  1. bad , bad customer service , I have southwest credit cards and I am going to cancel them and go with American airlines . I will not be doing business with southwest anymore.

     
  2. I will never do business with southwest ever again. They have horrible customer service and will lie to you all day long even after you catch them lying. This company sucks!!!

     
  3. I tried to navigate their web site and use my points to buy two tickets. The web site is not easy to use for a novice. Ended up buying points by mistake and it cost me more money than two tickets cash would have been. Immediately tried to call and reverse the purchase. Told them I made a mistake and would respectfully ask that they help me. No go!! They said only points.com could fix it. Pts.Com responded they cannot do anything without Southwest authorizing it. Each one points their finger at the other. Total rip off and morally unethical. They hang their hat on a disclaimer that all points purchased are nonrefundable. I am disgusted and will never use their Rapids Rewards Card ever again. Bottom line is I lost 18,000 points and ended up paying more for the tickets than if i paid cash without points.They do not care although they try to kill you with verbal kindness..

     
  4. I am trying to get a refund for a cancelled flight and now have been on hold a total of over 3 hours!! i cannot beleive this terrible customer service from this company. One should be able to do it online when it s a cancelled flight instead of making excuses to me about no one is capable of helping out.
