Massage Envy Frustrating Membership Issues

Massage Envy, Frustrated Disappointed Membership. I have been attempting to change my membership from Shadow Mountain Las Vegas to Missoula, MT for over a year. Due to corporate policy with the number of credits I have I am unable to transfer. Due to the lack of available technicians and this location being closed on weekends I have been unsuccessful in using up the credits in order to transfer. I also protest the fact that members are not able to see account activity with payments and credits when logged into the account.

Massage Envy Daly City CA Disappointing

Massage Envy, Appointment Booking/bad service. The manager herself at Westlake area in Daly City, CA has given away the appointment to someone else after I had booked the appointment. It’s not even 3 mins after, I told them that I’m going to give the card info. I thought Massage Envy provides healing and care to clients, but I was very disappointed with felt that disrespect. I hope the Corporate office will look into these comments posted here and will take accountability of their disappointing reviews.

Massage Envy Rogers MN Disappointing

Massage Envy, Very disappointed and annoyed. Went to the Rogers MN., Message Envy to pick up a gift card on Sunday, November 17th. Hours listed online and on their door said 10-6. I arrived at 10:15 and the door was locked. A few minutes later a gal arrived, opened the door and locked it behind her. I knocked at the door and she wouldn’t answer. I called and got a voice mail, no response. Disappointed and annoyed that they don’t follow their own posted hours. Very poor customer service.

Massage Envy Cancelation Issue

Massage Envy, Cancel. Well maybe you can help me? Because the Salisbury Maryland location can’t seem to help me so I suspended my account and dropped it down to $10. A Month. Massage Envy said someone would call me when it’s ready to go back to normal and I can make up my mind if I wanted to cancel it, because I was going to cancel it because I don’t have the time to go, due to working so much. No one called me so they started me back at up again. And today I get a back notice that they pulled $150.00 and I see that in September they took $75. Can someone tell me why No One Is Calling Me To Inform Me Of Anything? I greatly appreciate your support and time in this matter.
