Jimmy Johns, Uncaring. 4996 Fulton Dr NW. Unit e. Canton Ohio 44718. Store # 4466. We are a recently homeless senior citizen couple living in our car. On 1/31/25. I went into this franchise with $2.00 to my name. I was in tears and asked them if there was anyway, possible they could give us a small sandwich to split and I would give them the two dollars. Now mind you if I’ve asked the other businesses in the area for a small amount of food to split they would do it. But not this place they said that I could buy day old rolls for $.50 each. So I took one of my two dollars that I had left bought two of the rolls, hung my head in shame and walked out. I’ve been sat in my car in tears and ate the stale day old 50 Cent bread that I had to pay for. Now I realize they’re not required to supply food to homeless, but some of the other businesses will, without making us without making me feel the shame that I felt leaving there. But the company gives to other charities like boys and girls clubs. Just wanted to say thanks for the charitable help.

Jimmy Johns, Since when is it ok to repeatedly hang up on customers? I placed an online order today and had a horrible experience. Many things were wrong with the order, and when I called the staff did not care, and hung up on me. I order all the time, and there is constantly something wrong with my order if not multiple things. The person who claimed to be the manager sounded 15, and after rudely ignoring me and hanging up on me I told him I wanted to return all the food and get a refund. He then said they don’t do full refunds and hung up again. I will not be spending any of my money at Jimmy Johns from here on out. I worked in food service for 20 years as a server and manager and I have Never treated a customer this way. They don’t care when they give you the wrong stuff and try to make it hard to fix it. Oh yeah, and you can never get a refund ever? Even when you don’t want Any of the food. What kind of a company is this?

Jimmy Johns, Rude Manager and Poor Service. I’ve lived in the Streamwood area for over 10 years, and after my recent experience, I will no longer be ordering from this Jimmy John’s location. I ordered two sandwiches for delivery, but only received one. When I called to speak with the manager, he was extremely rude and said there was nothing he could do. Frustrated, I drove to the store to show him the mistake, and instead of resolving the issue, he yelled at me to get out. I had to call the authorities just to get the missing sandwich, but when I got home, I realized my original sandwich was now missing! When I called the store again, the manager once again refused to help. His behavior was completely unprofessional, and he should not be managing a store or dealing with customers. This was a terrible experience, and I should be fully refunded for the inconvenience and poor treatment!

Jimmy Johns, Get with the New Year 2025. I like Jimmy Johns sandwiches, But I like Subway better- as they have toaster ovens! Sometimes I love to have a warm sandwich with gooey, melted cheese on it, but Jimmy Johns does not provide that! Come on, Jimmy Johns. Get with the program. Make yourself more competitive. You already have cornered the market on fast delivery. Take it one more step further.

Jimmy Johns, I ordered an Ultimate Porker. I was told it would arrive at my hotel in 20 minutes. After 45 minutes passed I called and was told that my order was stolen by Uber. I asked for the idiot’s name and he refused to give it. I asked for a manager and he claimed that he was the manager. He hung up on me Twice during this process. I advised him that I would be calling Corporate, tomorrow, and lodging a complaint. His response was that he “ didn’t give ****”. As a result….I Will Never Spend Another Dime With Jimmy Johns….And I Will Convince Everyone That I Am Able To Follow Suit!! I build Sonic Drive-Ins, Taco Bell’s, Buffalo Wildwings and Pizza Huts….so….I can convince a few people. If I were from here, knew exactly where I am at and where he is at, we’d have a Major conflict tonight. He had taken my money…and, I Want What I Am Due!!! End of story!!!
