  • i closed my account at a branch with a teller , withdrew the anount lefT, a month lATER I RECIEVE LETTER IN THE MAIL , TWELLING ME THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS OVER DRAWN , I WAS BEING CHARGED A CLOSED ACCOUNT FEE, AND SENT TO RECOVERY. EVEN AFTER I ASKED THE TELLER IF THERE WERE ANY IMPENDING FEES BEFORE I CLOSED THE ACCOUNT HE ASSURED ME I WAS DONE, I CALLED THE 800 NUMBER , SHE SAID RECOVERY WILL CLEAR IT UP AND I WOKE UP AT 6 AM WEST COAST TIME TO CALL THEM , THE BEAST THAT PICKED UP THE PHONE HOLLY TOLD ME AFTER I STARTED TOEXPLAIN TO HER WHAT HAPPENED , THAT I HAD NO REASON TO CALL THEM UNLESS I WAS READY TO PAY THEM. THERN SHE SHEWED HER BREAKFAST IN MY EAR FOR TEN SECONDS BEFORE REPEATING THE SAME THING. IN THEM I THEN CALLED THE 800 NUMBER WHO STARTED TO SEND ME BACK TO RECOVERY WHEN I TOLD HER THAT BASICALLY THE RUDE "HOLLY" dda DEFALUT SERVICES SAID TO ME , SO I THEN HAD TO GO TO THE BRANCH WHEN THEY OPENED AND REPEAT THE SAME STORE FOR THE FOURTH TIME AT TAT POINT BEFORE I COULD GET ANYTHING DONE. WORST BANK EXPERIENCE. FOR THE MOST PART RUDE LAZY WORKERS WHO ARE NOT TRAINED TO DEAL WITH THE PUBLIC IN AN EFFICIENT MANNER.THE REASON I CLOSED THE ACCOUNT IS BECAUSE THE WEBSITE SUCKS AND I COULD NEVER GET INTO MY ACCOUNT WHICH WAS LOCKED THOUGH I USED THE RIGHT PASSWORDS, AND I CANT GO INTOP THE BRANCH BECAUS I WORK A SWING SHIFT THAT LIMITS MY AVAILABILITY..TERRIBLE BANK TERRIBLE WEBSTE , USELESS PHONE REPS.

     
  • PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE HARD UP FOR MONEY. THE REPRESENTATIVES LIE TO YOU AND THEN CHARGE YOU A LATE FEE ON YOUR ACCOUNT, THAT THEY DON'T REMOVE. THE WEBSITE IS ALWAYS MESSED UP AND OFF LINE. THEY LIED ABOUT THE CORPORATE OFFICE DOES NOT HAVE A TELEPHONE NUMBER, JUST A ADDRESS. I'M SO TIRED OF DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY I'M GOING TO STOP PAYING THEM. THIS IS A VERY INSANE COMPANY AND THEY HAVE TRAINED THE EMPLOYEES TO BE THE SAME WAY. I WILL NOT POST/ PUBLISH MY NAME BECAUSE I DON'T WANT TO HEAR FROM THEM.

     
  • Absolute lack of customer service in Arizona branches. Many falsehoods told to customers, and refusal to give out names of phone numbers of managers, president, etc.

     
  • My father passed away in October 2015 and the bank was notified, death certificate supplied and accounts and safety deposit box closed. You would think the bank would update their records but NO…this is US Bank and they don't maintain up to date records. they continue to send invoices for safety deposit box rental to my deceased father inspite of calls to the branch, to customer service and inspite of again sending them his death certificate. Oh and did I mention that their billing for the safety deposit box rental is actually for MAY 2016 to MAY 2017. This bank is a totally inept and brainless. Hope they go out of business.

     
  • This is the worse bank ever!! I was a victim of fraud and they denied my claim accusing my of filing a false claim. Very poor customer service. Every single person that has called me to discuss this claim has hung up on me blaming on bad reception calls. This bank should be investigated and closed down forever. Please and please do NOT leave your account and money with them. They are a big SCAM!! I am going to hire an attorney and start a law suit. They are INSANE!!

     
  • Who can you talk to about this criminal bank? What a scam they run there and know one can do anything about this? I can't even get a hold of corporate to complain. This leaves me know choice then to go above them. They need to be held accountable for their rip off scams.

     
  • almost every morning employees have a meeting when bank opens there is one teller working inside customers and taking care of drive through 15 to 20 minute wait, uncalled for. use to have 2 atm machines took one out one year ago was not used enough the other one is always broke. need new managers to run bank. older people that care…………….

  • Worst bank I have to dealt with ever!!! Very poor customer service. They put you on hold for 30min if you request to speak with a Manager and they even hang up on you when they get upset at you even though you are not even rude to them. Managers are very combative and will not acknowledge bank error. They charge you fees for their mistakes & refuse to help. Go with any other bank but this one.
