Reach Public Storage Corporate Office 

Public Storage, I am raising a serious concern regarding the manager, Gina, at the 1155 Belvedere Rd, West Palm Beach, FL location. Gina has allegedly been involved in unethical practices, including auctioning off customer belongings despite agreements to prevent such actions. Furthermore, she reportedly retains personal documents and information that should be returned to their rightful owners. When confronted, she claimed to have shredded the documents but failed to provide proof. Gina’s behavior includes ignoring calls, creating false assurances about avoiding auctions, and displaying aggressive, disrespectful conduct toward customers. This unprofessionalism and lack of accountability are unacceptable. A police report regarding these actions will be filed, and business tort litigation is being considered. I formally request Gina’s termination and urge this location to review its management practices to restore trust and professionalism.

Public Storage, After making direct monthly payment fees on the 1st of each month the system texts 7 days later that they will be canceling the account and want the locks returned for no payment made. This happens each month since we started direct payment. Called the location and talk to employes there and they all say the same thing. Sorry that you’re going through this, but we can’t help you.

Public Storage at 2600 N. Charles Street Baltimore MD. I canceled my rental space at Public Storage at this location before ever using it and was still charged. Several attempts to contact their customer service just gave me the runaround with voice prompts and you’re never able to speak with anyone! Their customer service phone system is set up where you will never get a live person on the phone. I have since changed my public storage facility location to a much better one but I’m still out of a large amount of money that was Not refunded at the Charles Street facility.

Public Storage,unreasonable fees. I am a renter and current contract holder. The local office people are great. I am assuming they are franchise holders and not associated with Public Storage otherwise. Public Storage Corporate has motivated me to: 1) Write the Attorney Generals office in my state detailing my complaints. 2) Contact the BBB to detail their deceptive business practices. 3) Make extensive use of social media to spread the word about the dirty practices of Public Storage. It takes a lot to motivate me to this level. Public Storage Corporate has accomplished that. * They bait and switch on pricing. You get a competitive rate online, which after two months, is arbitrarily raised by 25% while the original rate is still offered online. * They will not allow payment on line without agreeing to a new contract * They will not allow payment via phone call without a $20 “service fee” * They hide their corporate location. Try and find an online contact via their website. I will continue this on an ongoing basis. Great work, Public Storage! You’ve turned a new customer into an adversary!
