlines and claim requirements depend on the product and plan.

Care Free Win-Win Voucher

Living Spaces promotes a Win-Win benefit for qualifying Care Free plans when no claim is filed during the plan term.

The voucher is generally equal to the original price of the protection plan and must be redeemed within 90 days after coverage expires.

A qualifying furniture purchase of at least twice the voucher value may be required. Other restrictions can apply.

Keep the original plan documents and purchase receipt for the full coverage period.

How to Handle a Warranty or Protection-Plan Complaint

First determine whether the issue belongs under:

  • The Living Spaces limited warranty
  • The manufacturer’s warranty
  • The Care Free protection plan
  • A delivery-damage claim
  • A return or exchange request

Submit the claim through the correct system and keep the claim number, photographs, technician notes, parts orders and denial explanation.

If a claim is denied, request the specific contract provision or warranty exclusion used in the decision. Explain why the facts meet the coverage terms and provide supporting records.

Living Spaces Financing

Living Spaces offers promotional financing through financial-service providers, including Synchrony Bank.

Financing offers may include deferred-interest or fixed-payment promotions. Promotional terms can require the full balance to be paid within a stated period to avoid interest from the purchase date.

Customers should review:

  • The promotional period
  • The required minimum payment
  • The annual percentage rate
  • Whether interest is deferred
  • The purchase amount covered by the promotion
  • The payment-allocation rules
  • The account statement

The lender, not the retail store, generally controls credit approval, account limits, statements, interest charges, late fees and payment disputes.

Living Spaces Financing Complaints

Contact the lender shown on the account statement for:

  • Missing payments
  • Interest charges
  • Late fees
  • Credit reporting
  • Account access
  • Promotional expiration
  • Payment allocation

Contact Living Spaces when the concern involves the purchase amount, cancellation, returned merchandise or a refund that should be sent to the financing account.

Keep the sales receipt, return confirmation, lender statement and dispute correspondence.

Living Spaces Low Price Guarantee

Living Spaces states that it will match a qualifying lower advertised price on an identical product and take an additional 10% off.

The request must generally involve:

  • The identical brand and model
  • The same size, color and specifications
  • An in-stock product
  • An eligible retailer with a physical location where Living Spaces operates
  • A valid advertisement or live web link
  • A request made within 30 days before or after purchase

Exclusions may include clearance, open-box, auctions, membership clubs, marketplace sellers, coupon codes, financing offers, bundles and major holiday promotions.

Living Spaces Price Drop Protection

If the price of an eligible Living Spaces item drops within 30 days after purchase, the company states that it will refund the difference.

Keep the receipt and proof of the lower Living Spaces price. Ask the store or Guest Services whether the item and promotion qualify.

Living Spaces Store Complaints

Store complaints may involve sales communication, product availability, pricing, pickup, employee conduct, accessibility, showroom conditions, returns or delays.

Ask for the store manager and provide:

  • The store location
  • The visit date and approximate time
  • The salesperson or department
  • The receipt or order number
  • The issue and requested resolution

If the store cannot resolve the matter, contact Guest Services and identify the store manager already contacted.

Living Spaces Customer Pickup Complaints

Wait for confirmation that an order is ready before traveling to the pickup location.

Bring the required identification, payment information or authorization. Inspect products and packaging before leaving when practical.

Orders left at Customer Pickup for more than two weeks may be cancelled and may incur a 10% fee under current terms.

Living Spaces Design Services

Living Spaces offers complimentary virtual and in-store design assistance. Customers can receive help selecting furniture, planning a room, coordinating colors and considering layout options.

Design recommendations do not replace the customer’s responsibility to verify room measurements, doorways, stairways, product dimensions and building-access restrictions.

Keep copies of room measurements and product selections when ordering custom or large furniture.

Living Spaces Trade Program

The Living Spaces Trade Program serves eligible interior designers, home stagers, builders, architects, property managers and other business customers.

Commercial and trade transactions may have different pricing, account requirements, delivery procedures, tax documentation and return rules.

Use the Trade Program rather than ordinary Guest Services for account applications, business purchasing and project-related assistance.

Living Spaces Unresolved Disappointing Experience

May 17, 2025

Living Spaces, Defective Merchandise. I purchased a living room set, TV stand, and dining set from Living Spaces on 4/26/2025. When delivered, I saw that the TV stand was warped and told the delivery people I wouldn’t accept damaged merchandise and to take it back. The store offered to waive the delivery fee if I agreed to accept their damaged merchandise, which I did not. Shortly after the delivery of the furniture, which included a couch and loveseat, I opened the blinds to let in the sun and noticed stains or discoloration along the entire bottom edge of the couch. I called the store and filed a claim with Cheryl Calloway, but was told nothing could be done to resolve my issue. I’m still fighting.

Living Spaces Disappointing Customer Service

March 21, 2025

Living Spaces, Replacement table. I have purchased many items from Living Spaces. I have also purchased the care warranty of everything that I have purchased. I have a dining room table that was not able to be fixed so they were going to order my a replacement. Months went on and all the sudden the table is out of stock. Living Spaces said they will issue a credit for it. First of all the credit isn’t enough to replace the table which is now in stock. I contacted Living Spaces and talked to April in the Manteca store. She said I was issued a check in January which I never received and they know it wasn’t cashed. Her attitude was, well it’s too old now so basically you are out of luck. So now I have 4 nice chairs and no table. I paid for the warranty service which they talk you into buying. Unacceptable

Living Spaces DIsappointing Experience

March 19, 2025

Living Spaces, Damaged couch received. Received our beautiful couch but it had tears on one of the sides. (Our third-party delivery was rough being that they only offered one day and if you don’t take it, it could be another 2 to 6 weeks before they come out again.) Called immediately and put in an exchange request for just that one side of the couch, no problem, great customer service there. Fast forward a month later, received a call from the third-party delivery that they want to pick up our damaged piece. I asked and you’re delivering the replacement then, right? Turns out No! Since we are a “nationwide customer” they rely on their third-party delivery partners to pick up and deliver items. But they want to take our damaged piece before our replacement piece is even ready for delivery…. which means leaving us Without a huge side of our couch in our main living area. Could be a couple weeks to a month or even two months before delivery can even be done. Just ridiculous! Called customer service and the representative was very rude and kept saying “as I’ve explained” and also at one point said, “Well Living Spaces will be losing money”. I cut her off right there. Terrible service…will be taking my business back to RC Willey who we have had a much better experience with.

Living Spaces Disappointing Recliner Issue

March 13, 2025

Living Spaces, Broken Warrantied Recliner. After 4 trips to the store and 5 phone calls to different people I’m reaching out to the corporate office. Why do you sell an extended warranty if they just refuse to fix the problem? I want someone to come and look at the problem and fix it! It’s not a flat cushion and it needs a repair please?

Living Spaces Furniture Delivery Issue

January 29, 2025

Living Spaces, Having trouble getting my furniture delivered. We ordered furniture back in November. Got my chair delivered and noticed a couple weeks later. That the amount was not right and they closed the account and opened new one. Now I can’t get my couch delivered. Synchrony says to call Living Spaces. Living Spaces says call Synchrony.
