TRIED TO GET A ROOM FOR ONE NIGHT AND HAVE SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS IN CASH TO PAY FOR MY STAY AND I GUESS RADISON MUST HAVE THIEVES THAT WORK THE FRONT DESK,BECAUSE THEY DO NOT ACCEPT CASH MONEY.WTH ,THATS THE STUPIDEST THING I HAVE EVER HEARD.WHO TURNS DOWN $109.00 CASH MONEY,I GUESS RADISON DOES

     
  • My fiancé and I stayed at the Radisson in on 5/27/17-5/28/17. We will NEVER stay again… Our room was very dirty, there was hair in the shower the toilet was disgusting, the drapes were torn half way down, the room phone didn't work, the air conditioner stopped working half way through the night, we only had hand towels and wash clothes no towels, the pool area had trash all over and dirty towels and a hole that had no cover over it, my 7 year old was walking around the pool and her leg went through it and she twisted her ankle, when I went to complain there was a lady already talking to the manager so I patiently waited, when it was my time to talk to the manager she was rude and said that she felt I was just complaining to I could get a refund like she gave the lady before me. I told her I had came down to complain because when I put a complaint in the night before the clerk was rude and acted irritated and the manager told me that she would just give me a discount for my next stay …I told her I will not ever be staying there again nor will I recommend anybody else to stay there…I think I wld of rather stayed at the motel 6 (and that's pretty bad)!

    I have a complaint on the Radisson SAS hotel in Kuwait and would like to send an e-mail to a person in charge and has authority to check on my complaint other than the recreation manager in Kuwait himself because it is useless. I do appreciate you reading this message and hope that I can contact the person that can do something after I write to him/her.

  • We requested a block of rooms at the Radisson in St. Joseph, MO for an event that is held annually. Candace the booking person told us several times she would call back if we wanted to talk to her we had to call her. That was just the first problem Not once was anyone in our party told the pool was not working. Nor was the hot tub. This is the second year this has happened for all we know it was never fixed from the last time. Unfortunately we had people in our group that brought children with them. The hot tub was not working either and they did say they were not going to fix it. We were also told there was a part coming for the pool on Friday and it would be fixed That didn't happen either. We went into one of the rooms we had booked for one of our party to find that the telephone had been put on the floor at the head of the bed still plugged in and full of dust This tells me it had been there sometime. We hear nothing but negative comments from almost everyone of the 10 rooms we had booked. Some had no hot water, one of therooms had an electrical plate come completely out of the wall We have a picture to prove that and the back door which was supposed to locked at 10 at night was not and when they took their puppy out at 4am there were homeless people laying on the bench outside. We have been booking this hotel for yeara for this group, but as of this year, we will be seeking another location. Not only was this inconvenient for several of our group it was a total embarrassment to us. You will not longer be hosting any of our functions, which we do twice yearly.

     
  • I worked 57 hours at Radisson hotel in Rockville MD and they gave me a fake check.. Amit Purl and GM Manager Miguel. They're crooks..

     
  • I have been trying to get the "incidentals" charge (pending on my statement) removed for over a week. I was told at the front desk that it would take 5 days to disappear. However, it has been over a week since we checked out of the Baltimore Harbor Hotel (6/15/16), and the pending charge is still on my statement. PLEASE REMOVE IT.
    In addition, I cannot find a place where I can email anyone to get this removed.

     
    • You know we had the same problem in a different way, my daughter stayed a Park Inn which is a Radisson hotel she stayed for one night and after she checked out and got home they put a charge of 250.00 dollars in her card they said that she was smoking in her room.She drove back up to the hotel to try to talk and fine out what made them think she was smoking, they told her the house keeping staff told them they smelled smoke, my daughter said she can take a blood test and wab test to prove she does not smoke and the girl at the desk was very rude and would not even help her. I think this is a very shady way to steal extra money from customers, if you take anything away from this story it is this, we can be accused of something and offer proof that it's not true and still lose. Never ever stay or recommend a Radission Hotel anywhere in the World

       
  • Hello, my name is Mark Taylor. Today I experienced a bad customer experience purchasing food from your hotel bar/ restaurant ( Jimmy’s Island Grill” . This was my first time patronizing this establishment. Once I arrived, I waited at the door for over 5 mins. No one was there to greet me. I grabbed one of your menus and waited patiently. I looked over to the bar area, and the bartender ( Nick) observed me standing there and never notion me to come to the bar. I finally decided to walk over to the bar and order my food to go. Nick approached me and asked “what you want “ as if I was bugging him. I expressed to nick that this was my first time ordering here. I then asked what was today’s food specials. He did go over some food specials. I ordered my food items. Nick walked off and continued with his paperwork. Nick never asked if I wanted anything to drink while I waited. Nick finally came back to the area in which I was sitting. Just to strike some conversation, I asked nick how long he bartend. He looked at me with a cold face and said, “ I don’t know” and walked off. For better sake of words, nick came across as a “ A Hole”. Nick went over to the other customers and asked if they needed anything. Nick also prepared a drink for another customer and struck conversation with them. My food order came up, nick threw my food down on the bar and walked off. This experience made me feel as low as ever. It was extremely hard for me not respond in a negative way. I don’t want to think that it was a “ race thing” but ……. I hope this young man’s actions doesn’t represent your fine establishment!

    Extremely disappointed!!! Service was absolutely awful they had one person on night shift and a friend of mines daughter cut her foot in the pool. No one came to see what she needed or how it happened. How it happened (not the first reported incident) was the ladder has sharp metal ends without rubber caps to protect this from happening again and again. Next day pools reopened not one person concerned them selves to ask if the girl was ok. If that wasn't a smack in the face. Our group rented 6 rooms, the night was ruined and even the upper management was unsympathetic on the girls unfortunate event. I hope my friend takes legal action. Its absolutely poorly managed and maintained. Such a shame because my kids and I use to enjoy going there before New management. They should of kept Billy!!!
