Allstate, Very Disappointed Customer after 20+ Years. I received an email saying I had a payment due of $56.01 which I didn’t understand because I use automatic payment so I made the payment. The email led me to the Allstate website which I saw a notation on 10/30/24 that my insurance wld be cancelled 11/24/24 if payment wasn’t received on 11/23/24. Of course I called the office. I was told that my insurance was cancelled and would not be reinstated. He told me a letter went out on 10/30/24 to notify me of this that I Did Not Receive. He said since I had access to the website I could have found out that way. Who does that?? So my Agent John Craig called me later I asked why didn’t anyone call me and he said they have millions of customers and if they called everyone that missed a payment that they wouldn’t get any work done. I told him I never received the letter, he said everyone says that. I thought I had a better repour with him. Why would I miss a payment after all these years. He asked if I changed my payment method and I did because my card was compromised and told him I had called the office to let them know. I just wish I remember the name of the person I spoke with because she kept trying to add the payment and said she saw it in the system and that it would probably go through the next day and if not she would call me back and since she didn’t I thought it did. Someone dropped the ball here. It was not my fault!!!!! I am so angry about this. But I now have a new insurance company so good riddance!!!!

Allstate, Claim teams and president William Hill. been with Allstate for 9 years never had a claim until the microbust damage my home. Hail was coming down hard with the wind do you think my roof is ok? neighbors all down the street getting new roofs, garage doors,siding etc all I got a check for for damage was around $5,000. I thought I was in good hands with Allstate Nope!!!!! changing insurance.

Allstate, trying to get auto and home insurance they took money out for auto but they tell me I don’t have an account, I’m thinking a scam?

Allstate, Unauthorized charge to family member’s credit card. I canceled my roadside assistance with Allstate and these people somehow found my youngest son’s credit card information and charged his account since they could not charge me!!! He has Never been remotely associated with my account and it is mind blowing that not only did they obtain his credit card information but they charged him for my account and they did this without his AUTHORIZATION or mine! I was told he would get a refund but he immediately closed down the account. After 2 hours of tracking down a live person to speak to, Frank in member services said that he didn’t do anything personally to create this mess! Duh!!!!! He told me to check with my bank, check with my bank. I will Never! Ever! Do business with Allstate again in my life. You’re in good hands my a**!!! Unauthorize charges to a family member who has never had Any association with Allstate Ever in his entire life is Illegal!! How in the heck was his credit card information even obtained??? Then, who in the heck gave permission to take his information and put it in as payment on My account???!!! Allstate is terrible!!!!

Percentage of my car insurance increase! I understand increases in premiums, but 40%. Why exactly for the increase was explained to me, a lot of insurance BS.
