Fedex Delivery Delay Issue

Fedex, Waiting a week for deliveries. I have several packages that I have been waiting for, 1 of which is medication. Tracking shows them on the truck for delivery every day for a week. At the end of the day it changes to delayed due to severe weather, only problem is that the weather has been Perfect for almost a month. When I call with concerns, I get down played and lip service that it will be delivered the next day. I’ve been promised that a supervisor will call me back for 3 days now. Waycross, GA distribution needs new management for sure according to the local reviews but clearly Fedex does not value southeast Georgia’s business at all.

Fedex, We had a wonderful driver until about 3 weeks ago. The new driver can’t follow directions, delivers to an address that is not ours. package was damaged because it sat out 3 days. They don’t even look at claims we file. They deny all of them. I’m about to bombard social media.

Fedex, 2 mis-delivered packages. All I’m saying is the northern division has it down to a science. I’ve never had this problem before. Lost two packages same week different days. Shipper submitted correct addresses. So its on you! Why didn’t the driver call if lost? UPS calls if they can’t find the trailer. Address listed on street side of the road.

Undelivered packages

I was expecting a delivery on Friday, November 17th. I was home all day to accept delivery. I received a notification at 3:43 pm stating that a delivery attempt was made. According to the notification, there was no one home or business was closed. However, I was home all day and the door bell never rang or driver did not knock at door. I have two Ring cameras, a Ring door bell as well as a camera that shows the entire front of the house including the street. In addition, I also have a dog that would have alerted had anyone come to the door as this is a normal behavior for her. I reviewed my Ring cameras and there was no evidence that a FedEx delivery truck ever stopped or came near the house during the entire day. I can provide you with evidence for the entire day. This is the second time that this situation has occurred in the past 3 or 4 months. This is totally unacceptable and extremely poor customer service. I attempted to file a complaint on the phone but felt that issue was minimized by your staff.

Fedex – Unprecedented Delivery Issues and Poor Service. As a 65-year-old attorney who has never filed a service complaint before, I feel compelled to address the unprofessional handling of my recent delivery by Fedex. The experience has been unprecedented in its frustration and inefficiency. I initially received an incorrect package—four pool chairs instead of one white kitchen bar stool. Despite multiple calls and assurances, Fedex delivered the same incorrect package twice within three days. Attempts to resolve the issue were a nightmare, as I was forced to communicate with customer service representatives in the Philippines, Guatemala, India, and other locations. This process involved being on hold for hours and speaking with representatives who could not resolve the situation or provide accurate information. The Fedex drivers falsely claimed to have attempted deliveries, even though I live in a gated community that requires ID and sends notifications for all entries. For three consecutive days, I was told my package would arrive, only to be met with more delays and excuses. When the shipment finally arrived on Saturday, November 23, 2024, at 4:21 PM, it was the same incorrect package I had received initially. This experience reflects a concerning lack of organization, accountability, and customer service. It is disheartening to see Fedex operate in this manner—cutting costs at the expense of proper communication and reliable service. I expected better from a company of Fedex’s stature, and I hope steps are taken to prevent such issues in the future.
