It is absolutely ridicules that a letter request me to call and when I do they treat the call as if it is a first call requiring everything but my blood type when my only question is did you get the documentation you requested. It does not help that the customer complaint department just kept circling me back to the same department. I went to look up Cooperate Office for MetLife and they re-route you to the Philippines or Ecuador where I was put in touch with the same department that treated it again like a new case. Extremely frustrating and not a pleasant experience especially when a family is already going through a very difficult time. There are other insurance agencies that make a very difficult process so very much easier on both the family and companies that have to deal with the insurance

On April 21-23,2016; my daughter,her boyfriend,my sister,my nephew(who has cystic fibrosis),my husband and myself(Gina),had reservations for at least two weeks in advance at the super 8 in Madeira cal. When we arrived it was late ( due to our 5 hour trip there) the front desk guy was sleeping (with his feet on the desk) it took us three or four trys to awake him,to help us. He said yes we had our reservation and made a slip for me to feel out handed it to me (through the slide thing under the window) meanwhile he took my ID and did whatever they do. On the slip I entered 21 of 04,2016 until 23,04,2016 2 people and one car. He took it back wrote the amount I owed him on it and when I gave him my money he gave me a copy of the slip and we went to bed! In the morning we left at about 6:30 am to go to my sons graduation at the Valley State Prison ,we got out of there about 3:30 pm . There was a wreck or something on the freeway so it took us like an hour to get back to the room. Upon arrival there we found our room had been completely emptied of all of our belongings. The front desk people ( there were three of them said I hadn't paid for two nights and they needed the room.(even though the room was empty)And that they had our belongings. I showed them my receipt and the dates on it they said well I didn't pay enough for two nights (which I didn't know I gave him what he charged me) but I could pay more and stay of course I did not opt to stay. I just want my belongings,which some maintenance guy brought outside in one large black garbage bag. Well we went to a different motel and got up early to head home cause I had to be at work in Ukiah Cal. at 3pm that day. Needless to say I didn't look through the garbage bag until we got home. I found that my $475.00 lap top and charger were gone as well as a couple pairs of pants,and all of my make up ! I was and I still am Extremely upset with this entire experience. I was already in a Very emotional situation in my life and the people at that super 8 made my situation go from bad to way worse. I'm a member of the Mason City Ia ATF, the people running the gym wants to put in a massage water bed instead of updating some very old equipment. They had some sheets up for comments and most of them members said they wanted to see the equipment updated/fixed. I just don't understand what the owner is thinking. Also the HVAC sucks, doors are always open to cool the gym. Can corporate help in this matter?
