Boost, Horrible customer service. I have been trying to get my plan switched for the last few days! I’ve been getting the run a round. customer service didn’t know why or understand why I couldn’t change my plan and I had even spoken with the supervisor and he told me that he couldn’t change my plan. For them to change my plan so I did with my bad knee and all. The employee at the store was very helpful she showed me why she couldn’t change my plan and told me that my plan can’t be changed because of a issue a problem that didn’t take care of and until it is out of red and go to Gray then I will be able to change my plan until then I’m stuck on a plan I’m not supposed to have. I’m really disappointed and frustrated with boost. This is the short version of it. Boost stores can’t change my plan, customer care won’t change my plan or can’t change my plan and I can’t change anything from my phone. It’s like they have me locked in. Even after me telling them what the employee at the Boost store told me and I passed it on to customer care and it’s just like whatever with them. So I told him I will be filing a complaint with BBB and hopefully I can get some results because this is ridiculous. Like I said this is the short version of my review. Do not get Boost service.

Boost Mobile Company Lies

The Company that promises lies, because their Customer Service Representatives can’t do anything if it doesn’t require simple functions that a third grader can perform. They don’t resolve issues, pass the buck to Likewise Insurance Company and they send me back and forth with each other and it is impossible to talk to a Resolution Manager or Supervisor…. it’s awful and I have been 18 days without service, impossible to do anything online or email because I have confused all my passwords and I need that phone restored to change all my passwords even banking…lol and I can go on… it’s impossible to reach the Corporate office or get a telephone number, or an address… seriously looking at abandoning this sinking ship.💔

Boost Mobile calls their customers liars.

I recently activated my account and attempted to get the Boost Protect/ Apple Care. According to the pamphlet, it includes bringing your device. Boost is refusing to honor the eligibility requirements. They say it only applies to phones purchased from them. A customer representative went as far as to say the store manager would agree with them as the truth always prevails. So according to the representative, I am a liar.

Save yourself the headache by staying far away from Boost Mobile.

Boost Mobile Phone Locked Issue

Boost Mobile, I Received An Email From Boost Congratulating Me For Changing Phones. However I Had Not Changed Phones. The Email Said To Call If The Information Was Incorrect. I Called Right Away And Spoke With A Woman That, Supposedly, Checked Things Out And Found Nothing Wrong. She Told Me That Everything Looked Good At The Boost End. Feeling That It Was Simply An Error I Thanked Her And Forgot About It. A Few Days Later I Decided To Change Carriers Because I Could Get 2 Lines For Less $ Than Boost Wanted For 1 Line. When I Ported My Number To The New Carrier, Boost Locked My Phone!!!! I Contacted Boost And Was Told That Since I Had Just Begun Service (On The Date Of The (Above) Letter) I Would Have To Wait A Full Year To Get The Phone Unlocked. I Explained The Whole Letter, Phone Call Situation And It Had No Impact. My Phone Is Now Worth No More Than A Paperweight For The Next Year!!!!! They Have Recordings Of All Interactions With Customer Service. All They Need To Do Is Verify My Information, But Nooooo. Too Much Effort. Extremely Poor Customer Service!!!!!

Boost Mobile Frustrating Experience

Boost Mobile, Frustrating Experience and Refund Denied. I have had a terrible experience with Boost Mobile and their refusal to issue a refund. First, they sent the SIM card to the wrong address—mistakes happen, but it only got worse from there. When I finally received the SIM on February 11th, I contacted customer service to activate my phone, which they had confirmed was compatible. After speaking with two agents who were unable to activate it, I was then told I had been sent the wrong SIM card. We attempted to use several of my old phones, and even my current Xfinity device, but nothing worked. Boost assigned me a phone number, yet their SIM card wouldn’t work, and my Xfinity phone wouldn’t unlock. Their service is simply not compatible with any of my devices. For two days, I have been trying to get a refund, but the agents insist I am wrong, despite having proof and receipts. I have never had to fight so hard to get my money back over a simple mistake. Boost Mobile, I just want my refund!
