  1. Used this format to send a description of a safety response problem experienced at the Nigerian, Lagos International Airport with Delta Airlines a week ago and didn't get any reply.

  2. Dear gentlepeople
    This past Wednesday, Feb.2,2022 I flew Delta 5286 from Bangor to NY and continues to Chicago on flight 564. The weather was terrible in both areas and delta kept it's customer informed of any delays. Fortunately, we took off and landed on time.
    A Delta pilot was very helpful in guiding me thru the NY airport to the bus and gate for the Chicago leg of the trip. The flight attendants when told I was hungry(although there wasn't any scheduled meal) kept me full and satisfied with many snacks and some free (shh) wine. The attendants were extremely friendly, accommodating and gracious. Made me recall the reasons that I flew Delta when I traveled in my career. Also reminded me to always fly with Delta Airlines.   3. booked our flight from Albany NY to Orlando with a stop off in Georgia, 5 adults and 4 children, 1- 14 year old, 2 6 year olds, amd a 4 year old, I explained that the children needed to be seted with adults for the flights and was assured that they would be, THAT DID NOT HAPPEN, they were scattered ALONE in different rows, on all the flights to and home, on the way home it seems my luggage was searched and some of my Belongings were NOT returned to my suitcase. ON top of that I did not received ANY SKY MILES which for 9 air fares SHOULD be decent amount but with NO ONE answering the phone I feel that this will never be resolved. calling customer services is a JOKE with over an hour hold time, Cooperate also has a hold time of over an hour, I was hoping to find Delta as an excellent provider and was BEYOND DISSAPPOINTED< with plans to be traveling more in the near furture I will NEVER USE DELTA AGAIN. SUCH A SHAME Since the staff was wonderful and the plane was clean, with more leg room than Southwest, but I will be spending my money elsewhere

  4. Modern airline travel is a near miracle. We should all be endlessly grateful for the amazing ability we have to skip across the face of the earth aboard Delta airplanes like demi-gods. People who endlessly complain about air travel demonstrate little gratitude or sense of history. I live in Oregon and know the history of the Oregon trail. I assure you, everything Delta does is miraculous. Thank you.

  5. Getting a customer service operator to answer is a doozy, is alful ,what do one have to do to speak to an English person?

My first connecting flight in Atlanta was delayed by one hour, then sat on the tarmack for probably another 30 mins which made me arrive an hour and a half later than expected to BWI which then caused the person picking me up to wait an extra hour and a half. Why? No explanation given. My time is just as valuable as Deltas. THEN…… my returning flight leaving BWI was delayed 4 hours due to weather in Atlanta. Once in Atlanta, I was again delayed, delayed, delayed, delayed, delayed, over and over. I was supposed to arrive in Tucson at approx. 9pm last night, but instead, arrived at 6:30 this morning. Had you just cancelled the flight initially, I could have gotten a hotel and good nights sleep, instead, I had to stay up all night and watch for the new departure time, which at 2am was then moved to 6am. That stinks. I don't understand why another plane couldn't be brought in to take us to Atlanta when the weather had clearly improved. It was such a mess with people sleeping all over the airport and well over 100 people in the Delta customer service / reservation line. I understand the storms were bad in Atlanta, but pick up the slack and get people where they need to be once the storm passed. There is no excuse for so many people to be stranded in an airport for 18-24 hours. After that, we board the plane, they give us stale snack mix that has no taste at all. In all my years of travelling, I have NEVER had to sit and wait and wait for the unknown like I had to yesterday and today. There is a lot of competition out there, DELTA, better step it up a bit.

  7. Delta's attempt to make consumers use up miles by buying magazines is disappointing and disgusting!!
