Boost Horrible Customer Service

Boost, Horrible customer service. I have been trying to get my plan switched for the last few days! I’ve been getting the run a round. customer service didn’t know why or understand why I couldn’t change my plan and I had even spoken with the supervisor and he told me that he couldn’t change my plan. For them to change my plan so I did with my bad knee and all. The employee at the store was very helpful she showed me why she couldn’t change my plan and told me that my plan can’t be changed because of a issue a problem that didn’t take care of and until it is out of red and go to Gray then I will be able to change my plan until then I’m stuck on a plan I’m not supposed to have. I’m really disappointed and frustrated with boost. This is the short version of it. Boost stores can’t change my plan, customer care won’t change my plan or can’t change my plan and I can’t change anything from my phone. It’s like they have me locked in. Even after me telling them what the employee at the Boost store told me and I passed it on to customer care and it’s just like whatever with them. So I told him I will be filing a complaint with BBB and hopefully I can get some results because this is ridiculous. Like I said this is the short version of my review. Do not get Boost service.

Boost Mobile Company Lies

The Company that promises lies, because their Customer Service Representatives can’t do anything if it doesn’t require simple functions that a third grader can perform. They don’t resolve issues, pass the buck to Likewise Insurance Company and they send me back and forth with each other and it is impossible to talk to a Resolution Manager or Supervisor…. it’s awful and I have been 18 days without service, impossible to do anything online or email because I have confused all my passwords and I need that phone restored to change all my passwords even banking…lol and I can go on… it’s impossible to reach the Corporate office or get a telephone number, or an address… seriously looking at abandoning this sinking ship.💔

Boost Mobile calls their customers liars.

I recently activated my account and attempted to get the Boost Protect/ Apple Care. According to the pamphlet, it includes bringing your device. Boost is refusing to honor the eligibility requirements. They say it only applies to phones purchased from them. A customer representative went as far as to say the store manager would agree with them as the truth always prevails. So according to the representative, I am a liar.

Save yourself the headache by staying far away from Boost Mobile.

Boost Mobile Customer Service Issue

Boost Mobile, Not a month yet and customer service did me wrong. I didn’t get my IPhone here until September 15. OK when it was sent to me also it hasn’t even been a month and you guys took out money on the 24th of the 26th of this month. Who customer representatives are very rude and I’m not gonna go and be telling me I can’t return the phone when I know I can so I need Trisha told me they were gonna send me a shipping label. That’s fine. You guys don’t have to. I’m just gonna ship it anyway, because I am done with this phone. I am done trying to deal with Boost. I didn’t make that mistake and I can’t have it on the 24th and, I pay for this phone. If you know this is terrible. I’ve never done wrong with you. You know that automatically put my stuff on auto pay when I didn’t ask if they didn’t ask me or nothing I didn’t get a copy of nothing like the guy told me he was gonna send and he reassured me. Everything was gonna be done on the fourth. Well he lied and he took it in his own hands and put it on the 24th. Well you know that’s wrong because I don’t get paid the 24th with bills not gonna get paid so I am not gonna come back to Boost. I’ll be done with them and I don’t wanna talk about this company I will let my friends family know not to come to so because I don’t know how to work this phone I can’t send you the iMessage of the Trista sent me the other day. I don’t know how to work this phone I don’t and I don’t have time to sit with it every day and do this I don’t this is ridiculous, I’m not happy with your customer service represented me because I don’t have anything of Bill wise from the sixth of every month until the end of the month to the next month so I am not happy with your customer service. They called me liars. they called me. I’m not , I’d rather work out something, but Apple does not even help either right I will not work with any of the customer service people right now they’re rude and they did me wrong. I am disabled. I am on disability and I get paid the third of every month and I don’t understand why that guy couldn’t understand me, but I haven’t even had this phone for a month so you tell me for September 15 to the 26th when you guys took out $85 or $83.05 on me when I haven’t even had my phone a month I didn’t set it up like this and I don’t want it like this because of this you guys everything has been messed up my bills now my debit card, my banks I don’t I can’t believe one person can screw up that much your customer service people listen to what the customer are saying they can’t assume and just make up whatever they want to after the person gets off the phone. They can’t do that but I never got a copy of this guided and that’s wrong. I did not know that because I need Bill in the middle of the month month-to-month with all my bills and everything but your representative messed me up so bad now I’m my bank account all in the air. I’m not happy with your customer service and I’m not happy with.

Boost Mobile Horrible Customer Service

Boost Mobile, horrible. I signed up for Boost Mobile. They sent me tracking info that said my SIM cards were delivered. We have not received any SIM cards or signed for any. Contacted customer service by phone as required to cancel. They said I cannot cancel without activating lines first. DUHHHHH. I did not receive SIM cards. Therefore cancel my account. You have no authority to use any card of mine for auto pat either. I want a refund of $50.30. Never used your service.
