I continue to be be harassed by your branch in Minneapolis and I will eventually take legal action. People leaving drinks in front of my door. People putting garbage on top my storage. The manager there open the door on me without knocking and did not care when I asked why he did it. Your hire people to harass your customers? I been harassed by one of the clients asking me for money because I dont have it he called me names. Today I saw a strange guy who look like hes a contractor but he was secretly spying on me listening to my conversation. This privacy brigdge and shouldnt be tolerated. I will call your to send one of your employess to check my storage to see if i have anything illegal going on there. But hope no one intentionally put something in my storage and lie that I did it. Too many fishes stuff going on there. You might already know who am by the thing I'm saying because the employees already know what going on. If your sending secrets agents after me and find out this is not going to be good for your or me. This guy I saw today look very suspecious and looking for something he did not lost. Just to put you on alert about what going on at your Minneapolis branch. I must be decisive if this mind behavior continues.

Car broke down inside the gate, couldnt get it started at 9pm, took me 10 or 15 min to get it started. Went to pay my bill and was told I had a three day notice saying that i broke the rule to not be onsite after 9pm and to not work on cars inside the location. Now I am not a mechanic was not repairing the car, tried the battery cables, spray starter fluid the norm and it started. Got out of there and did not think about it.Now they are saying we have to move by Wednesday. I have heard this is a new district manager that is very strict, but I did not try to break any of her rules the car would not start. I explained that to her and she said she understood but we still had to go.

THIS ONE IS I DID THE CLEANING For more than a year and a half I had been doing the cleaning for a place called public storage, they are on the new york stock exchange of a public corporation. Sunday in the late afternoon a person name Erika had said that the Corporation and all of her bosses had said the liability of having someone do the work whom is not an employee of public storage could become to much. And so Erika had said I would have to stop the work completely because of the liability to the corporation of the fact I am not an employee to the corporation. I can see their point. No insurance are they ' the corporation is covering me under to do the work'. So for a reference feel free to call the corporation in Glendale California and the local Santa Cruz County office on soquel drive of public storage ask for Erika their of local office

I emptied my two units in Kendall Florida on February 26, 2015 leaving the units immaculate as I received it with a final inspection from the storage employee. I also made them aware that my overpayment of a month on each unit should be forwarded to my new address to which I provided. Today is May 20th 11 weeks (2 1/2 months) of being told by Peter, Lisa, Kathleen that my refund has been approved but yet returned. Now my understanding is if they don't receive your payment by the 6th of the first they have the right to lock you out and auction your belongings. So I guess that makes great business practice. I will be filing a better business complaint copying the Attorney General.

I called a rep on the phone to reserve a unit. The $1 first month special turned into an over $58 move-in. Because it was 4 days before the first of the month, I was charged again a regular fee. The person at the facility told me that information was left out so as to get a sale. These liars will keep your belongings hostage unless you agree to pay over $90 for the first month. Karma is a so-and-so. I'm going somewhere else for better service because I just got a phone call for another month! This is worse than daytime soaps! My reason for saying that is because the employees say they have regrets or that they're getting better jobs. (smh)
