  • Store in Roseville Minnesota 55113 .Manager named "Maria" was so rude and unprofessional ,when we was asking about are order that we placed on line and she twice hung up phone on my wife. Manager like Maria will put very bad reputation on your restaurants.

  • Perkins manager in Port Saint Lucie hired us to complete some work for them, that manager has quit apparently and left myself and other contractors hanging without being paid for the services rendered with 30 day payment terms.
    It would be nice if Perkins would pay their bills. Approaching 90 days and a lien being filed.

  • Who's very bright idea was it to exclude the Senior menu from the 10% off the next bill survey on the invoice? I have just come from Perkins which is a restaurant where I and my mother when she visits likes to eat. We typically order from the Senior menu and have always been able to use the 10% discount coupon. UNTIL TODAY! Plus I had some asst manager tell me I had never used it to which I told him he was wrong. Let's see who has that experience – me who has ordered numerous senior meals or him who has never ordered one. The bottom line is – now the Senior's get no discount at all. The meal is discounted but now you are giving everyone else a 10% discount from the coupon but excluding the Seniors, you are in fact not giving the Seniors a discount at all. THINK ABOUT IT! I believe you should change the exclusions on the 10% and just give 10% across the board to everyone who chooses to use the coupon. The person who had this bright idea should be demoted.

  • We recently had the misfortune of eating in your Perkins franchise at 600 Dixon Rd Toronto. The food was way below your usual standard. The restaurant furniture was dated and worn through in places and the waiter that served us should be sacked. I had Chicken with Mushrooms on Rice with Asparagus, which looked nothing like the pictures in the menu and was bland and tasteless. When I only tipped $3 on a $58 bill, the waiter became surly and rude and completely ignored us when we said goodbye. I should not have left any tip as the whole experience was terrible. The waiters name was 000007 Abdul Husseini. Clearly not interested in his job. We have always complemented US and Canada serving staff as being polite and helpful, not in this instance. I tried to leave an email complaint on your web site, but it does not allow UK postcodes.

  • We were at France Ave. location in Bloomington MN and they have new menus and the open face hot turkey sandwich is no longer on the menu. This was a very good item. Please add it back to the menu.

  • Perkins restaurants need to pick up their game, out dated food and your quality is substandard. We visited the restaurant on international drive orlando fl. The wait was 45 mins just for drinks, food was served haphazardly, and it tasted aweful. Gravy was salty and you know it was from a packet mix just like their brick of mash potatoes. We asked for a bowl of fries got a butter plate that was dirty and 15 pieces of fries that were over cooked and cold, couldn't eat then disgusting. Service was the worst on this planet, cooks cussing and screaming at wait staff (that's what it sounded like), more angry staff than happy warm welcoms, wait we were ignored on our entrance, to gain attention we walked in and had to ask to be seated only to be told wait your turn to be seated (15 mins later and we were the only customers waiting to begin with), met by a disgruntled female who. Was cold rude and did not speak to us. Sat at a table that was dirty wet and sticky, didn't get attention from 6 staff whom walked by and ignored us for 45 minutes, who is running this show? Not good everything was a joke staff, service, but most of all the low grade dirty presented salty food. Nothing appealing about anything. Never go back never eat at perkins again disgusting.

  • Today 5/1/16 we decided to go have a nice breakfast at our favorite restaurant. However, when we got to the restaurant we observed numerous cars in the parking lot and decided it probably was to crowded at that time so we decided to go to Perkins restaurant in Mansfield. I usually don't frequent this restaurant because in my personal opinion their coffee is much too bitter for me. When we entered Perkins we observed approximately 7 or 8 people waiting to be seated and the hostess told us it would be about a 15 minute wait. We decided to wait. Approximately 15 minutes later we were seated in the back room next to a group of 15 to 20 people. Our waitress, a very nice and polite young lady, came to our table rather quickly and took our drink order. She returned in a few minutes and asked if we were ready to order and we then ordered our meal. After approximately 20 minutes our waitress came back and apologized for the wait and offered us a muffin or biscuit which we declined. Approximately 25 minutes later the waitress came back and was addressing the large group of 15 to 20 people sitting beside us and told them that they would be served in sections as they could not handle the entire order of this large group all at one time. I thought to myself how terrible that would be, have the first group get their lunch and either wait for the other groups to get their lunch and eat theirs cold or eat their lunch hot and be finished when the last group were just getting their lunch to eat. Realizing that this group would be getting served prior to us it only made since that our lunch would not be served until all that group would be served and I was sure it would be at least another 30 minutes at the least. We decided to leave. As we were walking to the door I observed several empty tables available for seating but they were still not cleared from the previous customers. I went to the register and offered to pay for the drinks and after the cashier consulted with someone in the kitchen area she returned and stated that there would be no charge for the drinks. I thanked her and left………….Now, I am quite aware that a restaurant can get a rush of people like today, however I feel if you are going to have seating for this many patrons then you should have enough wait staff to clear the tables and also enough kitchen staff to keep up with the food order demands so your patrons are not waiting for well over an hour for their meals. My problem is not with the staff that were all working extra hard to keep up with the demand. My problem is with management for not having or "calling in" more employees to handle the demand. I know I only can speak for myself but I feel it will be a very long time if ever I return to Perkins restaurant in Mansfield, Pa.

  • On April 18, 2016, about 2:30pm in the afternoon. I had gone in to Perkins which located in Eau Claire, WI on Highland Ave. I was going to checking out a job for a bus position which was posted on the beyond job web site. When stopped in to just ask about it. The manager on duty told me that there was no job position opening at the restaurant. I told him that I found it on the web site and he told me that there was no jobs available and it was probably a different perkins. He acted kind of cocky and very smug and gave me the impression that he was better than I was. I know that I am in my late 50's and a disabled veteran. But I feel that he still should have treated me a little bit better than he did. I am writing this to let you know that if he treated me like how many others has he treated badly or in the future. So the reason I am writing this is hopefully he will treat others like in the future.

  • 11/16/15 – We went to Perkins in Burnsville MN. at 5 pm there was approximately 8 to 10 people in the whole place. The waiter "Jeff" was the rudest person we ever met ! We too have been loyal to this place for over 20 years and will never go back. This man sat us and took our order after a huge wait brought our food and never came back–never asked if our order was even correct or good. The table behind us got their food and the lady asked for ketchup–and he just said oh and walked away–never came back– I motioned to Jeff to come here to our table for service -he looked right at me and walked away- another couple of elderly ladies came in and sat down; the lady behind us AGAIN asked for the ketchup–was ignored! My sister got up to get JEFF and asked him if he was ever going to come over to our table to finish our order… he got rude and LOUD saying WHAT DO YOU WANT-FINE I'LLGET YOUR PIE ! WALKED AWAY AGAIN SO MY SISTER HAD SHOUT BACK TO HIM THAT HE DIDN'T EVEN ASK HER WHAT KIND OF PIE SHE EVEN WANTED!!! He just took off! We let him know with a new Denny's opening up just down the street he better start being nicer to his customers– HIS REPLY WAS " THEN GO TO DENNY'S GO AHEAD AND LEAVE- I WISH YOU WOULD !!! " So we got up to leave. We asked for the manager and he said he was!! Which was a lie- we've been going there for 20 years! The lady behind us got up to go to the kitchen herself to get the ketchup!! And she said she didn't care for the way he talked to us! But he told her to sit down he'd get it!! THIS ALL CAME ABOUT NOT FROM SOMETHING WE DID–THIS WAS BECAUSE OF A LAZY, ARROGANT AND RUDE WAITER (JEFF)- WE JUST EXPECTED SERVICE !!! IF JEFF CAN'T HANDLE WAITING ON 8 TO 10 PEOPLE HE NEEDS TO FIND ANOTHER JOB !!!! WE WON'T GO BACK AND YOU CAN BET WILL TELL EVERYONE WE KNOW HOW SENIOR CITIZEN'S ARE TREATED THERE!!

  • my name Ted Sass:your owner/store manager is the most he is by far the worst manager that have seen or worked under when friend of mine asked to up his daughter and she gets in my car crying and telling me that she wants to leave and never go back then you have a real big problem going on plus he sends people home for having dyed their hair red in this case but lets another person have blue purple streaks in their hair and that is okay. I do not find this funny he let's people go for a few complaints but someone from his own country can get every order wrong and still have a job that is playing favorites I was once a restaurant manager and I CAN TELL YOU IF I HAD SOMEONE LIKE THAT HE WORK FOR ME LONG I think you should let this guy go and fix this problem I have been going there since it opened after this i will not be going back also you do not want other media outlets to here this story in our town by the name of our town is Bala Cynwyd in zip code 19004 Montgomery County please resolve this problem

    Okay, maybe I can get this to work, instead of your website. I have been trying to give the benefit of doubt to Perkins restaurant in Austintown Ohio. But after 4 different times they Screw up your order that I told the server how I wanted my Eggs and server tells me that those are Over-medium eggs. Then when the food comes and the eggs are Not Over-medium by any stretch of the imagination, they come out the same way NOT once but 4 different times and management was told everytime. I DON'T know what or WHY the Management didn't do anything but pay for the meal twice. But NO retraining of the kitchen staff and repeatedly getting a simple request of Over-medium eggs and still can't get it Right. Needless to say that it will be a long time before I go back to any Perkins restaurants in the foreseeable future.

  • Today, May 29,2015 my 8 year old grandson and I went to the St. Joseph, MO Perkins location to eat after Sam's Club shopping and loading it all in the rain. We were wet, tired and hungry and wanted good Perkins food. There was one cashier/hostess on duty. Four parties waited to be seated (including us) and we were first on the list in a dining area that had ample seating for all of us and more, but we all waited a good 15 minutes. After finally being seated, a waitress came for our drink order and brought them along with menus. We ordered Perky pancakes and 2 eggs, sausage, hash browns and biscuits. She came back to say they were out of hash browns and gave me a potato choice to substitute and I said that was fine. That was the last we saw of her as we watched those who had been seated about the same time or a bit later receive their food, eat it and leave and others who came in later do the same. It had been an hour and I told him we were leaving. We got up, saw the 'hostess' and told her we had waited for an hour and were leaving. Her response: "OK" No I'm sorry or any other comments. A place I have gone for years is now one I will never return to. Lousy service and rather uncaring. Good food or no, you've got to provide good, friendly service and make sure the customer gets their order in a timely fashion. NEVER again will I go there though we love the food, It will have to be in the one 50 miles from our home if I enter one again!

  • I was in the Perkins on Fowler avenue in Tampa, there is a waitress by the name of Maria she has been with Perkins for years. She was teminated months ago but is back working a normal schedule like she never left. There are servers there some very good servers there but u can tell this restaurant has it's favor picks when it comes to there workers. Some of there favors are not there best workers. The manager is nice but it to playful at times it would be nice to see more of a variety of workers in this place. I have a few servers I like to see but some are barely there. This place can be loud and unprofessional. I have been in this location and have set for hours u can hear servers talking about other servers, yelling from the service area and just not acting like a team. I have spent money at this location but I would never want to work here the atmosphere just doesn't seem very welcoming to an employee. I think someone should go into this place and sit down with each employee to get there opinion on there experience working here. I have never been to a place where the workers look so unhappy. I go alot and I see alot and from a customers prespective it doesn't look exciting. One of the servers in which I think is a great server expressed that they need to give more hours. She also expressed that they are hiring more workers and barely give hours to the workers they have on the payroll. I have noticed that the same servers are workin all the time. Secret shoppers would be good for this location it really helps just to see where companies are really at in the business aspect

  • The Perkins on Fowler avenue is the most guetto store I have been in. You see the same servers all the time and the ones that should be working you hardly see. You hear the workers speaking very loud from the kitchen area and they are supposed to be professionals?

  • Your Perkins in Tampa, FL at 5002 E. Fowler Ave. has changed managers again. This manager refused to let my group of 14-40 people sign up for the back room on Jan. 11, 2014, at 1230 pm. His resaon was that he had no idea how busy the restaurant would be. I tried to explain that our group had been reserving the room every two months for 3 years, and that his fears were unfounded. We have never had a problem, and the previous managers welcomed us with open arms. This manager has turned away income. We would be willing to push the time back to 1pm, as long as we can be put on the schedule as before. I have to have a set date and time to be able to notify over 50 people about the time to come.   • COMPLAINT: I was in your Little Falls MN restaurant on 10/6/13 at approximately 6 p.m when I heard someone in the kitchen say "would you two get the f*ck out of my way.. I'm trying to cook!" I find this language very offensive for a business and I am surprised its allowed! There is no reason for that kind of language in the workplace.

    • Its not about the words it' s about having respect for the guest in your restaurant. How can u fix your mouth to say stay home when this is a place to dine in. Come on now
