Straight Talk, First Impression ~ Snafu. I received two emails saying my prepaid service was about to be canceled; payment due today.(legitimate email). I’m not a customer. You’d think verifying an email address would be required for security. Apparently not. I thought I went to the corporate website, hoping to find an email address, but ended up here. I did find the address, but it doesn’t work. I went to the straighttalk.com site looking for contact info. I tried the chat feature. It went absolutely nowhere; just circles. I feel sorry for the target customer if his service is disconnected tomorrow. I spent an hour of my day trying to help, but it was wasted. You’d think, under Verizon’s umbrella, their customer service would be polished. Not providing an email contact speaks volumes about their priorities.

Straight Talk, Black Friday iPhone Purchase Still Undelivered. On November 24, 2024, I purchased an iPhone 13 (128 GB) during Straight Talk’s Black Friday promotion through an online agent. The payment was successfully taken from my Wells Fargo account (photo proof available), but I never received the phone. Since then, I’ve spent countless hours trying to get answers. Through multiple calls, I’ve been told: Shipping is delayed. They can’t find my order number. The item is out of stock. The phone is on its way—”no worries.”I was repeatedly assured it would arrive, only to be disappointed time after time. Yesterday, a representative even suggested I involve the authorities. Straight Talk needs to take responsibility for this issue. A supervisor was supposed to call me at 1:00 PM CST to resolve the matter, but that didn’t happen either. Meanwhile, the same phone is clearly listed as in stock on your website. Please honor the $200 Black Friday discount and send me the phone I paid for. This has been an incredibly frustrating and unacceptable experience.

Straight Talk, The very worst customer support on the planet! Good luck to anyone needing help with their account, I have spoken (or at least tried to speak) to Straight Talk folks for a year now, while their virtual recordings speak fluent English their human staff are terrible! I know only the English language and all they staff is Asian folks. I can not understand 80% of what they say! My accounts, 2 of them have been hacked and I can not log into them and they turned off my auto pay for both of my accounts they refuse to clear my accounts so I can reset them they say I have to know my password if I knew what someone had reset it to I would not need their help! I would rate Straight Talks customer service as the Very worst I have ever tried to deal with! The level of incompetence is beyond review. Welcome to the stone age!

Hello, I have been a Straight Talk customer for a while. When I purchased my Straight Talk phone card to renew my minutes and put the information in from the card, I purchased it did not work and customer service did not want to refund me my money or give me more minutes. They kept asking me for a pin which did not work with terrible customer service they are no help at all just a waste of time what’s the point of calling and why are they even getting paid and can’t help any customers?
