Starbucks, Delivery Truck Blocked My Car for Over 30 Minutes. I was visiting a restaurant next to the Starbucks location at Virginia Manor Shops in Mt. Lebanon, PA. When I came out to leave, I found that a Starbucks delivery truck was completely blocking my vehicle, and I was stuck for over 30 minutes. When the drivers finally came out, I politely told them they shouldn’t be parking there, especially since it prevents people from leaving. I suggested they park at the end of the shopping center where they wouldn’t block anyone in. Instead of being understanding, they were dismissive and rude, saying they could park wherever they wanted and that they’d take their time leaving. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. I hope Starbucks encourages its drivers to be more respectful and considerate about where they park, especially in busy shopping centers where space is limited.

Starbucks, Frustrated by Handling of Free Drink Issue. I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Lacey, Washington Starbucks. I had a free drink reward, which I clearly mentioned twice during the transaction, yet I was still charged. When I returned to the store to address it, I told the staff they needed to be more careful—especially when I made the reward status clear beforehand. Today, I went back and was told by the manager that I’m no longer welcome due to allegedly being “combative” and for using inappropriate language during the last visit. While I regret if my tone came across too strongly, I was simply frustrated at being repeatedly charged for something that should have been free. I’m disappointed by how this was handled. Rather than resolving the issue or listening to my concern, I was banned from the store. It feels like customer feedback—especially when someone is upset—is no longer welcome. I’ve been a longtime customer, but this experience has seriously made me reconsider supporting Starbucks. I hope the company reflects on how it handles these situations going forward.

Starbucks might want to consider broadening its hiring strategy to include individuals who value structure, respect the job, and bring a strong work ethic to the table—qualities that often come with experience, not just youth. At the end of the day, a company thrives when its employees are focused on great service, not constant internal protests. Starbucks Disappointing Experience

Starbucks, I feel like zero stars. The issue is with an employee who was taking too long in preparing our short order. I got mad at him and he followed me out of the Starbucks and took a picture my license plate and told me he was going to call the authorities and to never come back. He then called my daughter’s work place and it backfired on him too. I’m sorry but you never tell customers not to come back. What kind of customer service is that? He’s the one that needs to be fired.

Starbucks, No more grounds for gardeners! Visited the newly renovated Starbucks on Hwy 54, Peachtree City, GA. Inquired about grounds for gardeners and was told by the manager that they now have a new brewing system and “they don’t have grounds anymore.” Fascinating…is Starbucks using instant coffee? Is the grounds for gardeners program still available else where or have Starbucks abandoned this environmental friendly practice?
