Pet Supplies Plus, I Went Into The Store On Sunday 11/3/24 And Was Rudely Assisted By The Manager Melissa – I Had A Return That I Paid With Apple Pay And It Has A Different Card Number – They Do Not Know How To Return With Apple Pay. She Made Me Use The Credit On Some Items. I Wanted To Use A Coupon For A $35 You Get $5 Off – She Told Me I Did Not Tell Her That And Got Annoyed And Walked To Get Manager Kevin – She Got Loud And Pointed In My Face – I Told Her To Be Professional – So Got Loud And Screamed At Me To Be Professional! I Have Never Been Treated This Way In A Business.

Pet Supplies Plus, Poor Customer Service. I have been unable to access the web-site since July; each attempt is met with ‘403 Forbidden’. I have cleared cookies and cache, as instructed by Google, but to no avail. This only occurs with the Pets Pet Supplies Plus, . Pet Supplies Plus web-site and has been reported to the Telford, PA store on more than one occasion and also, from what I’ve been told, to your IT Department. As a result, I cannot open any email to shop the site or access my rewards and am also unable to up-date my profile to remove a cat that recently crossed the rainbow bridge. When I’ve reported this problem to one of the store managers, I’m told “sorry about that”. It’s difficult enough to lose a pet, so imagine how I feel each time I receive an email suggesting what Lacee would like. Yesterday I was in the store for a return. The credit card used for the purchase was replaced, so I was denied credit on the replacement card and forced to take store credit. Again, this was met with “sorry about that” and to tell the truth, it’s becoming a bit old.
