Facebook, unjustly suspended my two Facebook accounts and my messenger account. I have been trying to get help from Facebook for more than two weeks now. I received a message from META saying that my accounts were suspended because an IG account of “freddymartin” was connected to my account and had gone against Trademark rules. I have only one IG account and all three of my accounts are only mine and in my name and connected to each other. I have followed the circuitous directions offered by Facebook to appeal and have tried reaching them at least three times about this mistake, that was apparently from a hacker.. It is not my fault. I have spent many hours putting up visuals and interesting conversations about the work I post. My Facebook sites have a substantial following especially on the longest running original personal account. This is a busy time for my art sales and my main public space to reach my friends and clients. So this is very bad timing to lose my accounts!!! Help!

Facebook, Unjustly suspending my account on more than one occasion. I’m a photographer and before I had even finished setting up my facebook page a month ago they suspended me for violating their terms. There were not any posts or photographs. Their A.I. software is set to suspend all accounts, and they force you to verify you are a real person. Once this happens, they unlock the account, however, they randomly suspend my account and every time want a selfie and they disrupt my ability to finish setting up my account and showcasing my photography which ranges from events, bands, wildlife, and misc, all of which are within their terms of service. This is my third suspension in a month and I have filed a complaint with the BBB, and I am looking into a class action lawsuit against Meta for violating their own terms of service and for theft of property of accounts wrongly closed, and for their abuse of a.i. software.

Facebook, unjust suspension. Facebook has, without reason suspended my account. Refused my appeal and taken away my family which I talk to on Messenger. You have erased my little store so I can’t supplement my pension. You have single handedly tripled my depression which I suffer from. All this with out telling me a reason or letting me correct the problem. If there is a problem it is not of my doing. Give me back my life please. I am alone and need Facebook below are a few things I sell.

My Facebook account, active since 2014, was abruptly suspended on 12/27/24 without any explanation. As a result, I’ve lost access to both my professional and personal pages. While Facebook allowed me to download my data, the file provided was unopenable, adding to my frustration. I’ve reported this issue to my state Attorney General’s office due to the lack of transparency and support. This experience has been deeply disappointing.

Facebook has unfairly disabled my account, and despite numerous attempts to contact them, I’ve received no response. My technical skills are limited, so my granddaughter—who is highly responsible and would never allow anything inappropriate—helped me set up the account properly. I can’t understand why I’m being treated like this! The process has been completely baffling. Shortly after receiving a welcome message, less than two hours later, I was informed via email that my account was blocked. Then, I received another email saying Facebook had made a mistake and my account was fine, only to be blocked again a day or two later. This back-and-forth feels arbitrary, nonsensical, and frustrating. Why is this happening, and why won’t Facebook respond?
