PODS Corporate Office and Headquarters Contact Information

Important: PODS’ customer support and order-management routes are not the same as a guaranteed executive complaint line. PODS Headquarters and Clearwater Corporate Office

PODS is based in Clearwater, Florida. Current public business and government records list PODS Enterprises, LLC at 13535 Feather Sound Drive in Clearwater, with 4th floor formatting appearing in government contractor records.

Older PODS contact references may show other Clearwater addresses, including Rio Vista Drive. PODS’ current privacy policy uses a Rio Vista Drive address for webmaster and privacy-policy contact, but the broader corporate headquarters listing should be treated separately from website, privacy, copyright, or webmaster correspondence.

PODS Moving, Storage, and Account-Specific Complaint Note

Many PODS complaints are tied to a specific container, quote, order number, storage center, delivery address, pickup date, billing record, long-distance move, or damage claim. A corporate office contact may be useful for documentation, but most problems need order-specific details.

For current or past orders, PODS directs customers to MyPODS to manage the account and access additional support options such as chat, text, or calling from the account. For business or government storage needs, PODS provides a separate business inquiry route.

Choose the Correct PODS Support Route

Use PODS’ official contact page or moving and storage support number for quotes, scheduling, availability, local moving, long-distance moving, storage, container delivery, container pickup, and general customer questions.

Use MyPODS for existing or past orders, account details, scheduling changes, billing, container status, and order support. Use the business/commercial number for business storage, corporate relocation, government, disaster response, real estate, construction, retail, or commercial storage questions.

Use the privacy or webmaster contact only for privacy-policy, website, accessibility, or personal-information questions. Do not use privacy or webmaster contact routes as general moving, billing, scheduling, or complaint lines.

What to Have Before Contacting PODS Corporate Office

Before contacting PODS or submitting a complaint, gather:

  • Your PODS order number, account number, or quote number
  • Pickup, delivery, storage, and final-destination addresses
  • Container number, storage center, delivery date, and pickup date if available
  • Invoices, payment records, emails, texts, call logs, and schedule confirmations
  • Photos of the container, placement area, property damage, or damaged contents if relevant
  • A short timeline and the specific resolution you are requesting

How to Escalate a PODS Complaint

Start with PODS’ official support route, MyPODS account tools, or the phone number connected to your order. Ask for the issue to be documented and keep a record of any case number, email, chat transcript, or promised callback.

If the issue remains unresolved, prepare a written complaint summary. Include your order number, container number, dates, addresses, invoices, schedule confirmations, photos, and the resolution requested. For billing disputes, identify the exact charge, date, amount, and reason you believe the charge is incorrect.

For delivery delays, missed pickups, or schedule changes, keep all date confirmations and notifications. For damaged or missing property, keep photos, inventory notes, insurance or coverage documents, police reports if applicable, and any claim correspondence. For third-party services connected to loading, packing, labor, or vehicle transport, you may need to contact that separate provider as well.

Billing, Scheduling, Damage, and Storage Issues

For billing issues, review the quote, rental agreement, monthly storage charges, delivery fees, pickup fees, cancellation terms, and any schedule-change fees. Ask PODS to explain the charge and whether it relates to monthly rental, transportation, storage, insurance, taxes, or a changed service date.

For scheduling issues, confirm whether the problem involves container drop-off, pickup, redelivery, long-distance transit, storage-center access, or final delivery. Keep every confirmation because delivery windows and changes can affect movers, property access, closing dates, work schedules, or local permit requirements.

For property damage or contents damage, document the container, driveway, yard, building, loading condition, and delivery/pickup location before moving items. Review PODS’ contract terms and any coverage or insurance options connected to your order.

Scam and Fake PODS Support Number Warning

Be careful when searching online for a PODS corporate phone number, PODS complaint line, PODS refund number, PODS moving support number, or PODS customer service number. Moving and storage customers can be targeted by fake payment links, phishing emails, fraudulent moving brokers, and unofficial support numbers.

Use PODS.com, MyPODS, official emails, official bills, and the official contact page before sharing order, payment, identity, or location information. Do not provide passwords, one-time codes, full card numbers, bank login information, gate codes, or remote computer access to anyone who contacts you unexpectedly.

PODS Disappointing Experience

April 15, 2025

PODS, storage over priced and scheduled at their convenience not yours. Beware of the full month charges without pro-rating!! I chose PODS because of the apparent flexibility in loading unloading and storage. I would have (previous to using their service) that it would be the perfect choice for in town moves. I was seriously mistaken. 24 hour service is simply a messaging service messages are taken then who knows what happens for the company chooses to do whatever they want because after all they hold your property! I called two week ahead to schedule delivery of my POD in the morning. They took note and I made arrangements at work and with help to unload. The day before in the evening, they inform me they will deliver in the afternoon. I have enough other choice than to re-schedule for another date (obviously at their convenience not mine). Despite re-arranging my work schedule and hired assistance, I would have lost more time. No one cares as there is no customer service department. There is no recourse for correction. Will file complaints with the FTC and BBB and ensuing Google reviews. A company without ethics is a company without customers.
