Banfield Disappointing Customer Sevice

Banfield, Poor care and cold hearted customer sevice. I have used the Banfield Wellness program for 11 years for one of my dogs and 3 years on a second one-since 2022 the quality of care has gone down the tubes. The “vets” change with every visit and seem to get less experienced, it has turned into a joke-they have no consideration for the animals or their owners. Dealing with the customer service people is even worse! I recommended them to several people at the beginning, now I tell everyone to stay Away! After the most current issue I was told that “Maybe I should find a new vet” which I have, now they are looking for payment for the remainder of the 2 plans Good Luck with that!!!

Banfield, Dishonest Business Practices force me to submit the rating of 1 Star, although that is only because 0 Star isn’t available. Duplicate billing for over one year has forced me to seek legal action. After repeated attempts to Close my account, I continue to received monthly billings which I challenge to no avail. Cancel my account!

Banfield, I was 20 minutes late for my dog’s appointment and the vet refused to see my dog. I was caught in traffic. I have been going to Banfield for at least 8 years. I live in FL. and we have tourists and lots of traffic. I will be canceling the health insurance for my dog.

Banfield, I signed up for a wellness plan 5 days ago. Dog passed away last night yet they say still have to pay the monthly $62.95 for 12 month or will settle today for $550.00. This is absurd!! How can a legitimate business take advantage of people this way? Have filed a complaint with the attorney general. and BBB.
