Nothing Bundt Cakes Corporate Office and Contact Information

Corporate phone clarification: Nothing Bundt Cakes does not currently promote a separate headquarters switchboard for customer complaints. Older directories may display 1-972-239-3034, but the company’s current published Guest Support number is 1-888-780-2680.

Where Is Nothing Bundt Cakes Headquarters?

The current Nothing Bundt Cakes corporate office is located at:

Nothing Bundt Cakes Guest Services
5005 Lyndon B Johnson Fwy
Suite 600
Dallas, TX 75244
United States

The company’s current privacy notice identifies this Dallas address as its corporate office. Older corporate descriptions sometimes identify the headquarters as being in Addison, Texas, but the currently published mailing address uses Dallas.

The headquarters is a corporate and bakery-support office. It should not be treated as a public bakery, cake pickup location, product-return counter, or walk-in customer-service center. Use the bakery locator to find a location that accepts retail orders.

Can Customers Visit the Corporate Office?

Customers should not travel to the Dallas headquarters expecting to place or collect an order, return a cake, receive an immediate refund, redeem a gift card, or meet with an executive.

Contact the bakery involved or Guest Support before mailing correspondence or attempting to visit the office.

Nothing Bundt Cakes Customer Service, Orders, Refunds and Complaints

Nothing Bundt Cakes Guest Support assists with general questions, feedback, order concerns, website issues, and unresolved bakery experiences.

Call:

1-888-780-2680

Email:

we****@***************es.com

Published support hours are seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time.

Order Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

The bakery that received the order is the first contact for a change, cancellation, or refund. Local policies may differ because many Nothing Bundt Cakes bakeries are independently operated franchises.

When contacting the bakery, provide the order date, pickup or delivery time, bakery location, general order information, issue, and requested resolution. Share the complete order number only through an official private support channel.

Delivery Complaints

Delivery availability and fulfillment can vary by bakery. Some deliveries may involve an outside delivery provider.

For a late, missing, damaged, or incorrectly delivered order:

  1. Check the order confirmation for the bakery and delivery provider.
  2. Contact the bakery that prepared the order.
  3. Contact the delivery company when the confirmation identifies one.
  4. Save delivery notifications, photographs, receipts, and prior messages.
  5. Escalate unresolved concerns to Nothing Bundt Cakes Guest Support.

Product Quality and Allergen Concerns

Contact the bakery promptly when a cake has the wrong flavor, filling, size, frosting, decoration, inscription, or other quality issue. Keep the product, box, receipt, and photographs until the bakery explains whether a remake, credit, or refund is available.

Nothing Bundt Cakes states that its standard cakes contain wheat, milk, eggs, and soy and may contain traces of tree nuts, peanuts, and sesame. Its gluten-free cakes are made with gluten-free ingredients but are produced using equipment that also processes products containing gluten. Cross-contact may therefore occur.

Guests with serious allergies should review the current ingredient information and speak directly with the bakery before ordering. Urgent allergic reactions require appropriate medical assistance rather than waiting for a corporate response.

How to Escalate a Nothing Bundt Cakes Complaint

  1. Contact the bakery manager. Explain the order or visit issue and the resolution requested.
  2. Keep supporting information. Save the receipt, photographs, confirmation, delivery updates, promotion terms, and prior correspondence.
  3. Contact Guest Support. Call 1-888-780-2680, email we****@***************es.com, or use the official feedback option.
  4. Request further review. Include the bakery city and state, approximate date, issue, local response, and requested resolution.
  5. Use written correspondence when appropriate. Address mail to Nothing Bundt Cakes Guest Services at the Dallas corporate-office address.
Protect your information: Do not publish complete order numbers, receipts with barcodes, gift-card numbers or PINs, payment details, account passwords, home or delivery addresses, private phone numbers, email addresses, medical information, or employee records in a public review. Provide sensitive information only through an official private support channel.

About Nothing Bundt Cakes, Ownership and Leadership

Nothing Bundt Cakes Company History

Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz founded Nothing Bundt Cakes in their Las Vegas home kitchens in 1997. The concept grew into a specialty bakery franchise offering Bundt Cakes for birthdays, weddings, holidays, corporate events, gifts, and everyday occasions.

The company’s product lineup includes:

  • Bundtinis sold by the dozen
  • Personal-sized Bundtlets
  • Bundt Cakes
  • Big Bundt Cakes
  • Tiered Bundt Cakes
  • Standard, seasonal, and limited-time flavors
  • Decorations, toppers, candles, balloons, serving supplies, and gifts
  • Pickup, delivery, catering, gifting, and fundraising options at participating bakeries

Nothing Bundt Cakes’ current franchise website describes a network of more than 800 bakeries across 45 U.S. states and Canada.

Franchised and Company-Owned Bakeries

Nothing Bundt Cakes operates through a combination of franchised and company-owned bakeries. An independent franchise owner may control a bakery’s local employment, operating hours, refunds, service decisions, product availability, and delivery arrangements.

Guest Support can document or escalate a concern, but corporate staff may need to refer a location-specific complaint to the franchise owner or local operating team.

Who Owns Nothing Bundt Cakes?

Roark Capital acquired Nothing Bundt Cakes in 2021. In March 2026, Reuters reported that KKR had reached an agreement to acquire the bakery company from Roark Capital.

Readers who need legally current ownership information for contracts, investments, litigation, franchising, or vendor matters should verify the transaction status directly with Nothing Bundt Cakes or the parties involved.

Who Is the CEO of Nothing Bundt Cakes?

Dolf Berle is the chief executive officer of Nothing Bundt Cakes.

Executive positions and corporate ownership can change. Verify leadership through current company announcements before directing time-sensitive business or legal correspondence to a particular executive.

Nothing Bundt Cakes Reviews and Complaints

Three Nothing Bundt Cakes reader reviews are currently visible on CorporateOfficeHeadquarters.com. The reviews are dated from March 10 through May 26, 2025.

Issues described in the three visible submissions include:

  • A White Chocolate Raspberry cake that a reviewer said did not have the expected raspberry flavor or filling
  • A bakery allegedly not responding to an email about a product-quality concern
  • A bakery being closed on Mother’s Day despite the hours displayed at the location
  • Difficulty using an app promotion because the bakery was unexpectedly closed
  • Uncertainty about whether a delivery had been completed
  • Concerns about communication involving a third-party delivery provider
  • Dissatisfaction with a manager’s response to a delivery question

In the delivery-related submission, the reviewer later confirmed that the cake had been delivered. The remaining complaint concerned how the bakery communicated responsibility and delivery status.

These submissions describe individual reader experiences and allegations. CorporateOfficeHeadquarters.com has not reviewed the bakeries’ internal records, recipes, staffing schedules, emails, delivery-platform records, or refund decisions. Three reviews are not enough to establish an overall customer-satisfaction trend for the company’s more than 800 bakeries.

A helpful review should include the bakery city and state, approximate date, order method, general issue, manager or Guest Support response, requested resolution, and whether the complaint was resolved.

Nothing Bundt Cakes Springfield IL DIsappointing Flavor

May 26, 2025

Nothing Bundt Cakes, White Chocolate Raspberry. The cake had No Raspberry in it at all! Sent e-mail to them in Springfield, Illinois where I bought the cake and they gave no response at all. I guess they do not value their customers at all. I will not drive an hour to them ever again.

Nothing Bundt Cakes Disappointing Experience

May 12, 2025

Nothing Bundt Cakes, Not happy about today’s attempted visit! I went to my local store today with the intention of using the BOGO that was on the App only to find out the store was closed although the sign on the door says open until 4pm. There were no indications that the store would be closed on Mother’s Day when I went in there about a week ago with a friend. Needless to say I am not to happy.

Nothing Bundt Cakes Rancho Cucamonga CA Disappointing

March 10, 2025

Nothing Bundt Cakes, Unpleasant response from a store manager. I ordered the 8″ cake to be delivered to a senior with dementia, a total cost was $50.28 including $9.99 for delivery fee, $5.10 for tips. When I called the store located at 7325 Day Creek Blvd #B103, Rancho Cucamonga CA 91739, they could not tell me if the cake was delivered. The store manager told me they are not responsible for the cake once it was picked up by the Uber/Doordash/Lyft driver. However, your company is the one who collected delivery fee and tips from me… and I did not know the cake was delivered by Uber/Doordash/Lyft since there is no indication about it ordering the cake on-line. How irresponsible for the store manager to say a customer that “once the cake is picked up by the driver, they no longer responsible for the cake”??? Your company has a very good reputation until today that I am very disappointed at your company. Although I later found out the cake was delivered by calling the recipient, but the issue here is how irresponsible for the store manager to say such a thing to customer.
