Fedex, Unacceptable delivery service. My neighbors and myself have been subjected to terrible delivery service in the month of December. Packages have repeatedly been left at our street mailboxes instead of at our residences. Photos of one such instance are included in this message. In the future, I will no longer purchase from vendors who have no other shipping options other than Fedex

Fedex Disappointing Delivery Issue

Fedex, 3 Deliveries All 3 Packages Opened. My last 3 deliveries have all been opened on the bottom and then retaped. The first two took a detour in a circle which caused a delay. This included the Rolla Hub, St. Peter’s Hub, and St. Louis Hub. I have confronted the driver to advise who has no idea why all 3 were opened. Neatly placed on the porch, as not to notice opened package. He asked me was anything missing. No. My privacy was missing. He has also been advised that should my home be breeched; he will be the first suspect I advise the police. There is only one driver in my area.

Fedex, Lazy delivery driver John. John came to deliver our package on Friday 12/6/24. He backed into our driveway, waited a minute and left. I figured maybe he left the package at the garage, so I went out to check and there was no package. We re-checked our tracking information and in the few minutes he had changed it to delayed. What kind of person does that? Why didn’t he just deliver what was mine when he was already here?!?!?!

Fedex, Waiting a week for deliveries. I have several packages that I have been waiting for, 1 of which is medication. Tracking shows them on the truck for delivery every day for a week. At the end of the day it changes to delayed due to severe weather, only problem is that the weather has been Perfect for almost a month. When I call with concerns, I get down played and lip service that it will be delivered the next day. I’ve been promised that a supervisor will call me back for 3 days now. Waycross, GA distribution needs new management for sure according to the local reviews but clearly Fedex does not value southeast Georgia’s business at all.

Fedex, We had a wonderful driver until about 3 weeks ago. The new driver can’t follow directions, delivers to an address that is not ours. package was damaged because it sat out 3 days. They don’t even look at claims we file. They deny all of them. I’m about to bombard social media.
