Noah's Bagels Roseville CA Unfriendly Service

April 2, 2025

Noah’s Bagels, Unfriendly service. I was a customer at your Roseville, CA 2030 Douglas Street location yesterday (04/01/2025). I was with several friends who also placed orders. Upon leaving, another friend joined us and placed an order to go. This was at approximately 1:00 PM. The employee who took care of our orders was extremely Unfriendly! The three of us went next door to get a coffee at Starbucks, and all of us commented on just how poorly we were treated as customers. Either this young lady hates her job, has personal problems, or just didn’t know how to smile or even try to act pleasant. It was enough of a turn off that I and my friend will never return to your bagel shop. I am in my late 60’s and my friend is in her late 70’s. We have been around long enough to know what good service is. Perhaps your employee needs additional training on customer service and at least trying to be polite and friendly. The third person was also not happy with how we were treated, and she lives near your shop. She too is in her late 60’s. I hope you can assist your employee in further training, or she should look for employment where she can at least treat a customer with civility. This was my first and my last time to try out your bagel shops.

Noah's Bagel's HQ - Poor experience in store and website!

January 1, 2024

I ordered my bagel via mobile order yesterday. I went in to pick it up and it was not ready. I waited in the store for it to be placed in the mobile order pick-up area. I waited for about 25 minutes and then I asked one of the workers there about my order. She checked with another worker who said that they ran out of sesame seed bagels. She then asked me if I wanted another bagel and I said that I wanted an everything bagel. My frustration is that if I did not say anything, they would not have ever made my order, and I would still be waiting there today!… that process is broken!… Now to compound the issue, I went onto your Feedback site, www.bagelexperience.com several times, and it kept saying that it’s not working and not in place! Please see the screenshots I am providing of my receipt as well as your website (however, it does not appear that this site supports a high-resolution normal iPhone photo!). This is very frustrating because at least I was hoping to get a couple of free bagels for providing my input but I can’t even do that on your website!

Noahs Bagels Customer Service

The Pinole Noahs Bagels is a hot mess. The manager does nothing but complain about being understaffed. She is constantly short and rude with customers. The employees park directly in front of the store and do not leave space for persons who are elderly or handicapped. Often times on the weekends employees are seen sleeping in their cars after their 6am shift has begun. This particular branch needs a couple of unannounced visits from corporate. It appears corporate does not see, to care as I have left multiple voice mails with no response.
