Straight Talk, First Impression ~ Snafu. I received two emails saying my prepaid service was about to be canceled; payment due today.(legitimate email). I’m not a customer. You’d think verifying an email address would be required for security. Apparently not. I thought I went to the corporate website, hoping to find an email address, but ended up here. I did find the address, but it doesn’t work. I went to the straighttalk.com site looking for contact info. I tried the chat feature. It went absolutely nowhere; just circles. I feel sorry for the target customer if his service is disconnected tomorrow. I spent an hour of my day trying to help, but it was wasted. You’d think, under Verizon’s umbrella, their customer service would be polished. Not providing an email contact speaks volumes about their priorities.

Straight Talk, Black Friday iPhone Purchase Still Undelivered. On November 24, 2024, I purchased an iPhone 13 (128 GB) during Straight Talk’s Black Friday promotion through an online agent. The payment was successfully taken from my Wells Fargo account (photo proof available), but I never received the phone. Since then, I’ve spent countless hours trying to get answers. Through multiple calls, I’ve been told: Shipping is delayed. They can’t find my order number. The item is out of stock. The phone is on its way—”no worries.”I was repeatedly assured it would arrive, only to be disappointed time after time. Yesterday, a representative even suggested I involve the authorities. Straight Talk needs to take responsibility for this issue. A supervisor was supposed to call me at 1:00 PM CST to resolve the matter, but that didn’t happen either. Meanwhile, the same phone is clearly listed as in stock on your website. Please honor the $200 Black Friday discount and send me the phone I paid for. This has been an incredibly frustrating and unacceptable experience.

Straight Talk, customer service as well as the supervisor very dishonest and continously repeated different excuses and different policies and one told me one plan the other told me I had to get a different one. Very dishonest and the supervisor flat out lied to me. My wife and I just opened up a new franchise and were looking into getting over a dozen phones for our employees. But after all the dishonesty and seeing and hearing first hand just to get my plan activated on my phone for the third time. With the same phone, I was continously told the exact same plan I have had three times prior are all of a sudden not compatible with my phone and one of them told me I had to have a $35 dollar plan then the other told me only a $45 dollar plan would work only on my phone and I know for a fact its compatible and will work on my phone. So I don’t think I want to go through all this over a dozen times but I’m stuck with a plan or card I paid for but they refuse to activate it very poor customer service and the supervisor was even worse and at least the regular customer service tried to make sense of what he was saying even though he couldn’t. But the superviser would of I would think should know what he’s talking about but between the two, that cost your company roughly about $650.00 a month for at least two to three years so I can’t recommend this this compay to any of my clients or partners. Straight Talk has done nothing to help and basicaly ripped me off and lied to me repeatedly! Not very wise move especially to a senators nephew. Have a great day .

Straight Talk, Been a customer for more than 10 disappointing years. During annual renewals, or just when I’m on the website trying to buy something other than a plan, my Password doesn’t work, resetting it doesn’t work, and then I spend hours on the phone and tablet trying to reset a new one, that I write down, and have it display when I try to log on to get login failure or incorrect password. For the millions of people who use this and have for years, get it right. I’m ready to leave. In the Real World, you would have been fired long ago for incompetence.

Straight Talk – Poor Support After Hacking Incident. I’ve contacted customer support over 30 times with no resolution and countless false promises. My calls are being rerouted and forwarded, and I was forced to pay my bill over a week early without being provided a confirmation number. Straight Talk refuses to give me a detailed bill or call and text history, leaving me completely in the dark. I need urgent assistance to resolve these issues. Thank you, and I hope to hear back soon!
