I don't know any other way to say this, but STAY AWAY. They are the worst and most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with. I even tried to contacting the corporate office and spoke to a supervisor in the escalations dept. and she was even worse than anyone in customer service. I have spent to much time trying to resolve this situation. I feel that it is my obligation to caution people of this company. AGAIN!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!
I was surprised to see all the negative reviews that Public Storage has on their website. I've had a unit with them in LaVerne for about 5 years and have never experienced anything negative about the facility or the staff, especially Stephanie, she's the best. I do agree that their corporate policies need to be improved, they're very frustrating.
Very poor customer service, your Agents are not trained well and district managers dont reponse unless forced to.
I have more than two weeks calling the property manager, I also sent you several messages regarding to avoid charging my space for a minimum of two months due to damage caused by a leak in my space. Today made another debit of another month. Please, what kind of help do you guys give?
Public Storage is the has the worse customer service & the property Is not properly secured. I wish that I had read these reviews prior to renting a unit from these people. Hambrick Rd; Decatur, GA property manager is disrespectful, rude & unprofessional. I complained to the district manager that she need coaching & development. Considering these reviews this is a company wide issue "CUSTOMER SERVICE". They will never recevei a JD power award
